They are and they are not!
Not enough targeted individuals TIs are collecting their personal information and sending it to the correct people.
The TARGETED INDIVIDUALs have been brainwashed by high powered people that someone else is going to save them. If the Targeted Individuals do not, on their own, complain to Congress and the President and the local law enforcement agencies and military and American Medical Association and FBI and CIA and homeland security, nothing will be done. This horrific work of the evil people that run our government will sweep it under the rug again.
The targets tell me and that is okay. I am willing to hear you but I am not a government official. I am a target just like you. I say message me and I will give you the emails or addresses to whom to complain and I never hear from you again. Never but once or twice here and there. Target’s energy is spent on how and where to hide. That is a waste of time for targets. You’re turning your HARASSMENT upon yourselves. That does you nothing but more stress and pain.
The people following and watching you are the cockroaches of these elites. They have no say so. You can confront them if you want but that will do nothing. They might still get paid. They are the lowest of the low on their food chain. They have no power except to get a free meal now and then or they might even get paid. Most of them get nothing. That’s why you rarely see the same stalkers twice. They get a promise of pay then you don’t see them again. Sometimes they commit suicide, sometimes they vanish …never to be seen again.
Targets are still too scared to stand up for themselves. I guess when TARGETS get enough, they’ll do something. I don’t know. Maybe targets will be like black people when they finally got enough they stopped kissing these people’s asses.
There are investigations of this horrific behavior all the time. Nothing is done unless there is an out cry so loud everyone has to listen.

SHE’S ONE OF THOSE MOTHER’S THAT BELIEVES HER CHILDREN ARE PURE AND WOULD NEVER DO ANYTHING ILLEGAL AND WHEN THEY DO, SHE’LL HIRE AN ATTORNEY TO GET THEM OUT OF TROUBLE. SHE’S CRAZY ABOUT HIM. HIS SHIT DON’T STINK.
GS IS HOW HE OCCASIONALLY MADE EXTRA MONEY WHEN THEY PAID HIM. THAT’S HOW I FOUND OUT HE WAS INVOLVED. I OVERHEARD HIM TALKING ON THE PHONE TO THEM 9 YEARS AGO. KEEP YOUR FRIENDS CLOSE AND YOUR ENEMIES CLOSER. SHE’S NOT A GS BUT HE IS.
The GS has been all over me since I’ve been here with the surveillance planes, the driving by like the crazy people they are and intensely listening to every thing we talk about. They’re terrified he’ll slip and tell me something directly. I watched him closely the moment I found out he’s GS.
So you see, investigations have been going on for quite some time. The GS know we know everything just about. The GS also knows the handlers and the elites are not doing anything in the investigation.
The targets need to step up to the plate and go after these shits in full force individually by making them aware that you know what’s going and what’s happening to YOU. It takes a long time to be heard. Targets need to realize you can’t expect the government to agree with you just like that unless you are rich and can pay them a lot of money and keep paying them. You can hire a constitutional lawyer and that will drain your resources very fast.
Write to Congress, law enforcement agencies, FBI, CIA, homeland security and tell your story, complain, stop expecting immediate results, stop looking at these people because they need to have eye contact with us… please stop doing that (I know a target that does that confront thing all the time (you confront when you are being attacked), keep hard copies of everything you write, tell the exact truth, I’m not saying you are lying I am saying tell your story to them EXACTLY AS IT HAPPENS, don’t make up stuff, don’t sound crazy, crazy makes you sound untruthful.
The reason why Targeted Individuals have not put a stop to gang stalking Is because investigations are not believed. the cops are doing it along with lots of government organizations DoD, DoJ… They are all in on it but that doesn't mean you are not supposed to take the bull by the horn and write your story and write and write and write and write… telling the truth as you know it.
Hi I am a TI for about 4 years now. Just recently I started doing research on this gangstalking. I ended up homeless and on Meth. I went to rehab and the stalking stopped. If I relapsed it started again. I am a smart person and I know these people are playing me. My phone have been hacked and destroyed along with several vehicles. I have so much to say. Where would you send it…info u have collected. Everytime I try I’m deverted to so and so. Like reporting to the DOJ they hook up with the local pd…no one wants to here. I try n guard that stuff like treasure…sure would like to know, all that is presented to me cost a pretty penny I don’t have. Hell as it is they have managed to destroy a perfect car to the tune of 2500$in repairs alone. Tell me please who really gives a care. Please I’m serious.

You all need to make some noise that get attention and not on Quora and YouTube. What attention is this getting we all know what’s being done to Target individuals.
Why do we come on Quora and YouTube and keep telling one another the same stories about what’s being done to us. If you are a Target individual on Quora and YouTube we all know what your going through because we are going through the same thing. All we do on Quora and YouTube is repeat the same thing it just come from different targets.
Go to your local news station, Congressmen/ women, senators/ talk shows, Mayors office, Governor’s office
If they don’t believe you tell them to look at Quora and YouTube under gangstalking Tell them to email or get in touch with ANY or ALL of us on YouTube and Quora who are true Target individuals.( THIS IS YOUR PROOF YOU ARE TELLING THE TRUTH) All of us.
WE ALL cannot be crazy and lying. It is too many people being Targeted saying the same thing.
Once Gangstalking is brought to the light other Target individuals will come out trust me.

Unfortunately, many more people desire to participate in the gang stalking of an individual than are willing to oppose gang stalking. Like on an elementary schoolyard for kids who are being bullied, there are the majority of students who would follow in a gang to see the kid who is being bullied. The kid thinks that the gang is all against them. If a teacher intervenes, then, of course, the students all say that they are doing nothing. If further challenged, then we are doing so to teach them a lesson that is best for them
We have special-interest poisonous snakes (Fusion Center) defined by their functions, ranging from collecting private information about the TI to disseminating sensitive and timely information about the TI. The snakes are developing virtual-minds for every citizen to control their thought-life and movements. The snakes are operatives for bringing into fruition the socio-political movement of hyper-communism that owns the virtual-minds. The snakes have grown to monstrous power; the politicians are afraid of the snakes, who can break or make their careers. Trump is a prime example – denied a second term first, then, when he aligned wholeheartedly with the snakes, he was given his second term. He is a king snake.
The main reason that gang stalking is infesting our minds and creating a toxic society without being checked is that we have a den of snakes controlling a pack of idiots.
