I learned a lot about the tools they use, and in my research into how to build my own device I have learned you have to be careful not to use too much power, otherwise the target will cease to be. I can guarantee you I am not the only one who has figured out how the tech works. Yes they tailor each experience for each targeted individual. My v2k is that I’m a “ loser” over and over again. And NASA and the space force are all up in this. Such as I noticed a pattern when a storm would knock out the power on a large scale, the v2k and skull pressure would stop immediately. Another discovery was certain shielding would vibrate and buzz during a v2k assault, resulting in audible broken voice audio buzzing from the shielding. Discoveries are clues, I have compiled much over the years, testing out theories… now I know what it is they use and i know how to build a working unit. So now there’s a lot of people who know what I have learned, and soon enough this tech won’t just be in the hands of malicious government employees and their families. Here in Dayton Ohio homeland security is running the show. With Wright Patterson Alr Force Base located here it is particularly bad. They come off the base to join in the criminality. You will see military license plates, decals and stickers they put all over their vehicles. They also get their twisted vet buddies involved and the vets like to get their families involved. I guess there are enough gift cards and cash to go around for all of them. Dayton Ohio is terrible. The city is allowing a MK ultra 2.0 program to be run here.
