I know how to build a device that can detect brainwaves, decode the data w an ai thought model, and even know how to put voices in people’s heads w another device. I have been telling people about this, looking for investors. Unbeknownst to me, one person I went over the details with has connections w some people that I know the police wouldn’t want using this tech. We’ll that sucks because now they know everything I do, I I never would’ve known what I know if I didn’t live next to a family who stalks people w this tech, and they’ve told me way too much. So if anyone accuses me of leaking classified tech, I would have to tell them how crazy they sound and they need to get help.

This is precisely why much of the public who KNOW for a fact that they are targets say absolutely nothing about it and there is nothing one can say to encourage them to speak up and speak out.
This a well informed post. Here’s when to file police reports. Breaking and entering. This a highly prevalent crime that everyone understands. Property vandalism and trespassing. Take photos and or videos. Same. False calls to agencies such as the police or social services. File counter complaints. Tell the truth, even if others don’t. Document your experiences. Even if you gain no relief, you have stated your truth and defended yourself and your family. If you know your stalker and have some sort of relationship, report him. Stalking is illegal. Don’t expect to be treated nicely or respectfully, even though you should be treated as such. Expect to be blamed, demeaned and to he treated in a condescending manner. Be firm and polite. Don’t be surprised if they refuse to take your report. Call again and request a Supervisor. If you can file a report online in your own words all the better. No one wants to bother law enforcement for no good reason. You may decide it’s not worth reporting and that’s ok too. You need to manage your situation to the best of your ability.
