Is the right to privacy about avoiding scrutiny over wrongdoing or about personal autonomy and freedom from surveillance?

Will Myers

Our most valued right, the right to privacy, is not explicitly stated in our Constitution and Bill of Rights. The “right to be let alone” has been upheld in case law. Most Constitutional Experts refer to the 4th Amendment, which states that no unreasonable search or seizure of private property is allowed, as the statement of privacy. But there is no mention of surveillance or monitoring of an individual. It now falls un stalking laws. We have the right to seek a fulfilling life without any person, organization, or government placing adversities in our way. It is suggested that we have personal autonomy and freedom from surveillance. There is always a door for the government to control the people or persons if necessary. In actuality, our privacy rights are not absolute.

Our democracy affords individuals’ privacy due to each individual’s one vote. Our government does not want anyone coerced to vote contrary to their will. A problem has arisen due to the snakes’ use of high-tech to invade the privacy of each individual. The snakes work covertly with much secrecy and supposedly do not exist. If anyone mentions them, they are immediately shunned as being crazy.

Our privacy is being invaded by special-interest poisonous snakes who empower gang stalkers to assault targeted individuals, and invariably destroy the TI’s life. We TIs don’t have privacy; we are being robbed and thrust into a nazi stasi police state more rigid than that of North Korea because America is more advanced in applying hi-tech and directing gang stalkers.

The special-interest poisonous snakes are infecting our democracy and invading the inner minds of the TIs. This is causing violent pushback. Involuntary defense mechanisms of the mind take over. The snakes are responsible for almost all mass killings and other violence. The freedom from surveillance or monitoring is a joke. It is now legal for the government to spy on its domestic citizens, as revealed by the whistleblower, Ed Snowden.

Ephesians 6:12

For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.
