You can’t. You must contain yourself because the stalkers desire that you self destruct in violent ways. Then, they shall feel great that they did their job right. Keep faith in Jesus Christ and God shall reward you.
Keep your autonomy and independence anyway you can. Take control of your situation and don’t ask anyone’s permission for anything. Look to yourself for help and don’t trust anyone in the system. Learn to do things yourself instead of relying on others.
They are looking for entrances into your life like a Trojan Horse. You are one person behind enemy lines and they are many.

Most times, when an individual is being stalked, they can NOT take control of the situation. After all, there are many with acknowledgement by many others. You are one. Self-discipline and a faith in God are the only ways to go. Forget about all of those self-actions to take control of yourself; you will only play into their hands.
I understand that there is a lot that the target can’t control but have a look around in the environment for things that you can change and control.
If you are on territory that you are legally allowed to inhabit then you are in control of that environment to a certain extent. Have a look for weak spots and change them . Same as for a car or even your own physical person. You can also do this in your mind. You can do it to in your spirit.
You have choices and options. Look for them. Take as much as your control back from them as you can. Just take it. Fuck them!
If they are going to play this stalking and invasion game that extends to all aspects of your person, then all bets are off.
You always have a choice. Don’t let yourself end up in a position where you don’t. This is war.
Stay defiant and give them nothing.
You can also choose to not support their business. You can choose to turn your back on them. You can choose to start studying them. Just because they have”assumed” a position dosn’t actually make it to be so.
Anything can happen and it works both ways.
You do have control. There is a lot more there for the taking than you realise.
When they defeat you in the mind, they defeat you.

Yes but you do t have to allow them in. You can take proactive measures that cut them out. You just need to use your brain and use it well.

During our open, informal grand jury, many targeted individuals expressed a means of protecting themselves from the evil snakes. What is meant to me is that there are many degrees of assault upon the TI. I feel that my max exposure is assaults in the street theater daily, the establishments, the institutions, the agencies, and the workplace, which is the most painful because it destroys the loss of livelihood over and over, further leading to the loss of family relationships.
In lesser degrees, the snake can assault a TI only once to make them aware of the snake or several times to instill fear in a targeted individual to achieve compliance with the snake’s agenda. The snake must be stopped to save our democracy and free society, especially our privacy, a major concept of democracy.
