The microwave weapons used in crowd control situations are different from the weapons responsible for the Havana Syndrome, they are also different from the microwave weapons used by the former USSR against American Embassy personnel to induce psychological trauma as American Intelligence agencies stated.
Microwave weapons do exist, the technology has grown greatly over the last six decades since Allan Frey successfully carried out the microwave auditory effects experimentation, and according to thousands of reports, many from NSA whistleblowers, scientists, etc, they are being used without any doubt by American intelligence agencies to TORTURE AMERICAN CIVILIANS.
It is worth noting that the USSR carried out decades of mind control operations using electromagnetic microwave frequencies, many of which the global population is bombarded with daily in the “smart grid.”

I was assaulted in the street, theater, institutions, establishments, agencies, electronic media, and the workplace, which was the most painful because the gang stalkers destroyed my livelihood in direct opposition to the spirit of the Constitution, which gives the right to seek a fulfilling life without any entity creating adversities in the life of the subject person. Recently, I have considered whether I had been exposed to V2K rays. After purchasing a frequency counter, I measured a 50MHz signal in my living room, turning on for 5 seconds and off for 5 seconds. This is suspect because normal broadcasts are continual. After being targeted for over 60 years, I put nothing past the government.
Maybe we should indict the government, as witnessed by our open, informal grand jury. Witnesses continue to contribute evidence.
