The cointelpro domestic surveillance ops are psychological warfare ops, the CIA, FBI. dHS, Fusion Center direct the ops and will go to any lengths to terrorize the targeted American. Having two people watching you 24/7 365 is no different then having 50 people watching you 24/7 365 for these agencies. This doesn’t mean your a high level target, it simply means this is the expenditure they are making at this time in your targeting. They have endless funds available and have no qualms about wasting the money.

Don’t be the least bit surprised if you do find armies of vehicles following you, armies of individuals harassing you, etc, this would just be a escalation of their psychological warfare campaign against you aimed at breaking the target.

2:00 pm this afternoon, I went to another local Tim Hortons for lunch. It was only two customers in the store, but after I was there, there was a line. Very soon, a BUIK car parked outside about 25m away from me. The nan didn’t come out and was smoking. Frequently looking at my direction, he smoked at least two cigarettes. I ordered a large coffee today and stayed for more than one and a half hour. He had no sign to leave. Obviously another old woman is a perp as well. Am I really a high level TI? I’m sure that I am.
