Join the GANG-LETTER WRITING CAMPAIGN TO EXPOSE GANG-STALKING
We need to flood one person, or organization, with 100’s of letters within a week, to make them realize this is not some isolated problem. It’s time we use their own tactics against them. Show them how it feels to be Targeted, but in a Just and Legal manner.
I get 2 to 3 THOUSAND views a day. If 100’s of people can write letters, they can no longer ignore the sole individual victim. I know it might not solve anything right now. But it sure will shake them up. And anything to knock them off guard, maybe expose their game, I am for. I hope you are to.
You only need to write one letter, and send it to a different person each week. Instructions for writing are below. After you’re done, leave a comment. I will post a new intended recipient each week from now until mid-December. Then start over again in the New Year. The recipients will include Elected Official, Federal Agencies, Law Enforment organizations, News Media and Talk Shows (Radio and Podcast).

Wow you guys are like, in as small of a small town as can be. And even there. It might actually be worse because more than 50% of the population there could easily be cult stalking perps.
ShiftyBear here Matt. How absolutely right you are!!! Lac du Flambeau, WI 54538 is a Native American Reservation located in Northern Vilas County Wisconsin. We are known as The Band of Lake Superior Chippewa Indians. Our Tribe is currently in a state of emergency. Which means our Tribal Government asked The Federal Government for assistance in helping combat drugs, gangs, and crime. With the receiving of thousands upon thousands of dollars in Federal and State grants, our Tribe inevitability became a Surveillance State and Community Policing Neighborhood. I cannot say when the Community Policing started, however if a person were to ever visit our town you will be greeted with camera’s on all major roads entering and exiting. The small talk in our area is that there is way over two thousand (2000) surveillance camera’s everywhere. There is at least two (2) on my wife’s house right now as I am writing.
I stumbled upon my organized stalking by calling 911 and saying I overdosed. Until that point I had no idea what Gangstalking was. I just knew and sensed something big was going on with everyone everywhere I went. One morning the gossip and news was that two(2)people passed away in surrounding towns. One by od in a hotel and another that he hung himself. I instantly became concerned because they were connected to our town and I no longer believed in coincidences. Sometime after 9am I called 911 and told another family member I am overdosing. It was that moment I unknowingly took the red pill.
Everyone can CCAP WI my name. Wade N Chapman. I have criminal charges from that day. I will tell that story another time. Just about most of what you will read will be false. I have been to court three times already for it and learned that The Lac du Flambeau Tribal Police, Vilas County Sheriff’s Dept., The Vilas County D. A and assistant D. A and even the judge are complicit and know it is occuring. I was punished and tortured more the day I was late. Everyday I am taking photos and recording all the perps. It is widespread in my community. The perps operate in all Tribal Businesses here. The gas company is in on it. Most of the Veterans I know are in on it. The police have a network of snitches/perps that I will be naming. Sex offenders are being used. My past AODA counselor and his wife are used, my step-mom is being used and she drives patients for our clinic, I hate to say this but even my real close family members are in on this. I am the victim of WIDESPREAD VIGILANTISM. I have experienced multiple people displaying a PATTERN OF BEHAVIOR that signifies stalking.
In the month of February, 2021, while living in San Diego California, I noticed that every time I was in a public park, suddenly groups of people would appear in an organized effort to disturb me and make me change my location. Only to then be surrounded in the new location.
At first I didn’t make any connection, however, over the next year it grew more intense with people attempting to provoke, harass, and intimidate me by calling me a pedophile. Things became so intolerable, I moved away to end it. Only to find this pattern of behavior reappeared in my new location.
Another recurring pattern is people seeming to look for me, so they could take a selfie with me in the background. I feel like a TikTok challenge target, or a Pokémon in a Pokémon Go game. People will approach me, take my picture, and leave.
The perpetrators of my stalking and harassment are often groups of Millennial aged adults, families with young children, or groups of late teenagers.
Every time I reported the verbal threats and slanderous remarks, Police officers could only accuse me of having a mental health issue, which I do not, And no report would be filed.
I feel this WIDESPREAD VIGILANTISM is a violation of my basic Civil Rights as a Citizen of the United States, not to be treated like a National Security Risk, or registered sex offender. I believe that somewhere I may be listed as such.
Regardless, this unconstitutional behavior must be recognized and address. It is the threat to our National Security, not me.

When I lived in San Diego, and soo many gay men were (are) targeted, many of them are in EXTREME denial. Many victims themselves would tell me, It’s all in your head, so just let it go”. But that was because they did not do the research about Electromagnetic Weapons, DEW, and the Navy’s development of LRAD and Sound Warfare IN SAN DIEGO. They were (and are) experimenting this technology on single gay men, who are already an isolated group of individuals who had little to no family members living near them. Now mind you I went and got new equipment (appt scheduled for July 22 but called to say they could come early) while I was trying to save my beloved mason, my daughter came to let the cable guy in. (July 20)When I got home he was outside. My daughter left and that’s when I saw “him” again. He was the same man that had been in my home on May 19. I freaked out as he said “where is the old router and leave the temporary password in place” asking him what his name was he walked out mumbled something and he was gone. Now forward a week the security team at Xfinity called to let me know they would have someone call me due to all my security camera footage being deleted, my home been broke into and fraud on my credit cards…SILENCE! Police have been here several times witnessed not only the wrong cables in my router (pulling it out) multiple wires going into the outside box and into my home via attic, every screw in the frame of my sliding glass doors removed every window lock broke and an old att box (been dead for 20 yrs) now having electricity and a cable and phone cord attached. Having a 5 way splitter with cables attached up in my attic. I have given them the name of the person who I know is 100% involved… Several tag numbers and even caught one couple on my body camera. How is it I have records of her being in my bedroom 19 times in 2 hours and my little barkers never making a sound. I never woke up yet my eyes, nose throat and face feel burnt. I’ve been hoarse with severe laringitous for close to 2 months. Waking up so out of whack my brain and mouth couldn’t sinc and after five or six steps I had to literally squat down from passing out. Boxes of frozen foods had been opened and reglued shut. I found some type of a hard looking crystal in one of my spice jars. My body armour drinks disappeared and I had canned soups in my cabinet that have completely different looks on the top where the opening key thing is than the other dozens I have. 3 months after the police came and her leaving… key words (3 months after) she filed a stalking domestic violence protective order against me saying I ties her up in her bedroom, handcuffed her and beat her with a gun, followed her to work the night before police were here. Judge didn’t believe one word gave her a few stern words dismissed everything and advice me to protect myself. Work? She’s not legal to work in this country so….. I have never owned a gun but that was then. Why after 3 months would she do this? I am battling a pancreatic mass and weigh a whooping 96 pounds. I’ve gotten through breast and thyroid c….. how could anyone be so evil? There’s got to be more to this story I need help desperately. a digital forensic team but need 2000.00 to have them come in. They said that once it’s done they file necessary paperwork to have everyone involved arrested. Being sick isn’t paying my bills. I’m not only broke but forever broken

Since securing the sliding door and putting in locks on the windows I’m still on the couch. Nothing has been solved and now that cable company knows who that installer was (independent contractor) you’d think they would be knocking on my door eager to help me get my security system back up along with the police department going after this guy to get to the persons involved however it’s been silent. I’ve missed 4 cancer appointments and at this point I don’t care. If it takes my last breath I will find out who and more importantly why. What they have done to me is sickening but killing my beloved.. unforgivable.
