There is a very big difference between “surveillance” which is LEGAL and being targetted, which is NOT. Cops are not allowed to sabotage your vehicle, poison your food or drink, slander you to others, try and break up your relationships, steal your things and your cash, antagonize you, try to carbon monoxide you to death, put false information into your medical files, spread around said false information to the entire country, etc. Surveillance is SUPPOSED to be very quietly keeping an eye on someone who they really have no evidence on yet ( this person is INNOCENT ), they don’t even have enough for a search warrant. You are not even supposed to know about surveillance.
This behavior is acceptable in California. Most of it has been done to me.

Go to the bible and read the psalms. King David was gangstalked too. He gives a formula on how to ask God for help. The first step is to repent. When you get close to God, you understand a lot of this and you will overcome the torment. Jesus has already won this battle. I just had to realize that. It’s Spiritual Warfare using technology. Why is someone being under surveillance?. And cops stopping people. They have the power of the badge and gun. My son was stopped for being black, with cops saying “ they would find something against him.” They found nothing and I told him If it happens again, to record him or them. This is why cops are not trusted.

Surveillance is an evidence collection tool that is often conducted against targeted individuals. To be targeted an individual, group or company has to have some sort of articulatable belief (or allegation) that some sort of criminal activity has occurred or is being planned. Here’s a very simplistic example that happens all the time. A police officer conducts surveillance of the parking lot of the local bar at closing time, sees a guy come out and drive off, cop follows him (targeting) and observes him roll a stop sign. Pulls him over for rolling the stop sign, “smells” alcohol and conducts a field sobriety check.
