Photographic evidence of Directed Energy Weapons or devices (DEW) running from trunks to use on a fraudulently Targeted Individual by FBI Fusion Center civilian operatives paid in gift cards. Both cars sped to pull in front of me to hit me with the electronic devices that caused immediate burning sensations. Tried to get a photo but mobile camera “froze” …UNTIL I slowly started to apply the breaks. With increasing distance, the mechanism began to work in spurts… giving me this unique multi-image as the camera stuttered. Happened again a second time, so not a camera glitch… different camera. Very interesting. When you photograph something like this, or you suspect a weapon because you feel it, aim in another direction and/or walk a few feet away and take another photo to show the camera is fine when not in an electromagnetic field.
I took several shots that day all around the car and there was no energy coming from anywhere else other than those men sitting in that car.I purged those pictures and I wish I didn’t so I could have also posted them but yes I did that just to see if it was a blurred picture or if in fact there was energy coming from this car.
Remember, in these pictures steady movement was involved. But a blurred photo when you are standing is an indication of energy interference. If you take a photo of the front of the car, then the back with a steady hand, and one is affected but the other not, you just found where the weapon is. Or, if you TRY to take a photo and it freezes in back but works fine in the front, the weapon is in the back.
You know I took this picture months ago never thinking I would post it to any of these spaces! There were many many other incidences where this exact car sat parked with these men in it directly at my condo and I was feeling more of the energy or the electric magnetic crap that I usually do I can really tell a difference now between satellite or when somebody has it near me I’m getting very fine tune with my body to recognize the difference! Yes, Directed Energy Devices can be powered in front by car engines. Note, the bigger the engine the stronger the weapon too.

I. Use of vehicles (with and sometimes without persons). They can be parked with perps inside, following you and mobile, or parked in front, behind, beside, and in the vicinity to collaborate the attacks.
*Often honks are used to signal to those assisting when you are alone, when someone is walking in to the home they are surveilling you in.
II. Use of headlights (usually mobile and on the road, and significant in numbers). The ‘brighting’ is not just psychological. The headlights contain weaponry. These can be painful if hit upon eyes, head, organs. They are also used as they drive by (your home/location/outside).
III. Yes the random repetitive cars you notice with dark windows that all look like they cam from the same cow – NSA (Maryland & various plates). But also you will get straight up GOV Vehicles: SUVS, Hearses (FBI). And other agencies: HS, Fusion Centers, Neighbhorhood nazis. These are the ones that end up leaving when you leave and arriving when you arrive. If they don’t live there then they are using areas around you as ‘safe houses’ in which your regular neighbors no longer occupy.
IV. Check your car health status (ie battery etc) if you are followed and hit a lot or hear pops even when driving: My car was attacked so much by their energetic/magnetic/electrical weapons – that a new battery corroded within weeks & mechanics were baffled. It just looked like a car issue. But the same was done to our family vehicles.
V. These gadgets (not just apps, magnetic, electrical, energetic, laser, and microwave devices).. are now smaller, mobile, and can be used with the apps, drones, and one another. From my own observations. The cars here had devices likely powered by a type of proprietary battery pack. The ones with weapons from the engine seem to be hooked into the engine to hit you from behind and are turned on via headlights. V4, V6, and V8 engines power the weapons at different strengths. V8 being the strongest and worst of the usual car engines.
There was a car behind me parked. Didn’t want to go around me when she could’ve. When I looked in my drivers side mirror it was like I needed glasses. Double vision. Headlights only. This was the only car I’ve ever seen like this. Maybe it was my eyes??

Thank you for this, Karen. I have been relaying for quite some time, that the cars – whether – following, parked, or ‘brighting’ are not just part of the psyops… they are mobile weapons. Headlights and use of lights or something through them are weaponized. I can feel the pain, burning sensation, hits, and also nausea. Not only headlights. You will see numerous PICK UP TRUCKS. I have seen pick up trucks everywhere, following, parked, or otherwise. Not just as a tactic. These larger vehicles contain drums, and other radiation equipment. Sometimes hidden in their pick up truck cabs, or closures (leather, metal or otherwise). They keep them mostly in the back. I’ve seen a few covers blow off and viewed large – what looked like steel or silver drums. I got extremely sick as they passed by. Whether as a result of something they activated they’ve placed inside my body or the effect of something being sent out in waves and hitting me. Additionally SPORTS EQUIPMENT. Especially on top of cars or trucks. This can look like boats tied to the roof, moving trucks or delivery trucks with equipment, pick up construction trucks with ‘junk’ in the back. These are all covers for what they are carrying inside the vehicle. If any FBI agents want to earn their paychecks or protect us and our families… this would be a good time.

Thank you for confirming all this! They must be handing out these devices like candy. There used to be one car that would go by my house and the security camera would sort of ‘stutter’. Now that I’m getting hit constantly, I see this effect in multiple vehicles. In addition, to the major increase in general traffic on a backroad, the parade includes them adding a hitch to tow items or ‘equipment’ in the truck beds.
My tv does it all day. Its different than just a signal glitch or antennae issue. I dont have cable. The picture will start to pixelate in weird waves.

Yes!! I am seeing this in Florida now. Vehicles forming a pattern around me and going at the exact same speed. The triangular pattern usually consists of 2 vehicles together in front or behind me and the other vehicle is opposite. They will try to maintain speed almost exactly like mine. If it is a 3-lane roadway, changing lanes will force one car to also change lanes. Change again, same response from a DEW vehicle. Two vehicles can also be used but they stay together very closely and almost take aim. If I go to the right, the front vehicle goes a bit left (if they are in front of me). Many times, when 3 vehicles are involved one vehicle is some type of utility vehicle carrying electricity. An electrician, plumber, cable, and it can be a private or public entity. This type of assault has occurred mostly on longer rides but depends on when the last time I left the house. Lately they seem to have set up short term travel plans. Some of the effects I have been experiencing dizziness especially after a long ride, fatigue, brain fog, appearance of sunburn which then gets dry and itchy, headaches and increased pain in my joints and body aches. I have multi-level moderate to severe degenerative disc disease, and this really seems to become inflamed. I have noticed a few other types of attacks that occur in vehicles.
