The harassment of the Krliches began after they angered the towns Fire Chief over a real estate deal.
They then began to encounter 24/7 harassment carried out by endless different participants in the town they lived. Many of the vehicles which participated in this campaign were city and state vehicles.

Participants of these operations include law enforcement personnel nationwide, fire departments, EMS, EMT personnel, citizen corps, HOA associations, neighborhood watch groups, community watch members, Infraguard, ect-the DHS and FBI direct these operations and our nations Fusion Centers play a major role in the targeting.
In this case we see a very minor version of the crimes committed in these operations, this couple is experiencing noise harassment which is a tactic use against all targeted Americans, In most cases this is accompanied by very bright LED headlights being used to constantly follow the targeted American.
Most targeted Americans experience nearly every criminal act imaginable at the hands of these government directed thugs.

Undeserved, uninterrupted, unyielding spite, triggered by one man’s belief that he could rely on the legal system to guide him through a simple real estate transaction. What Garrick Krlich got, instead, was intimidation, frustration — and spite. Krlich is a small contractor who lives unostentatiously in Hubbard, Ohio’s East Hill neighborhood. Over the years, he has managed to acquire surrounding properties, older homes like his that he turns into well-maintained rental properties. He makes a decent living, isn’t greedy for more, and has been, overall, quite contented with his life. Until the Clemente house next door became empty. Until the noises in the night began. For more than four years now, the raucous sound of horns blowing has shattered the quiet of the night in the Krlichs’ neighborhood, disturbing not only Krlich and his wife, Lucinda, but surrounding residents as well. The Krlichs lie awake, listening … waiting … and then come the sounds of the roaring engines, the screeching tires – and the horns. Horns that seem to be screaming “Go away! Leave! Never come back!” They honk in the daytime, too, even when the Krlichs are not there to hear them. Horns that seem to say, “That’ll teach you to mess with the people who run this town.” During one Saturday in 2009, when the harassment was at its peak, Rick Krlich counted nearly 100 blasts. Of course, the Krlichs report the disruptions to police – Hubbard has an ordinance that forbids the blowing of car horns unless it’s to warn of danger. After a few responses, though, police became less than anxious to assist … and that just emboldened the tormentors. Pleas to the city law director, Krlich says, fell on equally disinterested ears. Many in Hubbard who hear of the Krlich tormenting shrug their shoulders, passing the behavior off as nothing more than one could expect. “It all goes back to the real estate deal,” they say. And they are right. The details of that transaction are listed separately on this site, and any reader will conclude that, just by bidding on the wrong piece of property – property that he had every right to bid on – Garrick Krlich brought down the wrath of those who “run this town.” But this is not a reaction of “sore loser” against the winner. The horns are blowing in support of those who triumphed in a nasty real estate deal – a deal that Krlich is sure was accomplished through trickery, influence peddling and downright lying. The horns are, in effect, just rubbing salt into the wound. Substantial time has passed since the real estate unpleasantness. The venomous response to what Krlich saw as a simple – and unsuccessful – business deal has seen scores of people arrested while the city divides over who’s at fault – Krlich or his tormentors. It’s absolutely amazing to me that such a large number of people feel somehow justified to gang up on another person (s) and rip their life apart piece by piece… and some of them actually think they’re helping society ????
I don’t really think many of them think they are helping society. I think a lot them are just greedy, lazy people that would rather get paid to do something stupid than something useful.
I’ve been harassed by enough people over the years that I can categorize them.
The younger ones think they are getting away with something and are very smirky. Then there are the criminals that are getting something in return like reduced sentences – they know you aren’t a threat, but just don’t have any integrity and are out for themselves. I judge these people the least, because often they have fucked up their own lives to the point that they HAVE to do gs to save themselves.
The retired ones seem like busybody women and old perverted males that are doing community watch bs to stave off elder boredom. Then there are the suburban moms with their kids – they are too selfish and stupid to realize that they would hate someone doing this to them or their kids. I really judge these people the most because they are wealthy and comfortable but spend their time trying to destroy other people based on lies.

I was essentially referring to the neighborhood watch types, first responders, etc…
I tend to think people like that believe they are “contributing to the greater good and safety of all”
I hear you, but I don’t know what their mindset is.
They harass people instead of just monitoring/watching, so I don’t know how a someone that is intelligent or has integrity could go along with harassing a stranger and think it was for their benefit.

I would like to share that I have discovered another participant in the stalking and terrorism of US civilians that the “government” uses in their arsenal of weaponry.
From my analysis over the last many months in traffic while driving on freeways, it has become apparent that big rig drivers (and others) will be indoctrinated while in transit of their payloads to:
* Identify and or verify your location
* block or stall your travels
* engage with another rig to block lanes
* get insanely close to the rear of your car if your going what the “stalkers” deem too slow
* travel in your blind spot and stay there.
* Travel in a location where their lights at night will blind you. Either too close from the rear or back from the drivers side so their headlights are on your side view mirror.
I hate that this is happening to others. It is, however, some validation to what I have been going through, and I firmly believe in my situation one crucial part is -it is about my real estate and my resources that someone or a group of people want to get from me, steal from me.
I’ve thought about doing background checks on those involved in that case, and cross reference family members, work history, and criminal history with people I believe to be involved in my area.
Every aspect of my life is screwed with. Yesterday I uploaded a picture of my deceased cousin to legacy. They stated that it takes 24 hours for “approval” of the picture. So, I get an email today that the picture was approved, and I checked out the site and they gave my cousin black eyes made to look like he was wearing sunglasses. When clearly his sunglasses are sitting on top of his hat. So, I tell my evil brother, and he tells me it’s for “privacy concerns” Blacking out the eyes is a modern way of protecting the dignity of the deceased and prevent unwanted identification…yeah right!
Yup the exhausts they put on some of these cats are so unrealistic you can’t deny it. And the police fire and ems are all little trolls having fun
Sounds like the case of: We hate your black grand kids, we hate your barking dog, we hate your muslim friends, we forgot that house sits on gold, oh my they never invite us over, oh their past is too hateful so we don’t want them at our church. LOLLLL

Jon, I’ve begun to film these flights. I have an appointment called flight radar as well, gives the name and location of the flights near you for screenshot. We will be covered.
I have the same but I feel like the are UMAs mimicking airplanes, jets etc after I researched extensively. So it’s operated like a video game . They can be similar in size to actual aircraft and go as high but these can drop dead in the air and they do.
