The KST File is a domestic secret watchlist with tens thousands of people on it ( as of 2008 it was reported that it was 272,000 names )that is suppose to be non existent to the public, it was created in 2003 it’s possibly the watchlist that host Targeted Individuals names and information, the ACLU had to threatened the FBI with Lawsuits and FOIA request to get them to admit to the secret watchlist. ACLU states the primary purpose of the KST File is not law enforcement but the surveillance and tracking of individuals for an indefinite period of time.

My open informal grand jury has been extended due to the fact that all have testimonies supporting the indictment of the snakes at the fusion center, and their gang stalkers, who are engaging in criminal activities. Snakes remain hidden in our society and promote the false claim that they don’t exist. The snakes could get the death sentence for causing Sandy Hook and many other atrocities bc their involvement is enormous, deeming that the indirect cause is so powerful that it is the direct cause. The operations by the snakes at the fusion centers are a subversion of our free society that is free of intimidation and coercion; the snakes place adversities into the TI’s life daily. This is an enterprise that profits from others’ mental pains. The RICO Statute can put the snakes to death, freeing our society and saving our democracy. Everything about the snakes smells of un-American, undemocratic, and immoral to the core. Their goal is to mentally enslave anyone whom they deem a threat to their agenda. This is why the snakes remain desperately secret; they are illegal. Liars the lot of them!
