Yes, unfortunately “ organized stalking”, gang stalking is very real.
Law enforcement at every level is just like any other group of people. They are not all the same. Their are good people and bad people in law enforcement but,it’s also important to remember that good people in law enforcement have to be very careful how and with whom they address the issue of bad people. You don’t always know who is is who. Police,agents etc also want to live in peace,they want their families safe etc.
This stuff is not childs play,it’s dead serious stuff.
I was/am luck, I called the FBI as soon as this stuff started. I have had their help ever since. That’s right,I’m 20 years into this. The FBI can and will help. They will not come to your door or even tell you that’s what they intend to do on the phone. They know if your a victim of these crimes,your phone is watched and listened to. Once you make the call to report. Hang up,go on about your life. If they find your claims to be credible,they’ll find a way to let you know they’re around. Pay attention.

The FBI will never find your claim credible. They are part of the whole scheme, a fusion trigger center and collector of private data about the TI. The number of loyalists has grown to a point that challenges our democracy and societal norms. Here’s the thing. Once you’ve called the FBI and they’ve found your claims to be true. They are going to start helping.
I see people here say things like, I went outside and people started doing XYZ ( stalking activities) around me then a helicopter came and was over me,watching me. The helicopter is likely FBI who are trying to chase your stalkers away. Or they’ll say,after Z ( some kind of direct energy attack) happened in my apartment,I left to get away or go to an appointment or the store and all of the sudden 4 black SUV’s surrounded me. Those SUV’s are armoured,fortified with WHATEVER and they are probably trying to block you from being attacked by direct energy weapons. The thing is,the FBI is not ever going to come to your door and introduce themselves. Agents who deal with these crimes deal ONLY with these crimes and they’re very good at what they do. But,getting victims to listen to them is not easy, especially if stalkers/attackers are using V2K on a victim..why? Because the FBI had to use ALL the same tools,techniques and technologies attackers use to hurt victims to help them. So,YES the FBI will use V2K to help you but,getting a victim to calm down and stop being completely freaked by V2K is not always easy.
Personally,I took to it pretty quickly,If never heard of V2K,direct energy,organized stalking before and wouldn’t know the names of any of these things until of been a victim for maybe 6 or 7 years. But, what I thought when people introduced themselves was,’ WOW! you can do this? You can talk to people without the use of a cellphone or any device? I was both scared and fascinated by it.
I would love to tell people exactly how the FBI may introduce themselves to you on V2K but, I really don’t want attackers to know things like that because I want victims to continue receiving their help. This was definitely not my experience. The FBI has had the most whistleblowers come forward from within the FBI stating thst they were ordeted to put innocent Americans on the list so they could get between $100,000 and $200,000 to surveil, stalk, harrass amd Terrorize innocemt people.
The FBI turned down every F.O.I.A. request that I made for my file. (I have a file because i was stationed at a nuclear weapons facility during Desert Storm and thst requires a bscjground check performed by the FBI.
They also refused to help me with a clear case of cyber extortion that the Phoenix Police Department said was clearly cut and dry.
The FBI and CIA are two agencies i used to admire and revere but now im ashamed and embarrassed by them and disappointed on how they have let me down. They are my enemy.

I could,but I won’t if you want help to you need to ask for it. If you want to waste my time and yours being a smart ass,then I can only think your a stalker here or being stalked doesn’t much bother you. I had to call more than once, because my phones were tapped and my first call was intercepted by A,ONE police officer I had pissed off. Let me make that clear, I pissed one police officer off actually two and they participated in my stalking,especially what I call,” THE BIG EVENT” That is how organized stalking starts between 10 and 14 days of non stop stalking and in my case direct energy attacks,day and night. When my first call got diverted and it was obvious to me for several reasons,I waited for “ normal business hours” and called again. I’ve also had to call other times as my stalking/ direct energy attacks had stopped for a year or two then started again. So,I called and told them exactly that. It’s a learning curve,you have to learn to communicate with the FBI and local law enforcement if you want their help. They’re not withholding help intentionally,sometimes you need to give them an “in”. Their having to deal with crooked/ dirty cops is not as straight forward as either they or you would like. They have families too,they want to stay alive,they don’t want to be organized stalked themselves or have their family members stalked because they reported a dirty cop. So, what I learned to do,is find a cop willing to listen, once I know their willing to listen,and most are these days. I tell them my story in a way that doesn’t directly accuse another cop but makes it clear another cop is involved. For instance, you know like 200 bikers drive by my house, the last turned into my driveway wearing a black ski mask,then some trucks with glass packs drove around the block all night opening up there motor when they got in front of me in my front yard. I called the police and the officer didn’t believe me so I called iad and that cop called me back mad at me the next day. Then a guy in a car parked in front of my house and played his stereo so loud it probably shook houses for a half mile,so I went out and asked him if he wS without NG for someone,he said NOPE! So I asked if he could please turn the music down. He said,NOPE! So I didn’t know what to do and I called the police and a young officer came and proceed to yell at me that he could play his music as loud as he wanted,he was at the curb in a public street,he didn’t have to move! That happened for three days in a row and finally the fourth day it stopped. Every time they’d come they’d say, “ you know miss ryan, you DO get a little nervous”. Which is how the officer that got mad at me had ended out call. “You know jamye,you do get a little nervous” life has not been exactly fun for me since then and that was 15 years ago. For about 5 years before that just before I left my last job,my boss got mad at me and had most of the rest of the staff organized stalking me daily. Then,he and a close family member also mad at me proceeded to join forces and organize stalk the crap out of me. My family member decided I needed to be “ taught a lesson”, even if I made a mistake or two that pissed them off,it doesn’t give them the right to go about ruining my life systematically. Wow! It’s been a crazy ride. And btw,I didn’t even know the names of these crimes until right before COVID when that family member apparently got bored cause they couldn’t go out and about so,they just decided to start up again,that’s been,what? 5 years ago now? I talk until they get tired of listening, I name certain people,like my ex boss “ jose ortiga’ and the family member,won’t mention HIM here. I give them specific examples of stalking events,rarely do I go into direct energy,they’ll find that on their own but,you have to give them the opportunity to and speak to them respectfully,if you don’t, youre going to shut them down and they won’t listen. Given the opportunity most police,in my experience want to do the right thing. Like I said,you do want you want but, if what you want is help,your going to need to learn to ask for it. Then, especially with the FBI,you’re going to have to learn to help them,help you. They’ll teach you,IF you let them. If your going to always be combative with police,FBI etc they can’t get past that to help sometimes,they need to get you to STOP and PAY ATTENTION! There are going to be people all over the place, especially on forums like QUORA where they know a lot of victims come,to complain or ask for help ,tell their stories etc. they ARE going to be here in DROVES telling victims that there’s no one they can turn to,no one they can ask for help especially Americans. They will tell you there is NO ONE in their government or law enforcement who isn’t in on this,who doesn’t do this. Russia especially wants Americans to think this,they’ll stalk/ attack the crap out of you,tell you you can’t trust your government for help because,THEN THEY HAVE YOU ALL TO THEMSELVES. Putin was on TV himself,maybe 4 years ago saying, “ if I was gonna take the United States down,I WOULD DO IT FROM WITHIN! Don’t think that sob doesn’t have our Internet covered in trolls,lying saying they’re stalked and it’s the government etc etc. Does the government ever do this? Yes, but not to random civilians. It may be someone who protests a lot,or a big drug dealer,kingpin etc. it’s not an experimental program overall,has that ever happened to anyone? I don’t see how it wouldn’t but,if guess more times than not it happened to active military..call the FBI if you want,if you don’t want help then,please stop coming here and saying you do or you tried.
