NSA Signals Intelligence uses EMF Brain Stimulation for Remote Neural Monitoring (RNM) and Electronic Brain Link (EBL). EMF Brain Stimulation has been in development since the MKUltra program of the early 1950’s, which included neurological research into “radiation” (non-ionizing EMF) and bioelectric research and development. The resulting secret technology is categorized at the National Security Archives as “Radiation Intelligence,” defined as “information from unintentionally emanated electromagnetic waves in the environment, not including radioactivity or nuclear detonation.”
Signals Intelligence implemented and kept this technology secret in the same manner as other electronic warfare programs of the U.S. government. The NSA monitors available information about this technology and withholds scientific research from the public. There are also international intelligence agency agreements to keep this technology secret.
The NSA has proprietary electronic equipment that analyzes electrical activity in humans from a distance. NSA computer-generated brain mapping can continuously monitor all the electrical activity in die brain continuously. The NSA records aid decodes individual brain maps (of hundreds of thousands of persons) for national security purposes. EMF Brain Stimulation is also secretly used by the military for Brain-to-computer link. (In military fighter aircraft, for example.)
For electronic surveillance purposes electrical activity in the speech center of the brain can be translated into the subject’s verbal thoughts. RNM can send encoded signals to the brain’s auditory cortex thus allowing audio communication direct to the brain (bypassing the ears). NSA operatives can use this to covertly debilitate subjects by simulating auditory hallucinations characteristic of paranoid schizophrenia.
Without any contact with the subject, Remote Neural Monitoring can map out electrical activity from the visual cortex of a subject’s brain and show images from the subject’s brain on a video monitor. NSA operatives see what the surveillance subject’s eyes are seeing. Visual memory can also be seen. RNM can send images direct to the visual cortex. bypassing the eyes and optic nerves. NSA operatives can use this to surreptitiously put images in a surveillance subject’s brain while they are in R.E.M. sleep for brain-programming purposes.

I have more to mention of what they have done such as using loud vehicles for noise campaign and the help of neighbors that do moise campaigns and vehicle movements such as parking in front of th3 house and going to houses in neighborhood, hopping fences to moving or taking things. They turn off the alarm and cameras abd come in on black bag jobs when I’m asleep cause they can force sleep and force wake me with torture ware and move things In The house. They know when I am out back and they have loud vehicles reving engines, honking or yelling violent phrases. They follow me places and once I step out of the car, the same loud vehicles haul as by or will gun it when they are near me also serves in front of my car. Pretty much same script daily even if I change times going outside.

As I was listening my dog was being hit. I felt her little head and it was hot. Then I was hit as usual – I am in constant pain. I want to thank the community for being brave enough to stand up for what is right. Looking back I have been targeted at least since I worked in the lab that was developing these weapons. I had no idea that the technology was being used for nefarious purposes.
It is horrible and criminal. We should not have to live like this. Stay strong and know you are a blissful SOUL.

I was put on it but I don’t know when or why exactly
I’ve been one of the TARGETED PEOPLE since 2010 maybe earlier? It’s been a nightmare , but it helps to understand as much about those Domestic Terrorists and Sadistic Torture junkies as possible. It’s both a Spiritual battle and a physical battle. I believe some of the DT’S are victims too, only in a different way. Key word some probably a small percentage I can’t say. Most feel impowered by the evil deeds they do. I’ll leave it at that …it’s a learning process shifting through the BS and reality . All I can say is I just keep on keeping on , but that’s not easily done as their years of abuse are really making it very difficult just to get by ! I was/am. Less bothered by it than the past, however I was slandered, discredited (hospitalized), persecuted (followed by 3 separate law enforcement agencies), tracked via satellite, tolls, my car stereo was disconnected, my vehicle, home were wirelessly wiretapping, and celebrities were involved that made claims to CPS. Also, subcontractor of Merakey was used to gaslight me, torture, and humiliate me.
I was put on a list 14 year’s ago. My ex father in -law was a Colonel at the Pentagon. I believe either he or his 2 FBI friends did this to me..as I was divorcing my husband!!

That sounds horrifying. I’m a TI but never experienced all that crap. May I suggest painting your walls and especially ceilings with special EMF shielding paint? Also install aluminum blinds in all your windows. You need to fight their technology with your own technology. Metal and especially aluminum is the Achilles heel of most directed energies.

I believe I am involved in a honey trap due to gang stalking my s/o was kind funny was so good to me then it flipped gas lighting abuse lies I’m almost positive something is going on that involves either me and trying to prove me to be mentally unstable, aggressive when I’m only defending myself with words bc I’m being gas lighted blamed for everything it’s to the point having my name threw out about illegal stuff when it’s the person doing it then trying to make it look like it’s me lying stealing then blaming me so I have alot enemies around and they don’t see the whole story what’s going on I’m mentally exhausted I sleep alot I’m in pain so many health problems since this started right yrs ago I believe his job was to moniter me try get me to do or cohoarse me into things ruin my life credit family then set me up get paid for it everyone around has been coming into money do they make money off us? I purchased a house by myself and was being illegally surveillanced by neighbors who are nasty people and they have a child too.
