9. Record them. Even if you fake it do it anyway. They absolutely hate being recorded and if you can get a dash cam, use more lighting around your place of residency. Get some surveillance camera. Tint your vehicle, carefully inspect your vehicle every morning. Write down any thing that may be of useful documentation. (License plates, make of vehicles, law enforcement vehicle numbers, aircraft call sign numbers, any names that you find out of who may be a watcher.
.Be absolutely sure your cell phone is not compromised. For Android users. Developer options is a great tool to assist you in keeping your phone secure. Or simply root your phone. For iPhone you are pretty much screwed but I hear A Factory Reset of the phone gets rid of the PEGASUS PROGRAM from your phone.
11. Download a “Cell Tower Map” app to show you if your phone is being linked to an actual cell phone tower or a sting ray.
12. Always always switch on AIRPLANE MODE when an aircraft is about to fly directly over you. Most of their aircrafts have a stingray antenna at the rear of the aircraft

They can’t stand that I’m an independent sober living single mother who never in her life broke the law they isolated me 100% completely but I still go about my day with my child and it burns them I see it in their faces but at the end of the day I’m not going to submit to something so evil I can only pray that somewhere in the higher ups there is a person who wakes up and realizes that this is wrong and helps us targeted individuals.

GS-12 is a pay grade for a government employee. On average they make about $110,058 a year. Some cities pay less and some locals pay more.A GS-12 is considered a subject matter expert and may have employees that work under them or they can work alone.

I am not ashamed to say this program pushed me right up to the edge 3 times. Never before my entire life had I really been willing to end this travesty called life. It appeared to be that there were elements that didn’t want me to actually do it.
