It consists of voice to skull technology(voice of God weapon) that can be audible if used to torture or confuse the individual and it can be used subliminal to hypnotically prime or to plant hypnotic suggestions. Advanced remote brain computer interface also known as remote neutral monitoring. This is used to read every signal in the brain and record it. They also use this for mind control and are able to send signals like injected thoughts and feelings into the individual. They can also damage parts of the brain by redirecting blood flow and preventing REM sleep cycles.
I’ve woken up to excessive bleeding in my ears which clogged them and made me deaf until I dug out the clotted blood. Those V2K procedures aren’t painless. I’ve felt them doing there electronic remote brain surgery on me and it wasn’t pleasant. I didn’t show any signs of the pain but, I couldn’t help my eyes from watering when it happened. I just prayed to God and Jesus helped me through it. I know they’ve victimized me with V2K and RNM and probably more stupid crap but, with God and Jesus, I will survive and prevail. They won’t get my soul. It belongs to God.

I have gone out on the ocean, into the woods, tunnels on the highway and been hit by all of this technology. They use satellites, cell towers, and other telecommunications infrastructure for this technology.
