Scientists are debating whether the universe has a consciousness. I am not sure whether the universe has a consciousness but I am sure that humans have a conscience that gets input from the material universe and most likely from beyond.

Uspace symbolizes God’s Perfect Righteousness.
Vspace symbolizes the nexuses arriving at the state, Q, that is unique. Man can inject or influence the nexuses experimenting to get a desired state, Q. Most often, scientists get the undesired state until that perform the nexuses that God has created to arrive at the desired state, Q.
Romans 1:20; NIV
“ For since the creation of the world God’s invisible qualities—his eternal power and divine nature—have been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made, so that people are without an excuse.
God’s Perfect Righteousness is alluded to the existence in the following scriptures. The “stone” represent God’s Perfect Righteousness in all that is created.
“So this is what the Sovereign Lord says: “See, I lay a stone in Zion, a tested stone, a precious cornerstone for a sure foundation; the one who relies on it will never be stricken with panic.”
“As it is written: “See, I lay in Zion a stone that causes people to stumble and a rock that makes them fall, and the one who believes in him will never be put to shame.”
“For in Scripture it says: “See, I lay a stone in Zion, a chosen and precious cornerstone, and the one who trusts in him will never be put to shame.”
In every moment of a person’s life they are exposed to God’s Perfect Righteous, tangible or intangible.
