Yes, his cheese has slid entirely off his cracker. He is in panic mode because his fundraising emails just scream panic. He is trying to put his name on everything damn thing and now we have the different parts of the White House labeled on the outside. That isn’t something that has ever been done because there is obviously a security risk to it. It was done so that Trump doesn’t get lost if he wanders. He also doesn’t leave the country nearly as much as he did before.
Trump has appeared with a bad makeup job on the back of his hand every month like clockwork, since it was caught by cameras in February, that was the first month and now they use makeup to try to cover up the bruise. He is likely getting IV infusions and it’s not vitamins. It’s probably one of three medications to slow the progress of Alzheimer’s. It’s the most common cause of dementia and accounts for 60–80% of cases. His father died from it and the disease has been known to run in families. Early onset Alzheimer’s is genetic and Trump was fucking things up on the set of “The Apprentice” before he was even 65 (that’s early onset). He even fired the wrong guy on the show and producers were stuck sticking to it and the guy that won was sent home just to keep Trump from looking bad. How many times did he fuck up in his business and other people just covered for him so that he didn’t look bad?
Trump’s diet will make progression occur faster. A diet high in fat and sugar will cause amyloid plaques to form in the brain quicker. So since he hasn’t changed his diet, it’s still a fast food diet for the most part, it is doubtful that the infusions are going to do much good. The infusions explain the semi annual “physical”, the repeated cognitive tests that he complains are so “difficult” and the MRI. Doctors have to see if the medication is working. With the changes in his hair and the increasingly erratic behavior, along with falling asleep at really inappropriate times, I would say that it really isn’t slowing anything down.
The stress is getting to him, it makes him panic or get agitated. He is more easily frightened because his memory and body are failing him. This whole Epstein thing has him terrified and angry. None of his tricks have worked, we still want the complete file. He features so prominently in them that he’s a co-conspirator and accomplice. There is no statute of limitations for any crime surrounding sex trafficking. His best hope is to be ruled legally incompetent, but the 25th Amendment would need to be used to give him a prayer there and he doesn’t want to give up power and the opportunities to enrich himself. So he’s truly freaked out. I mean he went so far as to have DOJ fire Maureen Comey because she was the lead prosecutor on both the Epstein and Maxwell cases at SDNY. She knew exactly what was in those files and exactly where all of them were. He couldn’t have her around, she might actually help Congress. She technically still can.
It’s truly reprehensible that nobody has yet managed to find the courage and true patriotism to even attempt to invoke the 25th Amendment. It’s painfully obvious that it’s way overdue.
Trump didn’t pick his VP and Cabinet for courage or patriotism, he picked them for the willingness to obey and praise him. None of them will act. The House would have to get rid of Trump’s little Johnson and impeach, then the Senate would have to convict. And remove Vance too.
The Heritage Foundation is running the administration. Vance, Miller, Vought, Theil are a few Heritage Foundation (Project 2025) plants. I think they will decide when it’s time to invoke the 25th amendment. But if / when Congress flips, we hopefully have more options to remove the entire administration and not just POTUS.
He’s not needed as a useful idiot any longer. The question is who will replace him?

Vance would have to get members of the cabinet to sign on. Trump would then sign a written declaration that he is competent to be President, one or both houses would fail to call him incompetent by a two-thirds vote, and he’d get back in power and unleash his vindictiveness. The 25th is not a slam dunk.
I’m aware that it wouldn’t be a slam dunk, in fact probably not be successful. Nevertheless, the attempt would be worthwhile and perhaps instructive to some, and the vindictiveness part is why it would require courage.

Does the 25th Amendment require that the president agrees with the cabinet that he is unfit to serve? That does not make much sense.
The process works like this: The VP and a majority of the Cabinet decide the President can no longer discharge the duties of the office, and the VP becomes acting President. If the President differs, he or she may send written declarations, claiming that ability, to the Speaker of the House and President pro tem of the Senate, and then Congress gets to vote. It takes two-thirds of both houses to uphold the disability and keep the VP as acting President.
As far as Congressional approval goes, it would be easier to impeach and convict, which requires only a majority in the House and two-thirds in the Senate, but the 25th works a lot faster than impeachment and trial.
