I absolutely agree. This is one of the most accurate explanations of gang stalking I’ve ever read. People try to gaslight the truth by calling it a “conspiracy” or “delusion,” but it’s been happening since the beginning of time, just like you said. A targeted individual is someone who has been put under a watchlist program to psychologically torture the individual via gangstalking and harrassment and through electronic means such as infrasound, electromagnetic radiation, synthetic telepathy (aka Voice of God weapon) which was used In Iraq by the US military.Psychological torturing of the indivdiual starts with prep work, where you are being watched, however you are not aware that you are being watched. The purpose of watching you discreetly is to ensure that your triggers, stressors, things that impact you in a negative way can be ascertained in silence and a psychological profile of you created that can be used against you in an overt but subtle way repeatedly day after day once they do decide to make you aware of your overt targeting. In the community, this normally takes place in the form of gang stalking where groups of communities are told to watch and harrass you and since you are now aware that you are being targeted, it take a psychological toll on your health and makes you look paranoid and in need of medical attention, which is their goal. At work, this normally takes place in the form of workplace bullying whereby a handler is chosen to harrass you by overburdening you with work, slandering you in office, by sensitizing you to stimulus’s in the environment by repeatedly doing the things such as coughing as you walk by them, clearing their throat, repeatedly walking by your office etc. Once you are sensitized to these stimulus’s you are more hypervigilant and this also distracts you from work, gets you very anxious so that you cannot perform the work and then you are labelled as being incompetent and either put on a Personnel Improvement Program or fired from work. If you complain about this to HR or take legal actionvery little help will be given by HR and an attorney if you are able to find one, will not act in your best interest. At your home these gangstalkers will occupy apartments above and beside you to harrass you with noise campaigns such as banging doors, loud whistling noises, honking horns outside your apartment, asking the children to shout just as you walk past to make you alert when you already are in a hypervigilant state, not letting you sleep by making noises just before you go to bed so that you get panic attacks and are unable to sleep. At extreme ends you will also be targeted by your neigbhors and these people through infrasound, certain frequencies which target different portions of your body and make you severly ill causing headches, vertigo, stomach pain, ulcers. When the targeting gets extreme you will also be exposed to people talking about you remotely using synthetic telepathy which beams the sound to you only. The details of these technologies are available in the public domain and can be researched and some have actually been used in wars by US military. So as you can see this is a psychological warfare against an individual and the community goes along with this because they have been told lies about you as a person by someone in a position of authority (government, intelligence agencies, military, police) and because as a citizen you will not question these authority figures, you are made to believe what they say and are unable as a targeted individual to explain your story in return. Communities who target individuals also know the harm that they are causing to an individual but continue to do so notheless for fear of similar repurcussion if they do not comply with the authority figure. So you are pscyhologically tortured at home, at work, on the road and this is a targeted individuals daily life. Since this goes on repeatedly year after year, there is little a person can do but educate the community online or in person about this harrassment and torture program and become an activist to show the true nature of these rogue people and expose them for what they actually are in the public’s eyes. All these activities are unconstitutional, are severe invasion of privacy without any probable cause and yet they continue unchallenged because the fear these rogue people have instilled in the public and the targeted individuals basically remain targeted for the rest of their lives. They can be very dangerous. Gangstalkers can unleash a smear campaign against you that will make people hate to see you coming. They can circulate deep fake pictures and rumors to your prospective employers, so that you will never get a job in which the city you live. They can leave you isolated and lonely from all that they have done. But there are some gangstalkers who were accidentally involved and participated in these evil escapades thinking it was only a joke. Those people are usually young people who were lied to about an individual or were persuaded to lie on an individual. It’s nonetheless EVIL!
Part of my assault included gang stalkers pulling out in front of my vehicle on highways. It caused me and three others to wreck at speeds of 70 MPH. We were all busted up and hospitalized. Only God saved us from death. Gang stalking is a matter of life and death.

I confront them when I can. I will walk right up to them. If they are in their vehicles they will stare down at their phones. I can stand right next to their door and they will not even look up. No they are cowards and losers. Leaving a paper trail or a trace of any evidence goes against there cowardly code! They will never do anything that will risk there secrecy. They are weak minded peaces of trash. If you start eating better, exercising and avoiding sugar, caffeine and stimulants they will go away. No junk food, no sweets, no coffee or cigarettes. Brush your teeth and keep up with your hygiene and they will go away. Volunteer at non profit organizations and get a job that keeps you very busy. They will go away on there own. They don’t have any real power. Don’t let them dictate how you live your life. But be very honest with yourself so you can regain your mind! Drop all bad habits and focus on your health. Remember that they see directly through your eyes. So stay away from illegal things and try to minimize your phone time. Go on mountain climbing adventures or something like that. They see everything you do and they keep track of every action you commit. Sounds scary if you’re up to no good. Best thing to do is to move to a different state. Stay away from unhealthy food and sugar. I can’t tell you exactly how I got rid of this on here. But changing your diet to a healthy one is the beggining. You will start to feel better. You’ll hear less interruptions day by day. You’ll experience days without interuptions and then weeks. I ate only salads and a lot of garlic and fresh fish. Anyway it’s up to you to make the change. If you don’t then it will haunt you for the rest of your life.

Being followed, watched, and psychologically manipulated by a few individuals who gather more individuals that create a group of people. This harassment is often meant to mimic mental illness, isolate the victim, and discredit them so no one believes their experience.
Tactics include constant surveillance, phone/computer hacking, noise campaigns, sleep deprivation, gaslighting, and using technology like directional speakers (V2K) to send voices directly to the victim. Victims may be baited into confrontations or criminal acts, have their property tampered with, and experience staged street theater meant to provoke or confuse them.
The goal is to destroy the victim’s credibility, peace of mind, and quality of life, often making them appear paranoid or unstable to others. This abuse is so extreme and calculated that many victims are misdiagnosed or ignored, which only adds to their isolation and suffering.
Exposer is the best step to address the issue. I grant that our government sponsors V2K activity. My frequency counter measures a carrier wave of 50MHz broadcasting for 4 seconds and off for 4 seconds, alternating continuously. I did have voices in my head and a mental picture that lasted 45 minutes. Of course, we are all defined as being schizophrenic as a cover-up for the government.
When you torture, terrorize, humiliate and dehumanize a person for a long period of time, of course they can lose their free will. People do get tired of fighting a very long, hard and insidious battle.

The LORD, within God’s timing, has connected the dots for me.
