Since the evil snakes were stomped underground during the 50s, they have crawled back, using sophisticated devices, computers, telecommunications, and GPS to control the TI’s thought-life and movements. The “new people” in your life will cause you to fight for anything you want to hang on to. Gaslighting is important to their trade to detach you from loved ones, bosses and friends. Your sanity is plagued with a multitude of mental challenges especially if you’ve been hearing voices (V2K), electromagnetic energy is being applied to your being (dogs as well) and structures that you frequent (vehicles too). A white Camry just passed me by with high beam power bar lights on the top of the car, high beam street lights on, fog lights on the bottom. He turned them on and off a block away when he got near me he turned on the bar lights on his roof. This is part of what they do to get a person to react. We are known as The Band of Lake Superior Chippewa Indians. Our Tribe is currently in a state of emergency. Which means our Tribal Government asked The Federal Government for assistance in helping combat drugs, gangs, and crime. With the receiving of thousands upon thousands of dollars in Federal and State grants, our Tribe inevitability became a Surveillance State and Community Policing Neighborhood. In the month of February, 2021, while living in San Diego California, I noticed that every time I was in a public park, suddenly groups of people would appear in an organized effort to disturb me and make me change my location. Only to then be surrounded in the new location.
At first I didn’t make any connection, however, over the next year it grew more intense with people attempting to provoke, harass, and intimidate me by calling me a pedophile. Things became so intolerable, I moved away to end it. Only to find this pattern of behavior reappeared in my new location.
Another recurring pattern is people seeming to look for me, so they could take a selfie with me in the background. I feel like a TikTok challenge target, or a Pokémon in a Pokémon Go game. People will approach me, take my picture, and leave.
The perpetrators of my stalking and harassment are often groups of Millennial aged adults, families with young children, or groups of late teenagers.
Every time I reported the verbal threats and slanderous remarks, Police officers could only accuse me of having a mental health issue, which I do not, And no report would be filed.
I feel this WIDESPREAD VIGILANTISM is a violation of my basic Civil Rights as a Citizen of the United States, not to be treated like a National Security Risk, or registered sex offender. I believe that somewhere I may be listed as such.
Regardless, this unconstitutional behavior must be recognized and address. It is the threat to our National Security, not me.

Police have been here several times witnessed not only the wrong cables in my router (pulling it out) multiple wires going into the outside box and into my home via attic, every screw in the frame of my sliding glass doors removed every window lock broke and an old att box (been dead for 20 yrs) now having electricity and a cable and phone cord attached. Having a 5 way splitter with cables attached up in my attic. I have given them the name of the person who I know is 100% involved… Several tag numbers and even caught one couple on my body camera. How is it I have records of her being in my bedroom 19 times in 2 hours and my little barkers never making a sound. I never woke up yet my eyes, nose throat and face feel burnt. I’ve been hoarse with severe laringitous for close to 2 months. Waking up so out of whack my brain and mouth couldn’t sinc and after five or six steps I had to literally squat down from passing out. Boxes of frozen foods had been opened and reglued shut. I found some type of a hard looking crystal in one of my spice jars. My body armour drinks disappeared and I had canned soups in my cabinet that have completely different looks on the top where the opening key thing is than the other dozens I have. 3 months after the police came and her leaving… key words (3 months after) she filed a stalking domestic violence protective order against me saying I ties her up in her bedroom, handcuffed her and beat her with a gun, followed her to work the night before police were here. Judge didn’t believe one word gave her a few stern words dismissed everything and advice me to protect myself. Work? She’s not legal to work in this country so….. I have never owned a gun but that was then. Why after 3 months would she do this? I am battling a pancreatic mass and weigh a whooping 96 pounds. Since securing the sliding door and putting in locks on the windows I’m still on the couch. Nothing has been solved and now that cable company knows who that installer was (independent contractor) you’d think they would be knocking on my door eager to help me get my security system back up along with the police department going after this guy to get to the persons involved however it’s been silent. I’ve missed 4 cancer appointments and at this point I don’t care. If it takes my last breath I will find out who and more importantly why. If I notice people following me, I slow way down, pull over and get behind them.
When I see them in the parking lot of a place I frequent (vehicle running, lights on, middle of an empty parking lot at 230am) I make sure a friend is watching and I will walk up to the vehicle and ask them “what’s up?”
Most of the people I have confronted don’t come around anymore.
The police in my town, Canby, OR, have spread horrible rumors about me and harrassed and arrested me several times for no reason!

I would like to further describe the fusion center as having special-interest, poisonous, evil snakes who operate by developing a virtual mind for each citizen. Lastly, if you’re thinking “Well, won’t they just find us since we’re putting our information out here?” My response to that is they already know! They literally follow us wherever we go! They know everything we do and say. Do you have a smart phone? Then they can see everything just with that device. I’m not saying don’t use your gifts of intuition and discernment to weed out any possible stalkers that might want to impose as a targeted person, but I’m pretty sure after our years of experience with us, we can pretty much tell right away when somebody’s acting. We are literally not risking much at all, but what we could benefit from this is worth the small amount of risk that you’re taking. Just think about it.
Now I have this space here called alone we’re strong together. We are stronger and my main space which is called a diary of a targeted individual which I had just started not too long ago posting on there my actual daily thoughts and feelings as a targeted person. On top of it all, they have taken control of my iCloud account, so if someone reaches out to me, they will probably divert the email or delete it, so I will never see it. All I want is someone to talk to, have a cup of coffee with, any, human contact without being stalked and surveilled. What does it take? Hi my name is Kelly, I am from London Ontario. I am a targeted individual here in my town. I have been trying to figure out where to go with this and where to turn for help. This has been happening to me for a few years now. I am surveillance at all times. Though my phone, tv, Internet, I am watched, tailed, stalked on a regular basis. I know the people in this town get paid off do do so! It all started with me being an activist. I was using my voice and freedom of speech. Which they don’t appreciate here in London Ontario. I have tried everything you could imagine in order to get someone to believe me, all I seem to do is go around in circles. That’s what these gangstalkers want I guess, you to get no where. This is the first time I have spoken on a site about it . I am alone most of the time. Feel scared at some points of what’s going to happen next! I mean could they possibly do more!? I have chips in my feet. Yes I said it I’m chipped!! It is a real thing especially with the technology the government has today! So, they know and track where I am at all times. There seems to be no getting away from it, or no end to this hideous crime. Everything in my house electronically bothers me, I can feel it a mile away!! I’m experiencing migraines, tiredness, soreness, shocks as side effects from them experimenting on me. It never stops, day and or night 24/7. I have been trying to read up on all that has been happening to me. There’s alot more information out there about the technology then you could imagine. This town uses me for a weapon against the people who believe in me.Slander, lies, and what type of person I am is put out for all in town to believe by this corruption here, and gangstalking situation that I am experiencing. I have tried lawyer’s, they never believe you!! I have tried just about everything except going public and telling my story. Which I plan to do. I’m issues began in late 2019 likely due to blowing the whistle on grant fraud and other corruption and incompetence at CSU Fresno. Long story short, they ruined my family life, damaged me financially, tried to set me up, harassed me sexually and electronically (via text and internet), and set me up to be wrongfully detained and photographed nude against my will. I think they may have even tried to kill me. I was involved in an auto accident May 2021, and it STILL has not been properly resolved. WTF is going on??? I was called a “whore” in my own yard my an undercover police officer. Another undercover mocked one of my “mentally ill” relatives by feigning being in a straightjacket. Numerous pets were killed on my property. Still not sure if my beloved cat was prisoned or died of natural causes… Anyway, my live wasn’t perfect before this but I was happy and functional. I DO have some footage including grainy footage of the undercovers camped outside my house. Maybe somebody can enhance it? I wish I had those skills. Anyway, it was both dirty cops and I suspect their informants… I was a peaceful middle classed law bidding citizen before all this, but again, my life wasn’t perfect. They used my “mentally ill”/drug addict brother to break into my shed to perform illegal surveillance on me without a warrant. They’ve backed off a lot since I got all my surveillance cameras running, but the harassment still happens sporadically. Besides, I want to know THE TRUTH behind who orchestrated this fucken nightmare.
PS I had been a grad student at the school. The gossip and harassment regarding certain students was so awful there that it drove one young man to suicide. I believe he was harassed by Muslim students for being gay. There were lots of rumors in that place including rumors of sexual harassment between Muslim professors and students but for “culturally sensitivity” reasons, everybody wanted to cover it up and keep it hush hush. Fucken abysmal trash place with no justice.
PS Some of these professors are friends with doctors at the hospitals in Fresno as well. The daughters of these elite misogynistic doctors work in the labs of the corrupt professors at Fresno State. I’m actually a liberal, believe it or not, but I’m a TRUE LIBERAL, that means I will defend liberal values and monotheistic religious, especially Islam, condone ideals no rational person should support.
It’s been over a year since that auto accident, and I’m still not 100% recovered. It’s actually a miracle I wasn’t injured worse. I have photos of the completely totally car… Anyway, my knee is forever damaged, and I still have minor pain from the whiplash… My new car was also vandalized… more…

I guess you are a high level T.I. like me. I have noticed my SUV have been altered. The carpet and fuse covers are missing after getting service at mechanics shop. Also, wires have been redone with a sloppy electric tape job. I also noticed the steering wheel nut look different they others.
They seem to mess with fuses, switching them and removing them. The last two years have been repair after repair. They owe me $$$,$$$ in damages from car home.
My other problem is my home they are constantly implanting in my wall through the brick mortar.
