The typical targets are the people that challenge society. Not in the sense of being a criminal, but in the sense of “Disrupting Society”.

While that seems to make no sense at all, if You dig deeper You’ll find it.

The main way that this seems to be such a success for OH (Organized Harrassment), is because they use the average person that will not ask questions, they will just do. A follower is gonna do just that. But a leader is gonna challenge what they don’t understand, in order to have a better understanding for themselves.

This mode of thinking and living, is what separates a leader from a follower, thus making them a target.

The main lie they use “They on drugs, they stole this or that”. The average mind set will just take what lie they said + an offer of money and or drugs, then do exactly as massa say. The Targeted Individuals mindset is completely different. We don’t care what lie they present us with, We wanna see the proof and facts (which ofc there never is to any 🤔).

I’m a TI, so are my siblings, husband and kids. We don’t do drugs nor do we sell them. We stay to ourselves and mind our business……always have. Yet we are relentlessly stalked and Harrassed as much as most TIs goes through. My point is, the fact that we don’t do drugs or participate in criminal activity but are still targeted, should let You know that it has NOTHING TO DO WITH DRUGS. We are targeted due to Us being able to think for ourselves and are not of the easily manipulated weak minded hive minds.

We can’t be controlled…. Notice that even after the V2k, dews, and all other technology is used on Us, We still know the difference and don’t conform to what THEY want. So they fear Us. The devil fears what he can’t control. God is love and is THE ONLY WAY!!

**Some comments relative to this post are far out, but they give a more general view of gang stalking, organized harassment.

This is by far the best explanation i have heard yet.

I myself am a TI of 25 years… (just 4 years after the inception of this shameful programs commencement!)

What’s saddest though is that this was developed by the US FBI and CIA, for Turkey. In 1994 the US sent FBI teams to Turkey to supervise and train the Turkish police how to run this operation after they were tasked BY Turkey’s leader… (i dont know what their title is… dont really care either…).

Basically the U.N. had previously established a ton of arbitrary rules which in my understanding were set forth as either PART or in WHOLE, known as “The Geneva Conventions”. (I did not study this in depth at school or college, so bear with me if i get some of the details of them wrong…).

So these documents were in some ways a doctrine adopted by all of the members of the U.N. and signing your nation into the articles was a mandatory requirement. A large portion of it was WARTIME rules, which basically just outlined the “NEVER CROSS THIS LINE”, ultimatums or face the most severe punishments, to be enforced by the world court… (that is MY understanding… but keep reading and you will see where my assessment is coming from.)

So one of the MAIN provisions of these rules was CRUEL AND UNUSUAL PUNISHMENT, INHUMANE TREATMENT, AND TORTURE OF POW/DETAINEES.

In brief summary… NO… NEVER ENACT ANY OF THE ABOVE to a captured foreign or domestic opposition fighter! If your nation is found GUILTY of performing these heinous crimes, your commander will be charged with War Crimes or Crimes Against Humanity…. (You NEVER want to hear that you’re being charged with this… )

So many different nations of course worked in complete disregard for these rules, and were found guilty of many counts… the other nations either covered it up well, or were searching for that loophole or gray area, because lets be for real… when a SPY or Foreign Operative is caught… how often do you think they gave up THEIR COUNTRIES ENTIRE PLANS, for a handshake and a coca cola?

If you wanted intel you needed some outside the box thinkers who were “CREATIVE” in their methods of extracting information… but if you couldnt straight up burn the skin off their body and dip them in salt, for fear of “Cruel / Inhumane Treatment Charges”… then you needed a way to do the EXACT SAME THING… with their skin intact!

Turkey asked the FBI to create such a method…

I only have seen BRIEFS of the origin program… but in jist… it was GANG STALKING…

Now i am at liberty to believe that THERE HAD TO BE A FEW DIFFERENCES…

Because the FBI began working this program in 1994 in Istanbul, Turkey…. And in late 1996, TURKISH POLICE ORDERED IT TO BE HALTED, and then had their leadership take the findings of what had been LEARNED from its implementation, to the U.N., and HAVE THEM CLASSIFY IT UNDER ARTICLE 32 OF THE GENEVA CONVENTIONS, AS PSYCHOLOGICAL WARFARE & TORTURE…. both Punishable by THE DEATH PENALTY!

Now please remember this is a country that at one time would CHOP THE HANDS OFF OF A PERSON CAUGHT STEALING FROM THE OUTSIDE MARKETS…

THIS COUNTRY decided that THIS PROGRAM was CRUEL AND UNUSUAL PUNISHMENT/INHUMANE!

Wrap your head around that… these guys HAD TO have seen some shit that WE have yet to go thru, or the SUPER EVIL shit was clipped…. But this is the U.S. so i highly doubt they trimmed any of the juicy parts from their masterpiece.

But what came next after what i think the US would have dubbed a “Successful Run” in Turkey?

I think it always ties back to an ex, and the ex usually claims parent alienation. It’s a group of criminals that have been accused of sex crimes, or physicalabuse of a child.

It’s a “ you scratch my back, and I’ll scratch yours” situation. They can’t openly stalk the ex of the kids but the group can and never get caught. So all the real parents of the kids get harassed and set up for crimes and you can never prove you ex is behind it.

Targeted Individual who has been stalked for many years; is gang stalking considered a program? If so, what does that entail?

Yes. BEHAVIOR MODIFICATION. (There are many facets to gang stalking. This is NOT one answer for all gang stalking situation. I am answering a very specific question regarding “programs”). There is an NSA Psyops document credited to Will Filer, which describes Behavior Modification, and ties it to a religious movement, brain washing, and forced conversion therapy for homosexuals. I cannot verify the authenticity of the document, but it is information that has been propagated online. (See below).

On the surface it can be Community Policing, Citizens Patrols, Safer Streets, Neighborhood Watch, Smart City Technology. On a more intense level it can be “Concerned citizens group, alerting your family that you are in danger of being a drug addict and homeless without intervention“. And on the extreme level, it can be religious zeolites on a crusade to cleanse the world for the return of Jesus. Stalkers will fall into whichever category works on them.

There is also a document from the 80‘s describing how Citizens Patrol programs don’t work.

THEN there are the extreme tactics of a program called ROCA, (see video) in which, the founder Molly Baldwin admits that it is stalking.

And lastly, a video where the participant says that the City of San Jose California is paying people with gift cards, to stalk other people.

Yes this shit is real. And I have first hand experience on all 3 levels. I was stalked by the neighbors, who said I was a sex crazed drug addict. Someone called my family members who insisted I have mental health assessment, AND I am a gay man, who literally had the Jehovah’s Witnesses keeping watch over me in 2 hours shifts 24/7/365, so they could “give the witness “ to Jehovah of my sinful ways. BOUNDARY OF SCIENCE AND RELIGION 5TH DIMENSION THE SUPERNATURAL

When reasoning about our Creator, the main question is Why do bad things happen to good people? First, good is a relative term. In one set of experiences, good can actually be evil in another set of experiences. For example beating the shit out of your kid is good for correcting him in the future. On the other hand, it is not good because you are making him violent in the future. With that said, we live in a fallen world; all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God, regardless of whether good applies to you or not. God sacrificed His Son to bring each soul back to Him. I just wanted to let you know that this is not complete. Therefore, we live in a fallen world; anything can happen to anyone.

As an apologetic writer (reconciling science with religion), the main question is whether science is the answer to our future in the long run? Do we seek God through science, with the life sciences providing us with our philosophy and way of life? No! Science serves humans and not God. This would be selfish and finite, rather than infinite. As all things in the universe are either coming into being or going out of being. It is temporary, which means that humans are temporary, yet our eternal God remains. Discovering the physical laws only gives humans the fundamental knowledge to base their spirit to seek God in spirit and truth. Science is to seek God before the universe folds in on itself and ends, including humans.

I am not challenging Christian views, but rather the scientific views in space and time. We seek God through Jesus Christ, our gracious gift for redemption, the return to God from the fallen world.

Who organizes gangs for “targeted individuals” (gang-stalking)?

Special interest groups (SIG) snakes began with the business of commerce, acquiring information about merchants and their credibility. The Committee on Un-American Activities challenged the movement, successfully running the snakes underground. With the aid of incredible technological advances, the snake has made a comeback. I have labelled them hyper-communists due to this incredible advance in technology.

The massive socio-political movement is developing virtual-minds of each citizen stored on supercomputers. They analyze private, sensitive information about each citizen and distribute it to gang stalkers. The special interest groups (SIG snakes), an operative of hyper-communism, orchestrate the gang stalkers as they accurately assault innocent individuals in our society, thereby destroying our free society, undermining our constitutional rights.

Organized gang stalking is empowered by special interest groups (SIG) snakes (fusion centers) that the government and oligarchs of big business sponsor. Their purpose is to control the thought life and movements of each citizen, utilizing virtual minds developed on supercomputers that can make billions of decisions per second, along with fast cellular communications. SIG snakes can anticipate the targeted individual’s (TI) thoughts by organizing gang stalkers who are directed on what to do toward the TI. This is illegal in America, but reaching court is very challenging. Although we must never stop trying. We must save our democracy, which supports a free society.

There is a far-reaching purpose why President Bush immediately after 911 said that we were now in a new world order. Also, think of why Russia stopped Ed Snowden from leaving their country. Ed blew the whistle on America’s spy agency, HSA, which was established for the first time as a domestic spy agency. This was kept secret because it would have been deemed illegal in the United States. Arresting Snowden in Russia implied a partnership between America and Russia—a partnership as special-interest snakes operate to bring into fruition hyper-communism, where each person on earth has their virtual mind mapped on supercomputers for the purpose of controlling their thought life and movements. Unfortunately, the coming one-world government is likely to be authoritarian – a form of hyper-communism enhanced by high-tech science.

Individuality is being destroyed at present. When was the last time that you heard the word individual ” used? It is being erased from our minds. The person shall live for the group – the group is given the power to mentally enslave the individual, who has no rights. SIG snakes (fusion centers) are of the devil and operate using devilish means, such as gang stalking, constantly after luring a person in with bait.

CONCLUSION:

SIG snakes are invading the inner sanctuary of the mind of targeted individuals. SIG snakes are causing ultra-violence as the targeted individuals experiences an involuntary push back to stop or revenge the invasion of their inner mind. that must have peace – a conclusion to all things. Furthermore, the TIs or any individual must hear, feel, God ministering to them in order to maintain peace and harmony coming from their inner mind.

How can a Targeted Individual, victim, escape the harassment from their gang stalker when they have all your information (name, SSN, and your DOB)?

I just found out how to track your case handler (officer). You need to contact law enforcement and tell them that your ROD(remote operator) is a criminal and that he/she is using satellites to target you illegally, and without a warrant. Warrants are generally needed to legally remote neural monitor suspected criminals. Once you file a police report, they will likely pass the intel up the chain to state law enforcement or the FBI. The FBI will know which satellites are likely being used.

Based upon that they can contact the satellite administrator. If you have ever heard of a term called (police state). That’s what is going on. They do gaslight you and want you to think that they are using every device that they have against you. Then they can get whoever to get info for them. And from what I am seeing every church around here has a first responders ministries. That gives them the access to gaslight in the masses. They say something to the entire congregation about you and couple that with the different churches around and there it goes. No matter what they say about you it’s now viral. I have found that they think they are being secretive when you first encounter one. I make it policy to let them know that I am aware who they are. And this is the most important thing to tell them. That they can take that mental health bullshit and shove it up there ass. Then take your phone (as long as you are out in public) and take there picture. That one won’t bother you because now they are worried and that stupid smirk goes away pretty damn quick. You know that you are not crazy. Stand your ground and if you need assistance see if you can find another TI in your area to assist you. I will promise you that none of them want to be exposed. If you feel the need try and find a reporter to help you. I was a fugitive recovery agent for a few years. When they try there shit on me I don’t care who it is I follow them back. Meanwhile, writers and intellectuals remain unknown and unappreciated. Most people prefer shallowness and mental sedation. A person who numbs us into oblivion or entertains us with trivialities is more favored than one who awakens us to reality and pains us with the truth.

That is why democracy is not suitable for ignorant societies—because the ignorant majority will be the ones deciding your fate. MOORE

Democracy is an experiment in social order in which citizens must consider the individual before acquiescing to the powers that be. Unlike other major governments, democracy is the reverse and very fragile; only a strong spirit of freedom can preserve our democracy. All of us. Although the people they use to stalk us are ignorant and easily fooled, most stalkers are unaware of the cult behind this. And I understand using the label of “Satanic” is just calling it something relatable. However, the true nature of this evil preys AND prays among many “Christian” churches and other religious organizations. They use people’s own beliefs to get them to hurt others. Yes, it is evil. But Satanic is a subjective term. And I believe this “game” has been going on for as long as humanity has tried to cultivate itself. The only difference is that a previously unavailable technology has been accessed as a tool to increase the movement (Hyper-communism) exponentially. Before Social Media’s influence, they were only able to recruit a few members into the cult and Target fewer people. Now, anyone can be recruited without knowing they have been recruited into a cult. Is gang stalking a covert form of psychological warfare, and how can targeted individuals expose and fight back?

Yes, it is precisely that. They can’t do anything to you physically. It’s all a big game to them. They are sick people with power and control psychopathy traits. Most people who do it for a living, i.e., their main job, have no morals, ethics, or conscience. I have found in my experience that most, but not all, are ex-military, ex-police, and criminals. This should not come as a surprise. The US propaganda machine that elevates our military, police, and intelligence agents as “heroes” is fully evident in almost every movie or television show that depicts these organizations and individuals. The reality is they are cold, uncaring mercenaries who work for the paycheck, not our country.

Everyone that had a brain knew by 2004 that the whole war in Iraq and Afghanistan was a complete lie. Yet, tens of thousands of people still signed up to fight and kill people in those countries that had nothing to do with us. What does that tell you? They wanted to kill people and get away with it so they joined the military and did it under the pretext of being at war.

You can’t expose it because most civilians already know what’s going on. The problem is that they either don’t care, think it’s cool (psychopaths), or are afraid to do anything. Plus, there is the financial incentive. These people are given a little bit of money to fuck with targeted individuals and promised big money if they can do something or say something to get you, the targeted individual, to act out.

The system is corrupt from the top to the bottom. Complaining won’t help, it is a waste of time. Just ignore these people and their skits, scenarios, etc. This is spiritual warfare as well as government corruption no matter what anyone says.

The thing that helps me the most is praying and reading PSALMS and other books in the Bible before I have to deal with these people. I notice when I forget to or don’t make time to do this, I am affected more by their tactics. So the bottom line is to ask God for help, pray, and read the Bible. No human will help you because they are all either greedy, don’t care, scared, or very stupid and actually believe that you are a “terrorist”, “mentally ill”, a “pedophile” or the countless other lies that these government agents use to slander and defame you. Your entire world will fall apart. People all day, every day, and every which way will talk extremely NASTY towards you. Anything you try to do throughout your entire day. From morning until night, it will become tough to accomplish. You will be driven off the road, your pets poisoned, your property vandalized, and each and every job will be sabotaged. All friends and family will turn on you. Weird and crazy stairs from strangers, ex-girlfriends, coworkers, and neighbors. Mail will not arrive to you or from you. People will walk by and whisper, cough, and seclude you. You will learn what it’s like to have nobody to talk to, laugh with, or even spend time with. Of course, you will go to the mall alone, and two people will come out of each store you enter. As you enter (each) store, the employees will say, “There’s the murder.” Or “monster” this will continue for about 5 years in my case. Vehicles breaking down on the regular, flat tires – like five in one month. Or the oil drained from your brand new truck (4) separate times. My truck was stolen three separate times by undercover state police here in Anchorage, Alaska. Plainly, you will live in a nightmare for YEARS!!! Today is July 22, 2023, and mine started in 2015. Nobody will help me stop it. But many help the nightmare to stay alive. These are some of the things I’ve experienced. I’d be typing all night and then running into dinner time tomorrow if I listed everything that happened in just one year… 8 – 9 years’ worth… It’s just more of the type of stuff I’ve already listed.
