Less bothered by it than the past, however I was slandered, discredited (hospitalized), persecuted (followed by 3 separate law enforcement agencies), tracked via satellite, tolls, my car stereo was disconnected, my vehicle, home were wirelessly wiretapping, and celebrities were involved that made claims to CPS. Of course you can block RF signals. That’s what a Faraday cage is for. You can also shield against different emissions in the electromagnetic spectrum using different materials, of which, RF is just one of many.
For example, you can block Radar emissions up to 18 GHz by creating tiles using silicon rubber and a 70%-80% suspension of Carbonyl Iron or Barium Ferrite power with a grain size of 3.4 uM.
Microwaves Oven emissions are blocked using a wire mesh with holes smaller than the 2.450 GHz wavelength. That’s the little dots on the glass door of your microwave.
X-rays are also part of the electromagnetic spectrum and can be blocked using lead shielding. As too Gamma Rays. Lead has a very high number of protons in each atom, which makes it a very dense metal shield. You can also adjust the thickness according to the amount of protection need.
Computers can be hardened against RF subversion techniques using shielding – they are called Tempested Systems and the military have been using them since the 1980’s.
Different wavelength’s and different frequencies require different types of shielding. The issue is that any shielding can be somewhat compromised with a high enough power of directed electromagnetic energy.
That doesn’t mean that you shouldn’t protect yourself against it. You just need to add more shielding, or use a tool that tells you when you are getting attacked, so you can limit your exposure and get out of the way.

I honestly wasn’t sold on them actually being able to monitor our cognition on this level. I figured they profiled us intensively for an extended period until they could accurately predict our behavior based on the data compiled including brain wave monitoring but I did not think they could literally see what our eyes were showing our minds. I’ll have to agree with that. The sounds and noises they make really do sound like it’s coming from neighbors so that I will think someone else is doing it. It took me awhile to realize it and when I read about it, that’s probably what it could have been. I had a neighbor call the cops on me because I was accusing someone for certain things they weren’t doing. Yeah. I fell for some of their shit. I’m getting wiser everyday. You didn’t mention the recording of every location we visit, person we speak to, purchase we make, and microphone and camera captures from every cellphone we carry since the first one was used. Or the concept of behavioral studies via the so called (non recorded) and non- collected and unsaved data that in reality are sitting in massive servers, awaiting to be analyzed by the super computers in order to compile an output of your psychological identity so precise, the only thing left is for the fat lady to sing.
