Yes. BEHAVIOR MODIFICATION. (There are many facets to gang stalking. This is NOT one answer for all gang stalking situation. I am answering a very specific question regarding “programs”). There is an NSA Psyops document credited to Will Filer, which describes Behavior Modification, and ties it to a religious movement, brain washing, and forced conversion therapy for homosexuals. I cannot verify the authenticity of the document, but it is information that has been propagated online. (See below).

On the surface it can be Community Policing, Citizens Patrols, Safer Streets, Neighborhood Watch, Smart City Technology. On a more intense level it can be “Concerned citizens group, alerting your family that you are in danger of being a drug addict and homeless without intervention“. And on the extreme level, it can be religious zeolites on a crusade to cleanse the world for the return of Jesus. Stalkers will fall into whichever category works on them.

There is also a document from the 80‘s describing how Citizens Patrol programs don’t work.

THEN there are the extreme tactics of a program called ROCA, (see video) in which, the founder Molly Baldwin admits that it is stalking.

And lastly, a video where the participant says that the City of San Jose California is paying people with gift cards, to stalk other people.

Yes this shit is real. And I have first hand experience on all 3 levels. I was stalked by the neighbors, who said I was a sex crazed drug addict. BOUNDARY OF SCIENCE AND RELIGION 5TH DIMENSION THE SUPERNATURAL

When reasoning about our Creator, the main question is Why do bad things happen to good people? First, good is a relative term. In one set of experiences, good can actually be evil in another set of experiences. For example beating the shit out of your kid is good for correcting him in the future. On the other hand, it is not good because you are making him violent in the future. With that said, we live in a fallen world; all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God, regardless of whether good applies to you or not. God sacrificed His Son to bring each soul back to Him. I just wanted to let you know that this is not complete. Therefore, we live in a fallen world; anything can happen to anyone.

As an apologetic writer (reconciling science with religion), the main question is whether science is the answer to our future in the long run? Do we seek God through science, with the life sciences providing us with our philosophy and way of life? No! Science serves humans and not God. This would be selfish and finite, rather than infinite. As all things in the universe are either coming into being or going out of being. It is temporary, which means that humans are temporary, yet our eternal God remains. Discovering the physical laws only gives humans the fundamental knowledge to base their spirit to seek God in spirit and truth. Science is to seek God before the universe folds in on itself and ends, including humans.

I am not challenging Christian views, but rather the scientific views in space and time. We seek God through Jesus Christ, our gracious gift for redemption, the return to God from the fallen world.

I just found out how to track your case handler (officer). You need to contact law enforcement and tell them that your ROD(remote operator) is a criminal and that he/she is using satellites to target you illegally, and without a warrant. Warrants are generally needed to legally remote neural monitor suspected criminals. Once you file a police report, they will likely pass the intel up the chain to state law enforcement or the FBI. The FBI will know which satellites are likely being used.

Based upon that they can contact the satellite administrator. If you have ever heard of a term called (police state). That’s what is going on. They do gaslight you and want you to think that they are using every device that they have against you. That one won’t bother you because now they are worried and that stupid smirk goes away pretty damn quick. You know that you are not crazy. Stand your ground and if you need assistance see if you can find another TI in your area to assist you. I will promise you that none of them want to be exposed. If you feel the need try and find a reporter to help you. I was a fugitive recovery agent for a few years. When they try there shit on me I don’t care who it is I follow them back. And yes even the police. Your stronger than you think you are.

I am a senior T.I. of 80 years who confirms that resistance to the imposing police state is very painful – the loss of family and livelihood, harassment and assault in the street theater, the establishments, the electronic media, and the workplace, which is the most painful. But Satanic is a subjective term. And I believe this “game” has been going on for as long as humanity has tried to cultivate itself. The only difference is that a previously unavailable technology has been accessed as a tool to increase the movement (Hyper-communism) exponentially. Before Social Media’s influence, they were only able to recruit a few members into the cult and Target fewer people. Now, anyone can be recruited without knowing they have been recruited into a cult. Is gang stalking a covert form of psychological warfare, and how can targeted individuals expose and fight back?

Yes, it is precisely that. They can’t do anything to you physically. It’s all a big game to them. They are sick people with power and control psychopathy traits. Most people who do it for a living, i.e., their main job, have no morals, ethics, or conscience. I have found in my experience that most, but not all, are ex-military, ex-police, and criminals. This should not come as a surprise. The US propaganda machine that elevates our military, police, and intelligence agents as “heroes” is fully evident in almost every movie or television show that depicts these organizations and individuals. The reality is they are cold, uncaring mercenaries who work for the paycheck, not our country.

Everyone that had a brain knew by 2004 that the whole war in Iraq and Afghanistan was a complete lie. Yet, tens of thousands of people still signed up to fight and kill people in those countries that had nothing to do with us. What does that tell you? They wanted to kill people and get away with it so they joined the military and did it under the pretext of being at war.

You can’t expose it because most civilians already know what’s going on. The problem is that they either don’t care, think it’s cool (psychopaths), or are afraid to do anything. Plus, there is the financial incentive. These people are given a little bit of money to fuck with targeted individuals and promised big money if they can do something or say something to get you, the targeted individual, to act out.

The system is corrupt from the top to the bottom. Complaining won’t help, it is a waste of time. Just ignore these people and their skits, scenarios, etc. This is spiritual warfare as well as government corruption no matter what anyone says.

The thing that helps me the most is praying and reading PSALMS and other books in the Bible before I have to deal with these people. I notice when I forget to or don’t make time to do this, I am affected more by their tactics. So the bottom line is to ask God for help, pray, and read the Bible. No human will help you because they are all either greedy, don’t care, scared, or very stupid and actually believe that you are a “terrorist”, “mentally ill”, a “pedophile” or the countless other lies that these government agents use to slander and defame you. How do I know if I am on a gang stalker’s list as a target?

Your entire world will fall apart. People all day, every day, and every which way will talk extremely NASTY towards you. Anything you try to do throughout your entire day. From morning until night, it will become tough to accomplish. You will be driven off the road, your pets poisoned, your property vandalized, and each and every job will be sabotaged. All friends and family will turn on you. Weird and crazy stairs from strangers, ex-girlfriends, coworkers, and neighbors. Mail will not arrive to you or from you. People will walk by and whisper, cough, and seclude you. You will learn what it’s like to have nobody to talk to, laugh with, or even spend time with. Of course, you will go to the mall alone, and two people will come out of each store you enter. As you enter (each) store, the employees will say, “There’s the murder.” Or “monster” this will continue for about 5 years in my case. Vehicles breaking down on the regular, flat tires – like five in one month. Or the oil drained from your brand new truck (4) separate times. My truck was stolen three separate times by undercover state police here in Anchorage, Alaska. Plainly, you will live in a nightmare for YEARS!!! Today is July 22, 2023, and mine started in 2015. Nobody will help me stop it. But many help the nightmare to stay alive. These are some of the things I’ve experienced. I’d be typing all night and then running into dinner time tomorrow if I listed everything that happened in just one year… 8 – 9 years’ worth… It’s just more of the type of stuff I’ve already listed.

The ultimate goal of the hyper-communist is to institute an authoritarian state governed by a dictator, which means the loss of civil liberties and individual freedoms and the elimination of privacy rights.

The snakes can be stopped by good, freedom-loving people when we unify and stand against the evil forces and not allow irresponsible, impulsive people to control our society and certainly not our government. STOP STUPIDITY!

INTELLIGENT DESIGN AND BIBLICAL SCRIPTURE

“I believe that the simplicity of natural laws has an objective character, that it is not just the result of thought economy. If nature leads us to mathematical forms of great simplicity and beauty – by forms I am referring to coherent systems of hypotheses, axioms, etc. to forms that no one has previously encountered, we cannot help thinking that they are ‘true,’ that they reveal a genuine feature of nature. It may be that these forms also cover our subjective relationship to nature, that they reflect elements of our own thought economy. But the mere fact that we could never have arrived at these forms by ourselves, that they were revealed to us by nature, suggests strongly that they must be part of reality itself, not just of our thoughts about reality.”

Natural laws are part of our mental cognition and suggest higher spiritual laws. In fact, cavemen would not have understood biblical spiritual laws until humans began abstract thinking. Being part of the dynamics in the material world, humans also started an understanding of themselves. Questions of the standing and state of the human, individual and corporate association, continued to arise, which developed our present standing relationship with our Creator and the continual developing state between man and God.

Without religion science is lame; without science religion is blind.

Lets consider the practical aspect of the Sprit of Mankind:

I was being harassed and gang stalked physically and spiritually every day and they even had all my electronics hacked. They had isolated me completely. I was at my lowest and was literally contemplating suicide. Everyone thought I was crazy or paranoid then one night I cried out and started to pray for help, and I heard God tell me that I was his and to follow his truth, so I gave my life to Jesus Christ. Then it all stopped like flipping a switch. Now they cannot touch me or even get close and I am so much happier, and my life has completely turned around in so many positive ways. I still see them from time to time, but I think it’s because they want me to fear them again. I can tell you friend that fear is a liar and they do not effect me at all. Cry out to Jesus Christ, he is always there even when you cannot see him, hear him, or feel him. He will never leave us nor forsake us this is his promise and he will help you if you cry out to him. He is the only one who truly can. We cannot do anything on our own no matter how hard we try, but His name makes these demons that run this nasty stuff tremble with fear. There is authority in the name of Jesus Christ and I can tell you first hand they will go if you give it to Him and have faith in Him. I pray for anyone who is reading this that Jesus Christ sends his Holy Spirit to guide and comfort you. That he would take these demons that are attacking you and remove out of your life completely and that The Holy Spirit would enter you and find any evil that may be lurking or hiding in you or on you, or may be following you or hiding in your home and you would be delivered from it immediately in the name of Jesus Christ. Any evil lurking in your life must go now in the name of Jesus Christ. There is authority in His Name and these demons have no rights I take authority in His Name and command them to go now. In Christ Jesus’ Holy Name I pray Amen! My friend if you start to fear again put on his worship music and sing praises to the Lord Almighty and he will fight your battle for you and he will remind you who you belong to and that fear is a weak liar. Don’t worry if you feel weak because your weakness is made perfect by his strength. I hope whoever needs to hear this finds this because God has something for you! Respected figures such as scientists, human rights advocates, and lawyers worldwide acknowledge its gravity, armed with substantial evidence.

Imagine going about your daily life when suddenly, you start noticing peculiar occurrences around you. You feel followed, monitored, and harassed by a group of individuals acting in unison like a twisted gang. They employ tactics to mess with your mind, attempt to isolate you, and make you question your sanity.

These perpetrators employ a range of tactics, including street theater harassment, where they stage bizarre scenes to manipulate your psyche. Vehicular brighting and mobbing are other techniques where they tail and intimidate you, making you feel like you’re in a suspenseful movie.

But it doesn’t end there. They engage in mind games, meticulously tracking your movements and even using color conditioning to manipulate your emotions. It’s as if they have a mysterious GPS monitoring your every step.

To make matters worse, gangstalkers utilize Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) to control your thoughts and actions. Their covert techniques are designed to be subtle yet highly effective.

The most alarming aspect is that their intentions go beyond mere annoyance; they aim to destroy you. Employing counterintelligence tactics, they tarnish your reputation with false stories, spreading rumors that label you as anything from a violent maniac to a human trafficker. This calculated character assassination can have severe consequences, potentially ruining lives.

Gangstalking is a blatant violation of human rights, affecting people regardless of their background or beliefs. It’s imperative that we raise awareness about this insidious practice, provide support to the victims, and unite in demanding justice for those affected.

This is not fiction; gangstalking is a legitimate and terrifying issue. It’s time to unite, stay informed, and collectively combat this form of government-sponsored harassment.
