I googled the name on the bars on the back of the car in the first photo (ie. kuat) apparently they’re supposed to be bike racks but I don’t believe it! What was the problem with the bike racks that have been around for decades… it’s too strange that everyone would suddenly decide to replace their old bike racks ALL AT THE SAME TIME with these weird looking contraptions.
I’d never seen these strange things on cars before until you and others started posting photos of them on here, but now I’ve started seeing cars with the same strange looking contraptions on the back or the roof coming up my road, turning round in front of my house then going back down the road again! My ‘perps’ obviously wanted me to see them for some reason and as I don’t drive and therefore don’t get to see them out on the roads they had to send them up my road so that I would see them! About 2 years ago I remember an Alex Jones podcast where a gentleman had called in stating that he was active military. I found out that the state of Hawaii, told the federal government they were not allowed to put up 5g towers in that state. Good for them. I love you Hawaii!

I would like to share that I have discovered another participant in the stalking and terrorism of US civilians that the “government” uses in their arsenal of weaponry.
From my analysis over the last many months in traffic while driving on freeways, it has become apparent that big rig drivers (and others) will be indoctrinated while in transit of their payloads to:
* Identify and or verify your location
* block or stall your travels
* engage with another rig to block lanes
* get insanely close to the rear of your car if your going what the “stalkers” deem too slow
* travel in your blind spot and stay there.

I hate that this is happening to others. It is, however, some validation to what I have been going through, and I firmly believe in my situation one crucial part is -it is about my real estate and my resources that someone or a group of people want to get from me, steal from me.
I’ve thought about doing background checks on those involved in that case, and cross reference family members, work history, and criminal history with people I believe to be involved in my area.
Every aspect of my life is screwed with. Yesterday I uploaded a picture of my deceased cousin to legacy. They stated that it takes 24 hours for “approval” of the picture. So, I get an email today that the picture was approved, and I checked out the site and they gave my cousin black eyes made to look like he was wearing sunglasses. When clearly his sunglasses are sitting on top of his hat. So, I tell my evil brother, and he tells me it’s for “privacy concerns” Blacking out the eyes is a modern way of protecting the dignity of the deceased and prevent unwanted identification…yeah right!

GANGSTALKING = STING OPERATION!! Let me say, as an individual who’s gang stalking has continued to grow more intense past the first few months, unlike most, realizing this has helped me to evade the set ups and frame jobs they have planned for me. And I think it’s important for people experiencing this crazed phenomenon that’s being forced into their lives, and those trying to understand what it is, to use the correct terminology. The media doesn’t talk about Sting operations anymore, so as to not make the police look bad, and theirs more on the internet about gang stalking then there is about Stings by cops. Which is how I got sucked into using terms like ‘gang stalking’ and ‘cause stalking’ when I went on the net to learn more about what I was experiencing.
I originally was drawn to learning more about sting operations to understand what was happening to me. Because that’s what it seemed like, with all these plain looking caucasians following me around, and watching me from a distance. But there was so much more on the internet about ‘gang stalking’ to describe it, that I began to use that term exclusively. Until that is, I discovered a blog that’s written by someone from my city, Portland, the gang stalking capital of America, and he was emphatic that everyone should call it what it really is; Sting Operations. He says most people who are gang stalked end up in prison, and that it’s the police who are essentially behind this, despite the FBI and other elements of government being involved.
And he’s right, before I was being followed around by regular folks I was being trailed by the sheriffs. Than it stopped for a while, than the gang stalking started afterwards, and quickly became an absolute joke of a circus that seemed to include everybody and their momma doing surveillance for the cops.
Now when I’m talking to people about my life, I try using the term sting operation just as much as I say gang stalking. And so should everyone on Quora, the Bible of gang stalking! Both terms are accurate to describe what this is, but one is more essential to knowing why, how and what is really happening to the targets life.

Very interesting. When you photograph something like this, or you suspect a weapon because you feel it, aim in another direction and/or walk a few feet away and take another photo to show the camera is fine when not in an electromagnetic field.
I took several shots that day all around the car and there was no energy coming from anywhere else other than those men sitting in that car.I purged those pictures and I wish I didn’t so I could have also posted them but yes I did that just to see if it was a blurred picture or if in fact there was energy coming from this car.
Remember, in these pictures steady movement was involved. But a blurred photo when you are standing is an indication of energy interference. If you take a photo of the front of the car, then the back with a steady hand, and one is affected but the other not, you just found where the weapon is. Or, if you TRY to take a photo and it freezes in back but works fine in the front, the weapon is in the back.
You know I took this picture months ago never thinking I would post it to any of these spaces! These are the ones that end up leaving when you leave and arriving when you arrive. If they don’t live there then they are using areas around you as ‘safe houses’ in which your regular neighbors no longer occupy.
IV. Check your car health status (ie battery etc) if you are followed and hit a lot or hear pops even when driving: My car was attacked so much by their energetic/magnetic/electrical weapons – that a new battery corroded within weeks & mechanics were baffled. It just looked like a car issue. But the same was done to our family vehicles.
V. These gadgets (not just apps, magnetic, electrical, energetic, laser, and microwave devices).. are now smaller, mobile, and can be used with the apps, drones, and one another. This sick operation allows dirty money, dark web, and third parties to buy these things on certain markets. You could very well have actual gangs, militias, and hate groups just playing murder games with people like cat / mice.

From my own observations. The cars here had devices likely powered by a type of proprietary battery pack. The ones with weapons from the engine seem to be hooked into the engine to hit you from behind and are turned on via headlights. V4, V6, and V8 engines power the weapons at different strengths. V8 being the strongest and worst of the usual car engines.

Thank you for this, Karen. I have been relaying for quite some time, that the cars – whether – following, parked, or ‘brighting’ are not just part of the psyops… they are mobile weapons. Headlights and use of lights or something through them are weaponized. I can feel the pain, burning sensation, hits, and also nausea. Not only headlights. You will see numerous PICK UP TRUCKS. I have seen pick up trucks everywhere, following, parked, or otherwise. Not just as a tactic. These larger vehicles contain drums, and other radiation equipment. Sometimes hidden in their pick up truck cabs, or closures (leather, metal or otherwise). They keep them mostly in the back. I’ve seen a few covers blow off and viewed large – what looked like steel or silver drums. I got extremely sick as they passed by. Whether as a result of something they activated they’ve placed inside my body or the effect of something being sent out in waves and hitting me. Additionally SPORTS EQUIPMENT. Especially on top of cars or trucks. This can look like boats tied to the roof, moving trucks or delivery trucks with equipment, pick up construction trucks with ‘junk’ in the back. Now that I’m getting hit constantly, I see this effect in multiple vehicles. In addition, to the major increase in general traffic on a backroad, the parade includes them adding a hitch to tow items or ‘equipment’ in the truck beds.

Yes!! I am seeing this in Florida now. Vehicles forming a pattern around me and going at the exact same speed. The triangular pattern usually consists of 2 vehicles together in front or behind me and the other vehicle is opposite. They will try to maintain speed almost exactly like mine. If it is a 3-lane roadway, changing lanes will force one car to also change lanes. Change again, same response from a DEW vehicle. Two vehicles can also be used but they stay together very closely and almost take aim. If I go to the right, the front vehicle goes a bit left (if they are in front of me). Many times, when 3 vehicles are involved one vehicle is some type of utility vehicle carrying electricity. An electrician, plumber, cable, and it can be a private or public entity. This type of assault has occurred mostly on longer rides but depends on when the last time I left the house. Lately they seem to have set up short term travel plans. Some of the effects I have been experiencing dizziness especially after a long ride, fatigue, brain fog, appearance of sunburn which then gets dry and itchy, headaches and increased pain in my joints and body aches. I have multi-level moderate to severe degenerative disc disease, and this really seems to become inflamed. I have noticed a few other types of attacks that occur in vehicles.
