The secularist points toward Christians are being no better than anyone else. I tend not to defend such accusations. The chosen flock among all so-called Christians are smaller than what one would first think. Most Christians of today are inspiring Christians and not saint hood Christians who are born again into God’s Kingdom. By the Grace of God we are rewarded for trying to be Christians. God sent His Son not to destroy all sinners, but to save the world.
All have sinned and fallen short of the Glory of God. We live in a fallen world. Good people who obey all civil laws and contribute to our country are relatively good, but not absolutely good. As I grew up I thought that 98% were good and 2% were bad people, but after much growing pains, I came to realize that 98% of all people were not so good and only 2% were good-hearted. This was a painful experience for me.
All power hunger persons who causes wars in the name of religion is not known by the Son of God, Jesus. “I know you not.”
The church p are filled with sinners each Sunday morning, but they know where their salvation is; also, if evil, greedy persons threaten to burn all churches, then the church members who are sinners shall fight to save the church. This is the difference between being an atheist and Christians. Church members have chosen sides with Jesus. For secularist this is the deadly difference.
Christianity is in the collective conscience of America and the conscious of each citizen. It’s the constant proclaiming of God’s Truth by a few who are conscientiously saving America. So, most Christians of today are props in the name of Jesus who will fight to defend the church. Such are their rewards from God.
Most Jehovah Witnesses are true Christians because they carry the gospel to others and they witness their faith while suffering rejection and condemnation by so-called good people. They also tend to renew their minds; thereby, being dynamic Christians who seek the Kingdom of God.
Matthew 20:16
New King James Version (NKJV)
So the last will be first, and the first last. For many are called, but few chosen
When once the Master of the house has risen up and shut the door, and you begin to stand outside and knock at the door, saying, ‘Lord, Lord, open for us,’ and He will answer and say to you, ‘I do not know you, where you are from,’
But He will say, ‘I tell you I do not know you, where you are from. Depart from Me, all you workers of iniquity.’
