The Law Of The Spirit

By Will Myers

Jesus came not to condemn but to save all who believe and love God. In Isaiah 28:16; “Therefore thus saith the Lord God, Behold, I lay in Zion for a foundation a stone, a tried stone, a precious corner stone, a sure foundation: he that believeth shall not make haste.” With Zion meaning in the essence of things, God has placed His perfect righteousness in the essence of all things giving perfect order to all things. This scripture fore shadows that a Messiah was coming who was God’s Son, Jesus. Until the coming, all lived under the law. Jesus who is the completion of the law, the end of the law, and fulfilled all of the law and was a law to Himself ordained by God at creation. Believers are not under the law when living in the name of Jesus, but is free without interference to clearly commune with God.

ROMANS 8:1-2; [ Life Through the Spirit ]; “Therefore, there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus, because through Christ Jesus the law of the Spirit who gives life has set you free from the law of sin and death.”

John 16:13 ; “Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come.”
