A target individual is a person that is experiencing mass mind control. If they were placed in this from birth their entire or immediate family is also under this targeting but on a different side. See, the targeted individuals family was placed under systematic mind control, creating in them abnormal, predatorial, narc behavior, but to tame the beast that was created in them to an extent they are materialistically rewarded. The same goes for ANYONE surrounding the targeted individual. All whom are defected in some way. But because they are not healed and are defective genetically they must unleash and that’s why you have an underground world of human trafficking, incestuous pedophiles that hide who they are behind illusion. The targeted individual was/is the one that was not placed under any mind control by these experimentors. They were/are the ones that were/are healed, it could have been shown in their dna, and their healed traits would be passed on to those that were defective amongst them to make them better. If the targeted individual uses their healed genes to their ability for their gains they will be extremely targeted, discredited, isolated and tried for termination because their healed genes means they can’t be mind controlled. They are the more evolved amongst their environment. This evolution is made obvious by the fact that all socio-economical made up statuses of individuals partake in this and all behave the same way. And yes, they can see the stalkers because the mind controlled individual have no self control.
The government is participating in mind control under the guise of a positive social program. Yes, the TIs can see their stalkers, strangers, assaulting them daily in almost all interactions.
