So I just checked the laws of the state of Washington about harassment and stalking and just like Oregon when you complain they ask you the victim not the perpetrators committing the illegal acts to: SEE RCW 59.18.575
A. Break your lease- Because the complainant feels uncomfortable so instead of trying to ameliorate the situation they ask the victim of the crime of crimes to move instead of trying to accomodate them which sends a message to the perpetrators that this behavior is permissible then they just do it to someone else, and the cycle continues that’s how it is in Oregon too. These are tenants who live on the property not outsiders. I can identify every single one of these people.
B. Or they’ll say nobody else is complaining or no one else is having these issues. I’ve been a landlord for many years I’ve never heard of anything like this before.
So the consensus is this they harass you, antagonize you, break in your home, vandalize your property and then when you complain they suggest that the victim leave then you move into a new place and it happens all over again. It’s like this: SHAKE THE PAINT SO THAT IT DOESN’T SETTLE.
In their eyes, there are only two appropriate places for you to settle.
1.) Behavioral Health center 2.) HUD housing
Although, I’m pretty sure most of these G-squad, personal jihads, think the grave is best.
The center is with them (case managers, and coordinators) and housing as well! I now have neither because of these stupid mofos!
How much money do these gang stalkers make off of harassing others? Do they clock in for every stalking opportunity? I saw cars pull up and people sitting in cars in front of a taco place while I sat by a window inside eating , several cars pulled up to windows in front and no one gets out. There was entire empty parking lot but they parked by entrance. One guy drove off after 15 min.
They’re 3 shifts living across, next door, downstairs, and upstairs from you! The neighbor has them entering on shifts, I know u would think why…well money is the key to their B.S

This is my life right now. I was at my other apartment for 4 years they said I don’t have to live there I could just move and get my deposit back. Only thing is that I’ve been unemployed since February my stalkers moved below me in May, tortured me mentally and emotionally all summer to the point I was paralyzed and couldn’t function to get out of the apartment for days. I missed so many good job opportunities. I ended up getting evicted, had to sell my car for the equity to pay my debt get a beater vehicle to get my daughter to school because we’re now intradistrict by a few roads, and Now either they followed me here or I landed in their fucking layer. I was moved in for maybe 3 days and they’re still under my feet. I can’t get started about the filth I’ve had to clean up and repairs.the other neighbors wont talk to me either but they all love to congregate below my windows and gossip about me and look trough my mail.ive been here a month and I fear I’m going to fall into my paralyzed state of depression and anxiety. My daughter was gone all summer I’m scared for her. She’s noticed the shit too and won’t let me be more than 2 rooms out of sight.
Going through the same bullshit, only mine are above me. Which is really bad because wherever I go in my apartment they follow me and are right above me.
