Do you believe that this is just a reflection of a lamp from a opposite house? I don’t. I have observed it for two weeks. If so, the reflection should be the same day by day, but it’s not.
Don’t you think that it’s so resemble to the protocol of a DEW/directed energy weapon?
The perps had been caught by me to have a DEW in a big trailer.

I’ve seen something like that before, I found it odd as well so I snapped a picture of it.
Its a reflection of light that is bouncing off what they are using.
That reflection is really strange. I have never seen anything like that before.
I took pictures of hoodies in the porch opposite my house,the light was almost the same around them.
I want to tell you something, Lian. I get it 24/7 like you & our friend TI here. One thing I noticed regarding all the vehicles. This from the broken down & shady to the beautiful shiny expensive handler trucks & teslas. I mostly see the same vehicles, plates, and drivers (sometimes they swap, but mostly its the same people, same color, same vehicles, plates, … you get the idea). Some of these consistent vehicles include an EMT that drives along with one of the shiny black trucks. One very interesting vehicle (relevant to what you mention here) is a truck with a triangular wooden frame, that stands up sturdy like a large A frame. It seems like what you would use to transport mirrors or glass. Now it would be one thing if I saw this perp one day coming home from work, to do his dirty deed of harassing me. But it’s quite another to see him appear each time behind me when I leave the house. He would follow me to any location I was going (as they all do). I believe they transport their equipment to continue the experiment or slow kill, or what have you. IF not glass or mirror, perhaps it holds up a thin metal frame that they can keep flat while driving, but slide into the frame when they stop. It may act as a reflector part of the DEW. They may indeed be using it as you think. This means – there may be other TI in your neighborhood they are potentially using this on. Many birds, one stone. Wonder if you can create an interior reflector, place it at your window, and have it reflect whatever they were sending right back to them!
As the perp follows, do your vehicle floor boards heat up? My perps point something at my vehicle that charges the floor and heats up my feet. It’s painful.
I’ve seen theses films on perps vehicles..
If government and law enforcement use them for privacy it’s worth trying..
