I would like to inform you that the Attorney General and some police chiefs have been notified that there is a ubiquitous and vast group of individuals using mind control techniques along with a remote Machine Learning Neural Network system on citezens brain activity parading around calling themselves “mk ultra” gang stalking citezens with this AGI network leaving all acts of crime committed by any citezens that fall under their INTERCEPTED database which has manifested a justice inclined AI super intelligent being. All of their activities are tracked to the max! Any and all crimes being committed fall under the guilt of the operators of this remote neural network and mind control techniques as the person’s who are performing crimes such as mass shootings for example are not criminally responsible, the mind control freaks are culpable!!! This is everywhere. They have what they call “Gapetto houses” in every neighborhood and at least one unit in every apartment building where they have this equipment running on all other tenants and neighbors. Everywhere every neighborhood including yours. Random assaults should be looked at closely for this because the terrorists confuse the heck out of their victims and the victims are lashing out at people who they think are doing it to them and it is kept silently because the victims cognitive abilities are automatically questioned if they speak out. Its strategic and that is why the terrorists also have front line mental health workers, police officers and other government infiltration are in all sectors.
If I’d killed anyone, or a bunch of them, in the last three years alone, jailing me would be the real crime. The problem here is freedom of association of criminal organizations, that act in a corrupt and criminal way, with no strings or accountability attached. These people prey on the lone, weak and vulnerable. If you’re part of a large enough group, criminal sect/mafia/cult or whetever, you can do basically anything to anyone and get away with it.
While I was certainly not born lucky, I recently found myself in a situation where different criminals organizations have specific criminal interests. In a way or the other, all of them benefit with my demise.
I have been in touch with the DOJ and the director of the CIA are diligently working on eliminating this type of terrorism. Thank you and keep up the good work. Godspeed.

Well then please tell them that me and my 3 daughters have been suffering from it the last 5 years. The destruction they have done to us, extortion, rape, beat me, drugged us, molested my daughters, killed our pets, exploited the content from them raping me and kidnapping me on the dark web along w my children. Broke into our homes to rhe point we are homeless, lied to my family and friends so we have no one. They don’t stop and I’ve seen where they take people’s belongings to. The cartel is involved. I’ve learned their patterns. My children have had death threats sent to them. I’ve been electrocuted, microwaved, they know everything of my every move all the time and I know this bc they mimic me and bring up related business of mine they could not possibly know. I thought it was just me. But turns out, they ended up doing the same to a girl I know. Pushed her into rehab and while she was there they stole everything from her house. It has been scary.
I’ve been terrorized for 20 years. I just recently buried my son due to this. I buried my father 6 years ago because of this. Contact the Department of justice through the office of public affairs. Be in prayer for me as I will pray for you. Godspeed
