EU? I don’t think they said that seriously, maybe only to mislead public opinion and to pretend that they really care about that. Guinea pigs are not in experimental phase anymore, it’s widely use on society. If that is only US fault and EU or UN do not knew anything that europeanian people are implanted too then how all was possible? Went order from ministry of health and doctors started implantation and suddently ooo, we care so much, really, who believed in that?

Maybe they should also add something like that, that when new government will start their governance they will for 100% start to take care about this and end every project regarding torture, implantation without consent, harrassment and surveillance and hundreds of other actions, that violate or break laws and rights of all humans.

Or even better, maybe they announce public apology and pay compensation from budget, that contain infinite amount of money, but somehow is limited for society and everyone will shut mouth, we live in society where money rules so many pathological or bereft of dignity humans will accept that.
