Yes the FBI, NSA, Homeland Security and Fusion Centers have access to Americans phones. Targeted or not-this is no secret!
Their going to watch and listen to you in any new car, turn it off if they choose, they watch and monitor your movements while you travel, they are implementing facial recognition and biometric data recognition nationwide, they watch you on your smart TV-and listen to you- or to clear that up corporations watch and listen to you as these same agencies purchase the data they have as a way to circumvent constitutional and civil rights!
They monitor your activities online, they monitor your social media accounts, they indoctrinate your children to report the activities of their parents, siblings or friends, they coordinate with neighborhood watch groups, community watch groups, that’s why they are called WATCH groups, they coordinate with Infraguard, citizen corps, etc, etc, etc.
What don’t people get! The USA is no longer a free country, we are a police state by any definition.

If a person is targeted (TI) in the street theater, establishments, institutions, electronic media, and workplace, the most painful because it destroys the TI’s livelihood, then the special-interest (mind control, shadow government, hyper-surveillance state, development and deployment of virtual-minds) SATANIC SNAKES at the fusion centers can give stalkers sensitive, private, and timely info about the TI to control their thought-life and predict the TI’s movements. The snakes can mimic the TI’s thoughts and movements in Realtime. This gives the effect in the TI’s mind that they are continuously being monitored. Therefore, perception is king.
