You don’t have infinite life left, and here you are wasting it thinking someone looking at their phone has something to do with you.
People on quora advise folks such as yourself to see a psychiatrist constantly. We don’t know you, but we can empathize that it must suck to feel hunted and monitored. Get help.
Gang stalking is real. The source (special-interest snakes) that supports gang stalking is real. I have been stalked for over 60 years and have experienced things that Irene has not dreamed of. She is baiting TIs to seek institutional help (Part of source). In contrast, the helper’s job is to make the TI normalized relative to our so-called free society – the TI accepts the assaults that are destroying its life as normal within the society among people. TI must be made to think that all problems are its fault.
Loyalists to hyper-communism who own the virtual-mind, stored on a supercomputer at the fusion centers, of each citizen to control their thought-life and predict their movements, are spying on the TIs. The loyalists are employees of the institutions, businesses, and people on the streets of terrorists. They spy on the TI, giving info to their handler. This is illegal in America, but so is Trump. We of democracy are fucked! DECAPITATE THE SNAKES. DESTROY THE VIRTUAL-MINDS AT THE FUSION CENTERS.

That’s the ultimate power play but if you won’t become homeless and friendless why would anyone else. I’m going to make it impossible for you to run my life like that and say it’s a delusion of mine. You people had enough time keeping me alive to dictate every part of my life. I rob you of toying and controlling my life when I’m dead. But a Barbie or a paper doll who you can torture and torment at least they don’t have the entire world participating and watching them get tortured to death.
Even other TIs have advised seeing doctors for medications to manage symptoms. If you’re not yet ready to accept that it’s a delusion can you accept you have distressing anxiety?
It’s not a delusion and I won’t accept others manmade reality even if it keeps me barely alive, especially with all the hatred and negativity coming at me. I played along with that in the beginning but the violence kept increasing trifold and it’s to the point where there is absolutely no quality of life whether you accept it or not. You are simply suffering beyond what is ever even humanly tolerable or necessary, discussing anxiety is one symptom along with many others. Everything I experience would qualify as torture via textbook definition, but because the mastermind decided I deserve that and more and it needed to be denied and/or refused as even occurring then one eventually succumbs to the stress, terror and trauma that can’t be stopped or treated. I’m being killed and brought back to do it again and again. I will not constantly fight for a life that is not worth living as the most hated and reviled human alive being pushed into a street garbage receptacle with no comforts of modern day living and no family or friends as I’m dying from all the horrendous chemicals and abuse. I told myself as a youth if I ever become a sad street statistic with no one then I am better off dead. As Sasquatch and a ghost being severely hated and tortured by even my own family I think it better I not suffer any longer than I have. Stay alive for more rejection humiliation and trauma and a extremely substandard quality of life with no rights or acknowledgement being driven to starve among rats and roaches while searching for food, water and a place to rest my head on concrete trying to avoid humans that pushed her there? There is a reason people committed suicide during the Great Depression and they weren’t being harmed and hated while being pushed to the streets die in extreme poverty. They still were covered by the law in all aspects but did not want to needlessly suffer.

It is almost impossible to get defining evidence of gang stalkers, and definitely impossible to get evidence that depict the source of gang stalkers. The TIs must keep notes of any suspected assault by gang stalkers (Being by passed at any sign-in situation is also being gang stalked) that shall reveal a pattern, then publish, publish, and publish.
