In America the program is a continuation of the illegal cointelpro ops carried out in our domestic surveillance operations, the reports of the stalking and crimes began in the USA and worldwide post 9/11.

The explanation is simple-bush demanded all countries participate in finding what could be potential “domestic terrorist”. Intelligence agencies entered a new era of information sharing and set up similar systems in cooperating countries.

The need for mass surveillance of civilians is nothing new, the domestic surveillance targeting in the USA is found to use the methods and tactics used in the Countelprp ops, as well the same groups of civilians (activist, whistleblowers, political dissidents) are targeted and the same criminal acts are reported. We also see tactics used by the Stasi police, the KGB, ect embedded in these FBI, CiA, Homeland Security operations.

The same operations are reported in nearly every nation of the world, of course nations like North Korea, China, etc already were acknowledged to carrying out such operations against civilians, this is where Americans at one time were surprised by the revelation that this was occurring in the United States-America at one time stood for freedom and the acknowledged spying and attempts to control civilians in nations like N Korea and China was viewed harshly.

Unfortunately, it seems that without much of a fight, the same tyrannical mass surveillance imposed on countries we viewed as threats to our own freedoms, has gone mainstream. The USA is a surveillance state, a police state, corporate monopolies have been allowed to access the private data of nearly all Americans, our intelligence agencies welcome the intrusion as they are able to simply purchase the data bypassing constitutional protections-our representatives completely compromised by our Intel agencies who have harmful data they willingly use to destroy anyone who opposes their expansion of power.

It’s much closer to Stasi policing then “Gangstalking”, these operations are well exposed, targeted Americans have always reported it was the FBI, Homeland Security, Fusion Centers stalking them as well as directing the other branches of these operations to stalk, harass, commit criminal acts, attempt to destroy the targeted Americans life.
