(Sorry for such a long answer, but once in a while I have to elaborate).

As individuals, we cannot overcome the technology they have access to, and the power they have in overwhelming numbers. The odds are staked completely against us to win that kind of fight. So do not waste your time and energy thinking you have to solve that problem. Nothing any one of us can do can eliminate it at its source. So do not make that your goal.

There are ways to reduce the effect. But the place you can fight and win, is the battle for your own mind and body.

The amount of stress we cause ourselves by trying to fight an un-winnable battle (like “stopping it” or even “getting justice”), raises our cortisol and inflammation levels, thereby making us sicker than they are already making us. So you can reduce half of your suffering by not allowing them to place more stress on you, making you think you have to solve this huge world-wide system of mind control. Get your own mind in the right place to protect yourself before you try fighting the ultimate battle for the soul of humanity. The battle is fought one-on-one, and not; You vs The World.

Another way to look at is, is to “not poke the dragon”. If something they do aggravates you, do not respond by bringing further attention to it. If you are able to cast off most of what they do, as the frivolous bullshit that it is, then the less they can hurt you. The more you know it is all bullshit, the less effect their bullshit has on you. The more you realize that most of the people doing this to you, are clueless idiots themselves, the more control you have over yourself. You can defeat these idiots one at a time. By not reacting as they want. By showing them the power of your mind to control yourself is greater than the power of their minds, which are completely controlled by ignorance and greed.

The other thing I mention is reducing their effect. I have found that having a lot of material that ABSORBS frequency waves works much better than using anything metal to try and shield you from it. Metal reflects and reverberates frequencies, and conducts vibration and electricity into heat, which can burn skin or slow cook your organs. Think of a potato wrapped in tin foil, and placed in a microwave oven. You do not want to be a potato in that situation.

“They don’t make antennas out of wood”. For those of you who remember how old TV’s had an antenna. And when you wanted to improve reception, you added tin foil to it. And if you held the tin foil, you got even better reception. So do the opposite of attracting reception into your home. Absorb and reduce it, do not attract it.

I have heavy curtains, blankets and tapestries on my walls. A canopy over my bed. A foam mattress, no box spring or coils, and wooden bed frame that does not have metal rails. No mirrors, no reflective surfaces. Unplug and cover your TV and other devices at night. Including unplugging your modem and covering it with a towel or blanket. Try to make your room a dead zone for reception of any kind. The concept is to absorb frequencies, not just bounce them around more.

If you practice these two things, protecting your mind from stress, anxiety and their stupidity, and; protecting your body from frequency waves, you can reduce the suffering.

But what you cannot do, is teach a group of idiots who are on the attack. They are brainwashed fools, and there is nothing you can do about that. Don’t react to their threat. Eventually they will realize they too have been lied to, and they will suffer their own fate.

In my situation it’s all mental it’s a mental mind f*** is what they’re trying to do but trying to get you to go crazy and go insane and I’ll tell you you have to go within deep within to figure this stuff out as I did step by step I can get out of The matrix that’s not my purpose my purpose is to wake people up and show people there’s a way I’m not ready to leave this s*** hole yet but when I leave I want to make sure the instructions that I give are real I’m in the process now of learning everything. I hope this reaches who needs to because I know quora will delete your stuff without even telling you or or letting you know so all I can say is be strong in the mind don’t show them your weakness fear is just an illusion they want you to be scared they want you to get mad in public when they trigger you because it’s just going to give them more proof of what they’ve already told society who you are I’ve been through the smear campaign the talking s*** more I tell you I’m glad God kept me from not hearing it cuz it’s some pretty nasty stuff how do I know this well I’ve heard a little bit about it but that’s not important the important part is remain mentally stable and pray with your heart as I did

Quora Topic Bots get it wrong often, and you have to appeal the item from the email they send. But if you don’t get an email, that means the owner of the page may have deleted it. But overall, I find Quora is the only reasonable site as other social media is full of too much nonsense.

That’s was good advice but I have a really hard time with the idea that there is nothing we can do about what is being done to us? It seems to me that we just haven’t thought about what we can do hard enough and we certainly haven’t attempted to DO anything about what is going on as a concerted force all with the same intention?

We know that alerting other people that gang stalking is real and is happening isn’t going to work because it hasn’t worked at all so far. Even if people did catch On it isn’t happening to them and so the likelihood of getting them off their couches is pretty slim. We know that defining gang stalking or figuring out who is involved won’t work because the government is involved and the police are involved and the judges are involved The fire departments involved The ambulance companies involved The corporations are involved The media moguls are involved The pharmaceutical companies are involved. But that doesn’t mean it’s hopeless and it doesn’t mean we’re helpless. It just means we need to do something different than has ever been done before! They don’t send armies of knuckleheads up against us for nothing.

We have been identified as dangerous to their new world order. The mind control that so many others are under isn’t taking hold of us and we are being punished for that.

But the North Vietcong showed up to war against the far superior Americans wearing flip flops and carrying guns with no bullets. They didn’t even have fishing poles to catch their dinner. They used sticks with strings. If They had gone toe to toe with the United States they would have been slaughtered. But instead they became invisible. So much so that the American government developed something called Agent Orange or napalm. It was a burning gel that they dropped on the jungle that burned everything that it touched so that there was nowhere to hide. Except they were underground.

They had dug tunnels and hid the digging of the tunnels from the Americans who were taking pictures from above. That meant that every bucket of dirt that they removed from the tunnel had to be carried elsewhere and spread out so it was unnoticeable. In the end, the American forces had to leave in a hurry.

We are in a war against superior numbers with superior weapons but we are not defeated because we haven’t even begun to fight. I want to stress that whatever we do it must be nonviolent or you will find out what it’s like to be gang stalked in prison? I highly suggest that we avoid that?

But I am not defeated and I am not sure that they can ever defeat me or break me? Until they do, I’m not done until they’re packing their bags or awaiting their trial.

Once I had enough evidence for myself to feel “not crazy” I stopped trying to convince other people including law enforcement ( who simply have no interest in assisting me for a variety of reasons ) I found my mind to be calmed. That was one fight I thought that ,if I could win it , would help stop the various assaults attacks and druggings. Knowing that the operation cost a great deal of money to carry on and one of the objectives was making pornography getting older and a bit fat seemed to end the attacks. They also tried to put real faces and names on some of the operatives no doubt to distract from themselves. Their success was my loss of a career, my loss of friendships that were not as deep as I hoped ( I’m not sure those were a big loss), I know my parents were affected directly ,at least I was close by through their final days. My siblings abandoned me they probably could have helped end the whole thing but chose not to. Some family is close and some don’t care. Mine weren’t and didn’t. I didn’t cry long about that. My possessions sold off for storage fees. What I never lost and why I am a happy human being Never Loose Your Sense of Self. Know who you are and be good with that and the one or two friends that remain.

TY for this well written piece. One item they also do to us is, using wireless technology (usually a radar powered gun), they spray polymers thru the walls, as we live in a condo. They spray everything, all over us, our furnishings, even our precious doggie. I am always cleaning him. I make sure the food is always covered & his H2O is fresh. These are our neighbors who are doing this. Nearly all of this entire scheme involves bank fraud/theft, then murder. Gang stalking, as we know it, is actually all an elaborate ponzi scheme…murderers, fraud, etc.

Listen you want to know we stop them! First off we stop letting them get in our head you see they laugh when they see stuff on here like this thinking there’s some kind of hero or maybe seal! These people are sick and they’re using societal norms and societal tendencies to push their agenda when furthering us from society! You see when I see somebody at Walmart coughing because I picked up my phone to do something and then I see someone sitting along the road with their four ways on when I know that nothing’s wrong I look at them it’s two different things! The person coughing at Walmart 90% chance was taught to do that as a young kid just to distract someone from doing something or just to attract somebody from becoming who they were supposed to be it may not seem like a lot one cough but you don’t see the person you don’t see the rest of their day I can speak from experience one cock is a long way if everywhere you go someone looks at you and starts coughing especially if you don’t know cuz it’s distraction! Person with his four ways on I look at that a little different I look at that like these sick m************ that follow you around to put on a persona that you’re losing your mind don’t fall for it and you have to be able to separate society from these clowns and what any in between because they’re using that to push their agenda but once you know that’s half the battle once you can differentiate what’s actually happening they lose their power a good portion of it.

You know what I did when I figured out what these clowns were doing to my electronics I got on and I decided to teach myself how to code using Google Gemini! It’ll last stitch effort to save my life I put everything I had into it and I scaled it to the top. I taught myself to do what they can do I can code but the most important thing is I can protect my hardware and I have a YouTube channel I’m teaching people how to do just that! Because once we bring the darkness into the light that darkness they lose damn near all their power because that’s how they’re figuring out where we are what we’re doing who we’re hanging out with that’s our life take control the terminal you taking control.

I believe that I have been gang stalked going into 3 yrs, now. Learning about it all and what they do is exhausting, weird and mind blowing!

From what I learned is that the handler (the person who made u the mark) is someone that u know. Most likely, you know well. Most likely this person is a narcissist: a malignant narcissist:

*A malignant narcissist is the most dangerous end of the spectrum. They present the grandiose narcissist traits. Which is a person who takes over conversations, appears to be confident, show charisma with a magnetic exterior but they have a darker interior. Having paranoia their anti social traits disregard others rights and have the willingness to deliberately cause harm & have satisfaction in doing so.*

Control is the main theme of gang stalking. Cruel control with no mercy.

I know the handler of the gang stalking me. He made it known for me to know. A guy that I messed around with. Most times the handler practices black magic and witchcraft. Which I found out that he does. My case is all over the place. He is a warlock yes. And a demon in flesh. One day I asked him to show me his true form. He did. I didn’t nor don’t fear him. I live faith over fear. This is another reason why they do what they do. If u are a child of God. They are not. And as history shows. Evil hates Good.

Before I found out he was a demon, I believe we had a spiritual connection. U think he felt the same between us. Bcuz the days I cried about him doing this to me. He would leave me be for a whole day. I think he felt bad for a moment. Knowing that he can hear me now matter where I am, I will lecture him on to stop doing what he’s doing and cancel the assignment and find God.

He still bullies me but it seems lately he has calmed down. I’m praying it is bcuz he is listening & possibly trying to look for God.

So, if u know who the handler is… bring up the conversations u had. Talk to them( as if ur talking to urself, they are listening.) the sensitive topics. Relive the moments u realized when u were gentle & had touched them with ur words. U saw a slight shift within them. And repeat this daily. Get that soft spot that they forget they have
