The Pre-Assessment: Target. Now Analyst.
Let’s talk about what happened before the first move. Before the first incident you can point to. Before the harassment started. Before anything you could take to anyone and have it believed.
They were already watching.
Not in a paranoid metaphor. In a literal, operational sense. Someone ran your situation before they committed resources to targeting you. They looked at your life the way an appraiser looks at a property. Not with hatred. With calculation. Hatred would actually be less disturbing than what it really is, which is trafficking and indifference. You were a problem to be managed or an obstacle to be neutralized or a risk to be contained and they assessed the cost of doing that before they spent a dollar.
The pre-assessment looks at your support system. Who would notice fast if something went wrong. Are you from a dysfunctional family? Check. Who would be believed if they reported it? Are you living your best life or going through bloody hell? Does your situation give them leverage? Will your history give them malleable content? Is the situational support system you depend on already structured to hear them before they hear you? Do you have documented credibility that makes you expensive to discredit?
The pre-assessment is always invisible enough for them to plunder and pillage your private life but you feel it. You feel something is off. You feel watched. You feel exposed. Because you are. In those moments when you’re wondering what is happening you dismiss it because you’re not that important. You didn’t do anything. You didn’t know such a thing could exist. So it starts before the start. You know what I mean. The operation was already in motion. That unease you felt and dismissed. That instinct you talked yourself out of because you didn’t want to seem paranoid. That was probably the first thing you correctly identified. You were right.
You just didn’t have language for it yet. And they counted on you not having language for it. This is why connecting with other targets matters so much. Not only for validation but to start comparing. We see the same Street Theatre re-runs. Same idiot-citizens. Same electronic harassment games. Same greedy grant pigs.
When you can see it you can name it. Then you’re no longer wondering what you might have done wrong. You’re outside that, studying it, and that is a completely different position to be in.
They assessed you before you knew there was anything to assess. It’s only right to return the favor.
The invasion into your private life, causing massive psychological harassment, is caused by rogue social scientists, special interest snakes, who own the virtual mind of each citizen to control their thought-life and predict their movements. This is the source of all gang stalking.
The snakes give timely and sensitive info to select gang stalkers to assault the targeted individual (TI); this establishes hyper-communism, which owns the virtual minds of each citizen to control them. The special interests are mind control programs, shadow government, hyper-surveillance state, nazi stasi police state, and development and deployment of virtual minds. Our democracy is being displaced by hyper-communism.
That’s right. They don’t like it one bit. You should see how agitated the bees get when I examine their filthy nests, and make forensic observations.

I was going to put a comment under one of your posts last week because it was one of the best posts I’ve read on Quora, but I went on to read further down then clicked on a few links and got lost down a rabbit hole and couldn’t find my way back to it (you know what Quora’s like for that!)
By the way, I’ve just finished reading a blog by another fellow ‘Targeted Individual’ Renee Pitman who I stumbled across on Quora today whilst down another rabbit hole! The blog is called ‘,The Blog They Don’t Want You to See’ and is full of information about directed energy and other technologies they use against us. I think you’d also find it very interesting. She has also written some eBooks which she has made available for free on Amazon which also look very interesting.
