My son Brian and I were illegally placed on the Terrorist Suspect Database (TSDB) as described in the attached letter to the General Council at the Homeland Security Department. To get an understanding of what it means to be a Targeted Individual (TI), read the book “How to Tame a Demon” which Robert Duncan wrote specifically for TIs, copy enclosed, and see “A tribute to Robert Duncan” on Youtube. You are dealing with arch criminals and you are committing extremely serious criminal offences on their behalf. You can go to jail for up to 30 years for engaging in activities that are designed to cause psychological distress to seniors, and this is PRECISELY what you have been doing. Those misdemeanor assault offenses become felonies when committed against a senior. Felonies carry a maximum five year sentence and a $5000 fine. I hope you have saved some of the money you have been paid as informants. It is time to lawyer up.

I have reported your informant activities to Chief Ferrand and filed complaints against you for felony activities. She may seek to subpoena your banking and phone records. I do not know if she will charge you, but any further harassment will be immediately reported and that will not bode well for you. Do you see that Police car that has been sitting adjacent to the Church? That is for your benefit. I cannot think of anyone I would rather not be than you two. I am relentless in my pursuit.
