You really can’t. to be honest all you can do is equip yourself with the tools to document, protect and fight back. Most importantly you have to keep a solid mental state and don’t go off the wall emotionally to authorities or medical personnel, otherwise they will label you with disorders. that is their main goal to make you look crazy so when you do collect enough proof no one will take you seriously.

Do not frustrate your mind by thinking that you can find a solution to your being gang-stalked overnight. The rogue social scientists have gotten too much of a toehold in American society and government. They have gotten to spying on the huge domestic population being legalized, which is huge. They almost have a consensus in the Deep State – employees backdooring private info about the targeted individuals (TIs). Our democracy is being destroyed from within and being replaced with hyper-communism that owns the virtual minds of the citizens to control their thought-life and predict their movements. Eventually, all dissent shall be eliminated.
Its not exactly rogue its more just law enforcement, police, intelligence and really any rich or respectable citizens have access to this system they use as a weapon against their enemies. It mostly consists of domestic espionage using your phone, their surveillance and spies to keep up with everything you are doing and mess with in various capacities.
Its not really illegal and judges, das, even inmates are all in on it, but its usually for a reason. You act crazy, are a danger, were threatening or irritating important people, selling drugs, criminal activity, drug use in a city, etc etc, its basically law enforcement using their sophisticated system and surveillance abilities to go after their targets.
In a way until you play ball with them it will never stop but generally they can be and are equally subject to the system to make sure they are cooperating. Leaving the country might work but it has to be done in a way where they cant trace you which is hard since they try to make crossing borders hard/impossible without identity and proof.
Your best bet is treating it like a development system where your trying to be as strong, healthy, happy, and legitimate but its hard since the system is designed to use everything in your life against you: friends, neighbors, coworkers, courts etc etc are all colluding to bring you down so it would almost take a super human effort to truly get away and be able to br successful despite that.

We must recognize that the offenders who create psychological harassment with vandalism of personal property are quite illegal in America. We must create a direct attack on the snakes, rogue scientists who direct the gang stalkers from the fusion centers, who are creating a virtual mind for each citizen and VIPs abroad to control their thought-life and predict their movement, eliminating all dissent. Complain, and you get it! I am a survivor of 60 years of being stalked. My faith gave me strength. Anyone stalked in the street theater, the institutions, the businesses, and the workplace is the most painful bc it destroys the targeted (TI) individual’s livelihood and further the TI’s family relationship, hurting the kids for life can tell you something about gang stalking perpetrated by a national level social machinery that I call special-interest snakes, rogue social scientists.
