My research, data and testing are pointing me to satellite equipment. which is easily accessible especially if someone is an installer for a company, they would have a work van full of the equipment.

(Research/Data Point #1)

A (Block Converter) takes a lower frequency signal and converts it into the high microwave frequency which is consistent with my data findings of 10 GHz and higher. KU-Band outputs between 13.75GHZ-14.75GHz this is the most widely deployed frequency for standard consumer and commercial satellite internet dishes. Makes sense why it can travel a far distance while perps also using it from cars and some T.I’s report seeing them on laptops.

Pair this with a (Wave Guide) which is used to be positioned at the focal point of the dish that guides and focuses the microwave beam directly onto the reflector surface. Take away the reflector surface and dish all together and you have a high-powered microwave weapon made from consumer products that can travel a far distance as a 2 inch to 1inch beam through many building materials without affecting anyone around the victim or getting caught.

This can also be attached to a (Dish Rotator) which is a motor for moving the device electronically from a laptop and can be placed in a vehicle with no issues its discreet while being hidden. Makes sense why perps use car batteries, that’s their power source. Explains they Frey Effect and Havanna Syndrome.

(Description And Breakdown Of Equipment For Understanding)

# BUC/LNB: For transmitting, a Block Upconverter generates low frequency into High Microwave frequency and feeds it into the Waveguide. It takes an L-band intermediate frequency (typically 950–1450 MHz) sent from a satellite modem through a coaxial cable. It then mixes that lower signal with its internal (Local Oscillator) frequency to instantly shift (Upconvert) and amplify the waveform into the Gigahertz Microwave ranges.

# WaveGuide: A hollow metal tube attached behind the Feed Horn that guides the High-Frequency Microwave Energy.

# Feed Horn: A flared, funnel-shaped metal horn sitting at the exact focal point of the Satellite Dish that shapes and directs the High Microwave Energy Beam to its target.

# Dish Rotator: Turns a directional satellite dish horizontally and vertically to track moving signals or manually by a computer.

(Research/Data Point #2)

It is possible to pair the equipment I listed in my research with an A.I. program as well. A.I. tracking algorithm and A.I. heartbeat detection algorithm. Every person gives off their own unique heartbeat rhythm and electrical signature. That equipment could detect it.

(Example/Comparison) Not one human has the same DNA everyone has a unique DNA sequence pattern, same goes for human heartbeat rhythm and signature. However, all humans give off the same heat signature. If that makes sense.

(Example/Comparison) EKG/ECG: Medical Equipment are used to detect and record the hearts raw electrical signatures.

( I have a theory on how this satellite equipment could possibly be linked to (V2K) Voice To Skull, I will submit my Research/Data findings when I have fully finished my documentation and Research on V2K.)

# If satellite equipment can transmit Voice Calls, Data, Sound, Broadcasts, Cable Tv, and many more things, then I am 100% certain V2K is tied to the equipment I have included in my research, Data and Tests results.

# V2K (Voice to Skull) technology is based on using microwave frequencies to create the perception of sound inside a person’s head without a speaker or earpiece.

#The underlying phenomenon is called the microwave auditory effect (or Frey effect), first described by Allan Frey in the 1960s. It works when a short, intense pulse of microwave energy hits the head, causing a tiny, rapid heating of tissue. This heating creates a pressure wave inside the skull that can be detected by the cochlea or via bone conduction, interpreted by the brain as sound.

# In V2K systems, microwave pulses are modulated with audio signals — for example, each audio waveform change (positive to negative) can trigger a microwave pulse, producing a series of clicks that, when combined, can form speech or other sounds

# Patents, such as U.S. Patent No. 4,877,027, describe using microwave frequencies from about 100 MHz up to 10,000 MHz, modulated with audio input to “create the sensation of hearing”

# The microwave range used is broad — research has shown perception can occur with frequencies from roughly 200 MHz up to at least 3 GHz. The exact frequency and pulse pattern affect the type of sound perceived (clicks, buzzes, tones).

# Microwave frequencies are essential — radio waves alone cannot penetrate nerve cells in the way microwaves can.

# V2K does use microwave frequencies, and the technology relies on the microwave auditory effect to generate sound perception inside the head.
