I don’t believe there’s much you can do other than ditching your smart phone for an old school phone that can only make calls. I went through so many iPhones, wiping them, changing my account info, making new accounts, countless new phones, didn’t matter. In my opinion stop fighting it, stop caring, because I don’t believe there’s much I could do. I wasted so much energy trying to document, record, etc and none of it really ever paid off. I think that’s what they want you to do anyways. And everything that I felt they wanted me to do, I did the opposite. I stopped giving them the time of day, stopping caring, and just went about things like it wasn’t happening. I don’t know if that’s the best strategy I’m just saying for me it was the only way I could deal with it without going insane. Pro tip: it’s demonic, supernatural, they have abilities we don’t. They can make themselves invisible. Sounds like bullshit I know. I felt the same when I was told that. But I have experienced it all. Consult with a priest and get sober. Get sober. I’m not trying to say it’s substance induced psychosis or that you’re a drug addict or alcoholic.
