They might not illicit the v2k fully right away but just enough to confuse the target. Here and there, the target will pick up in what ar first simply sounds like noisy neighbors, then neighbors say cruel things about the target. So it’s not yge neighbors. The target may move away. Just thought a street person randomly cracked her windshield or dented back of car while in her car port or parked in a safe area near her front door. But eventually, the v2k begins to introduce itself talking constantly, perhaps making accusations. When one target ran to his car, they still heard the voice criticizing something insignificant, his hat was putrid, for example. He looks around sees no one. Then he rolls up the windows but the v2k continues. He d livestock s different city but the v2k keeps tapping. Then he sees a white car following him there’s one headlight out. He stops in a sandwich shop but gets so threatened verbally v2k that he can’t even eat. He gets a stabbing pain in his arm and d stomach.. he tries to stay at a friend’s but he gets attacked in the visitor room on a quiet night in a safe neighborhood. A target begins to think it’s internet or electricity being manipulated. They’re clearly unable to sleep. This is how v2k and dew weapons are interacting with other happenings such as the loud gunning of an engine outside your door..or a car or 2 parked with only one headlight brightly shin I ng on each.car. that’s government gang stalking! Other gangs affiliated with criminal groups don’t attack with v2k. Obviously they’re limited to basic rote weapons, hand guns, knives, etc…v2k is an advanced technological attack drawing from advanced developments in military / CIA designs and assignments. Its not the same as havana syndrome which atracks a group in a foreign land or something.. satellites are use and it can attack from a vast distance.
