If it’s truly the police or government surveilling you, there won’t be any signs. If you think you’re under surveillance for something, start by not posting about it on Faceplant, or Twidiot (yes I know how they’re spelled, I’m being sarcastic), don’t text, or say anything about whatever it is that you think they are looking at you for, to ANYONE on any medium, that includes texts, cell phones, landlines (the worst) or even face to face with anyone except your mother (depending on how much you trust her) and your attorney. I don’t care how good a friend is, if you haven’t seen them for awhile, and they suddenly show up out of the blue, be VERY careful about what you say, you don’t know what they may have gotten themselves into and have decided to use you as a bargaining chip to get themselves out of, no matter how well or long you’ve known them. Avoid the press at all costs, a “no comment” and a quick exit are your friends. Also, funny as it sounds, people talk to themselves when alone, especially in their cars while driving, (I’ve done it myself) so … don’t even talk to yourself. As I have said repeatedly, fully 50% of the people sitting in jail today are there because they simply couldn’t keep their mouths shut. If arrested, the only thing coming out of your pie hole should be “I’m invoking my 5th amendment rights and I want a lawyer.” After that, SHUT THE HELL UP. Don’t talk to your cellmates, friends, family, or anyone else other than your attorney, and even then, never on a jail line, they are 100% recorded, I don’t care what the nice deputy told you.
Also, check your vehicle for tracking devices. They will usually be underneath, or up inside the wheel wells, and will look new and out of place. Leave them where you found them. Consider swapping cars with another family member that somewhat resembles you if possible, and let them chase their tails for awhile. They will eventually catch on but will waste a lot of time in the process.
There are other more sophisticated measures that you can use but, I am, after all, a retired cop, not a retired criminal. The best thing to do is to avoid sketchy people, obey the law, and live a good life. It’s much more fulfilling than looking over your shoulder everyday. Oh, and remember, Just because you’re paranoid, doesn’t mean someone is not out to get you. (Sorry, just had to throw that in.)

And why. Not much of any of this makes sense. Iv even seen it for myself. But I have never been part of the criminal world. So it is intriguing to me. You know why people do what they do. Everything you said is what’s happening to me but WORSE. And I don’t know why. And my, well was fiance is in on it too. Ruined every piece of evidence I’ve had. 3 600.00 camera. Over 50 SD cards. Two surveillance systems. 10 phones. I’m a F#%&-$#& mess! Mentally. I’ve given up on life. I haven’t left me house since before Christmas. I never leave. Once I stayed home for six months!: My car has been soooo f+@%#& with, it’s tracking has busted my steering column. Then hardwired into my battery. The whole system controlled. And can hear cameras running. Now extremely close neighbors watching me 24/7. In my house on cameras as well as outside. I have 3 year old twins. Its destroying me. A particular technique of fbi is the way they will check up on you with their potential informant at the corner market; they will go in before you, identify themselves and then stand back from the counter as the employee verifies that yes he has seen you before. The agent will not turn to look at you when you have entered; that is to ensure that you will not remember his face, thus he remains ‘invisible’ , and anonymous. Now that you have been ‘marked’ the neighbors can watch you , you are then being watched by proxy. What these neighborhood snitches get for their ‘good’deeds remains to be seen. Maybe they get a few bucks for information on you? Who knows it goes on forever and to no outcome. How many thousands in dollars do they spend on a single person as myself for instance? I have been surveilled for many many years because of FALSE police reports made against me by sociopathic neighbor!
This person and two other people at two different locations made false reports, when I made report against creep with knife cop asked me quote: “did he give you the ‘evil eye’ ?” I was flabbergasted , why would cop ask me such a question ? They apparently thought that reports against me made two persons in two locations was unrelated . That was not the case as I found out the following year. Police said that’s your perception etc.. when I made valid reports and tried to give them a heads up. That psychopath told my then boyfriend that (I’m) “saying that the neighbors are aliens from outerspace “, when I was only Questioning the Albanians “alien STATUS “ in the US! I am sure she reported me saying that as there is a rumor following me everywhere I go even to California and back ! It is in a police report. And I found out that that cop made false report saying that I had said “evil eye” statement, which I did not! So then after “alien” story police followed me around neighborhood . They refused to give me reports made by those ppl . And because of their Confirmation Bias, they treated me as a crazy and a ‘threat’, they then believed everything those ppl said about me, they created HYSTERIA!
I have been under surveillance ever since, more than ten years! They destroyed my life. And those petty criminals and psychopathic neighbor got away with everything ! It’s incredible the police don’t know how they did it and don’t care they’re not looking at that psychopath. I would like to know how your going to watch me. I live in the country, I have two neighbors one on each side. We all live on bout five acres. My neighbors are atleast 3–5 hundred yards away but are very aware if someone or something is out of place. Across and behind from me is pasture land and patches of woods.

I was told by a shrink at one point after having initially being attacked at 4 am while letting my dog go potty on my front porch! Then immediately following the attack the surveillance by all that petsons friends, any one tney ever met in their hobbies and habits. You’d be surprised what some peoplewill do for 10–20 $ worth of drugs. The further these “ hired” monkeys are into their addiction the more they are willing to do, thats who handles the riskiest and most physically threatening things but i am still very triggered by my talking about it and thinking that deeply about it. But i digress.I was updating my ahrink n therapist about my fears and the relentles paranoia i was experiencing and the crazy part of this is they knew all about these kinds of things happening . It wasnt tge first time my stalker/attacker had done this!!! But i was told verbatim “ its not paranoia if its really happening..” i was floored! What about changing your life but now I have multiple drones and car cam footage front and rear and home cam system footage as well as phone of drones following multiple counties u can tell they dimmed lights and a new one pops up and when I haven’t committed any new crime in Over 10 years either .it’s been going on over a year legit now I have reported and I have a Fed Acquaintance who swears I have no need to worry but I’ve been lied to many times before, by officers I have 2 in my family! I work in Recovery now state board license but I have this little Robot friend that won’t go Away with proof lol ..What do I do when nobody will listen not even FAA!! And one that sits across the street nightly and as soon as it sees I notice it it blacks itself out also when I leave my house it’s a given it’s gunna follow!!! Also have witnesses and did the switch card and no phones radio off someone following and recorded as well how do I get the attention I need to GET help and find the pilot responsible before I catch me a case for these drones!!!

I have a special case of an opioid file against me I got 60 days and when I went to pick up my personal items there was a police officer there that was hit hitting on my girlfriend I’ve only seen this man three times in my whole life and it’s been since this order was filed three and all three times she was in the same place it seems a little strange but she was there the last time I seen him the third time was at a motion hearing for the order of protection I filed the motion he did not go into courtroom he said outside on the bench we were the last ones there because my case had where she got my phone and was sending p*** to my phone so the judge made it the last case to be heard that day I left before she did my ex and he was sitting on a bench in the hallway and gave me a really really s******* in Grand and now for some reason she has information about my phone that I can’t even get what could I do I mean police officers really don’t do this often I hope I mean that he went in my garage and hit on my girlfriend when he was supposed to be there to protect me I thought or both of us you help me

You could not be more wrong. Tell everyone about it. Throw it back in the stalkers, police and government’s face. Tell your enemies how much you hate them. This will free up happy and caring emotions to shower on everyone else. Then enjoy your life. Be successful. They can get 90% of the population to try and defeat and destroy you but there is always the 10%. Those are the people you want. Set life goals and don’t let the bastards keep you from fulfilling them. Do whatever makes you happy. It will infuriate them as they are watching you. They are miserable after all.

The police would not help me and now I’m living my life with chronic Schizophrenia and PTSD! The police in the town I live in now, have abused me!
I have horrible phycotic breakdowns and it’s been hell for me. I. Always respectful to the police but they have some things I don’t even want to talk about! And the biggest thing they ever did was lie toe abouty children! For two years I needed them to cally kids. When I am in the breakdowns the only thing that brings me back is knowing my kids are alright. Its a horrible place to be in my mind when these breakdowns happen. The men who asked me have not to this day been incarcerated! This leaves me feeling that my family is threatened!
All of the things you’ve said are sethibg that I am not going to live by. I will speak my words. I will not be afraid to speak out about what happened toe for years! Traumatized by my own man. These voices I have threateny kids! I know who it is that is doing this to me I just don’t have any tangible evidence or proof. Justy word! The police won’t do anything they think I am hallucinating! There are several of them who have obviously been watching and listening to me! I have talked about them on social media and dare one of them to come at me! This has been going on for a long time and when people do not believe me as honest and I regrity obiding, I have to do something myself now!

Coming up everywhere you go and asking you personal questions. Interrupting conversations with females at bars then telling you both rumors to keep you apart. Arresting you right after someone freezes your bank account far from home. Getting pulled over for minor traffic problems CONSTANTLY. Breaking up cuddling sessions on dates with girls. To name a few.

This is happening to me rite now has been for 2 years now there are holes all over my house people keep telling me I have schizophrenia but I don’t! They have harassed me and let me know they were here from day one it is sickening!! All I done was buy pills every once in a while they would have no other reason to watch me except for me buying pills once in a while..
