The snakes, rogue social scientists, have advanced devices for surveillance of private citizens, supercomputers to store TI info, and high-speed TI analysis, and the permissiveness of people to assault each other, to force the snakes’ propaganda, hyper-communists, upon the people, mind-modding of individuals by the snakes.

Our privacy law is inadequate to protect the citizenry at present. What we have is “can’t demand the quartering of soldiers in your home” and, in the spirit of the U.S. Constitution, “we have the right to seek a fulfilling life without any person, organization, or government placing adversities into our life.” We have very little that protects our right to privacy, facing today’s technology and growing attitudes of the public to permit gang stalking upon the targeted individual (TI). In a SCOTUS case, Justice Brandio made a famous minority opinion: “we have the right to be let alone.” This is not law, but a brilliant guide for creating new privacy laws that address today’s threat to invade our inner minds.

Neither private individuals, organizations, nor the government have the legal right to harass any citizen at will. Under U.S. federal and state laws, persistent harassment, intimidation, stalking, and intentional infliction of emotional distress are illegal.

Legal Protections Against Harassment

• Criminal Laws: Every U.S. state has criminal statutes against stalking, harassment, and cyberstalking. Engaging in a repeated course of conduct intended to alarm, annoy, or harass someone can lead to criminal charges, fines, and jail time.
• Civil Remedies and Restraining Orders: Victims can petition courts for anti-harassment, stalking, or domestic violence protection orders. These legally mandate a perpetrator to cease all contact, stay away from specific locations, and stop monitoring or tracking the individual. Violating these orders triggers immediate criminal penalties.
• Tort Law: Victims can file civil lawsuits (torts) against individuals or organizations for damages related to intentional infliction of emotional distress, invasion of privacy, defamation, or civil conspiracy.

Can adversities be intentionally placed?

While bad actors, corporations, or even corrupt officials sometimes attempt to cause hardship, subvert rules, or create obstacles for individuals unlawfully, doing so intentionally to harm or harass a person is illegal.

However, victims of complex, organized harassment often face significant hurdles because proving coordination, surveillance, or psychological abuse in a court of law requires concrete evidence (such as digital logs, documentation, recordings, or witness testimony) rather than circumstantial suspicion.

The snakes, rogue social scientists, and their gang stalkers operating in America is targeting individuals and destroying their lives, beginning with the vandalism of the TI’s personal property, the setting up the TI to be terminated from their job, causing the separation from family, and scandalizing the TI’s name in his community that follows them to all other communities. This is illegal in America. It is racketeering under the RICO Statute. Although, authorities upon your complaints immediately become evasive and attempt to play it down as childish. So, getting to court with concrete evidence is almost impossible. This must be rectified because the snakes is changing our free society and democracy. We are heading into hyper-communism that owns the virtual minds of each citizen to control their thought-life and predict their movements. Privacy does not exist, it has become tentative based on the best interest of the hyper-communist party. We must destroy the virtual minds stored at the fusion centers controlled by the DHS as exposed by the whistleblower, Ed Snowden. The DHS is a domestic spy agency. The Deep State are employees of businesses and institutions who backchannel info about the TIs to the fusion centers to upend the virtual minds. A civil movement must act decisively to develop adequate privacy laws. The laws existing today are not effect enough to save our democracy and privacy lives. We are now only setting ducks waiting for the snakes to place rattle snakes in every citizen’s bed.

All corporations or jobs that the TI was employed should be liable to compensating for the targeting of the TI and destroying his family; the children should all be compensated also. The snakes should be prosecuted and given the death sentence for causing mass killings as some TIs push back violently against the evil force caused by the snakes that is destroying the TIs lives. The snakes have become so powerful that their indirect cause has become the direct cause.
