Intelligent Design and Biblical Scripture

My first love was my high school love. In order to protect her privacy and family, I shall refer to her as CC. The Vietnam War caused us to be separated for two years. I was drafted into the military. During this time, since we weren’t engaged, we dated other people. Although, when I was discharged CC was waiting for me, but I had a chip on my shoulders due to CC’s prior relationships. As a result, CC and I broke up, and I felt that I had preserved my manhood and honor.

After the break up I realized that I loved her more than what I thought. You know, you don’t miss your water until the well goes dry. I began to feel superego dead. I had to drop out of college for a semester because I couldn’t concentrate. Every time that I began to study I saw CC walking toward me in the nude, and she was very beautiful naturally. I continued to think that I had held the right position with the CC situation.

I met another beautiful women, and we married. We had one beautiful daughter in whom I would die to save her happiness. Every so often, I felt the pain of losing CC, but I was happy with my wife who I felt was one of the sexiest women on the planet.

Unfortunately, the proverbial storm of life hit me hard and fast as we neared America’s bicentennial birthday. I was castrated; robbed of my livelihood, and faced continual negative orchestrations upon my person; denying me of any successful career or happy life. The storm was deliberately caused, and this hurt me more than the actual experiences.

After years of painful experiences, I became numb to bad things hurting me like a rock. Although when stress peaked, I lost my ability to taste salt; it tasted like sugar. I think that I was subjected to the highest level of stress every dispensed in America; it was killing me. Ailments and diseases were lined up to effect my health. I was continually sick and in pain.

One night in my small apartment, I gave up the ghost. I said God I now know the devil and he is never going to do anything good; so, knowing that I don’t deserve you blessings, I want to be your slave just because you are good. Things didn’t right away get better; they got worst!

I continued to talk to the Lord. Every thought or act that I did which I thought was bad, I apologized to God. I quickly ran through my major sins, repenting for each to the Lord. Then, the Lord brought to mind CC. I quickly apologized about my arrogance, self pride, and selfishness in regards to CC. The Lord brought to my mind that I was so dumb until I listened to the devil who knows no love. This left me in a fetal position on the floor.

I had one plus remaining, and that was I returned from the war a well learned man. During the next three weeks each time I returned to my apartment I talked to the Lord. I wanted to come to a conclusion with the Lord. It wasn’t happening. I could not appease the Lord when it came to CC. We had arrived at I gave you CC as a love; not the devil. You didn’t even know me, and listened to the devil concerning CC. And, finally the kicker came; you knew nothing when you returned from the war because you knew God not. I was ready to concede. I agreed, and immediately felt all worth drain from my mind and body. The Lord kept bringing to my mind that He gave me CC because it was love, and love comes only from God, my Father.

A few days passed, and I began to feel a lift as yeast raises bread. I felt a lift from the pit of hell where I had been. As things became better in the name of the Lord Jesus, I asked the Lord, why are you helping a slave. He said plain as day, you choose me so I choose you. I thought now I know you Lord, and you don’t have to be a rocket science to know your noble ways. Jesus is love.

I had known the scripture, God is love, since being a little boy, and still didn’t know the supreme nature of love. All material possessions are awaiting to be shared with a love. God is more concerned about love than sin.

In theoretical physics a huge question loom; does the Unified Field Theory have an answer? Can the five forces of nature, gravity, electronic, magnetic, weak nuclear, and strong nuclear, be represented by one force? Einstein succeeded in conflating the electronic and magnetic forces with some success with the gravitational force during his 17 years quest.

Some scientist believe that if the leading genius in theoretical physics couldn’t success in 17 years, than the answer doesn’t exist. I sincerely think that the formulation won’t be codified, but remain a potential which can be expressed by quantum mechanics, the science of probability. I think that the ultimate example is that God can not be represented by a whole image, and remain a Potentiality. Potentials can best be represented by probabilities.

Genesis 33:10; “And Jacob said, Nay, I pray thee, if now I have found grace in thy sight, then receive my present at my hand: for therefore I have seen thy face, as though I had seen the face of God, and thou wast pleased with me.” In this scripture Jacob stating “as though” I had seen the face of God. What Jacob experience with a Potentiality of God.

Einstein stated that he wanted to know the thoughts of the Creator. I am sure that he hear a lot of thoughts, but couldn’t discern the whole image.

High speed computer technology is adaptive to quantum mechanics more than the Determinate Worldview of physics. Some equations which previously would take 100 years to calculate now takes only seconds leading toward the Determinate Worldview of Einstein until physicist delve into the reality of the very ultra minute world of physics. Those endeavors require quantum mechanics mostly. Quantum Mechanics would be the best investigative tool by far.

I believe that a negative can not be proved; so, I believe that there is a possibility that some physics genius will solve the Unified Field Theory problem, but there is a small possibility. If so, than the application to astronomy on the massive scale would lend itself to the Unified Field tool for investigation.

“What? You mean to tell me that Sherlock Holmes wasn’t real!?”

Some fictional characters are so instantiated in our collective psyche that we often think of them as actual people who once lived, though they never did. Based on recent work by researchers from Tel Aviv University in Israel, it appears as if the same may be true in physical anthropology.

While investigating the mystery of human origins, these scientists have come to think that Australopithecus sediba—a recently discovered hominid believed to be a key transitional intermediate leading to modern humans—may well be a fictional species.1

Whether A. sediba is real or fictional has huge implications for how anthropologists think humans evolved and also highlights just how speculative the ideas in human evolution can be.

In 2011, a research team from the University of Witwatersrand, led by paleoanthropologist Lee Berger, created quite a bit of excitement when they presented a detailed anatomical analysis of the newly discovered A. sediba.2 These researchers first reported on their discovery in the spring of 2010, after Berger and his 9-year-old son stumbled upon two partial hominid skeletons while exploring Malapa Cave (South Africa).3 Excavations revealed the remains may have been from a juvenile male and an adult female. The hominids were initially dated between 1.78 and 1.95 million years in age. More careful dating places the remains at 1.977 million years old.

The Malapa fossils are well preserved and remarkably complete compared to most hominid finds, allowing paleontologists to perform a detailed anatomical analysis of the specimens. A. sediba represents an enigma. Overall it looks like an australopithecine. It has a small brain and long arms, designed for movement through trees. Yet, analysis of the A. sediba skulls indicate that this animal’s brain structure is distinct with unusual features in the frontal lobe. Moreover, A. sediba’s pelvis and ankle joints look like they should belong to the genus Homo. The A. sediba hand is interesting, too. It appears designed for high precision manipulation of objects, like a Homo hand, with a long thumb and short fingers.

Berger and his colleagues believe that their discovery uproots conventional views of human evolution. They argue that A. sediba supplants “Lucy” (Australopithecus afarensis) as the transitional intermediate that gave rise to Homo habilis and which, in turn, gave rise to Homo erectus. In fact, they believe that A. sediba is the direct ancestor to H. erectus, not H. habilis. This interpretation renders H. habilis an evolutionary dead end.

But Berger’s interpretation, shared by many paleoanthropologists, may not be correct. In fact, the problem may be more serious than where to place A. sediba in the human evolutionary tree. According to Ella Been and Yoel Rak, physical anthropologists from Tel Aviv University, A. sediba may not even be an actual species. Been and Rak carefully studied the spine and jaw of the A. sediba remains and concluded that the fossil finds consist of four individuals, not just a juvenile male and adult female as Berger thought. Instead of representing a single species, the fossils come from two separate genera: Australopithecus and Homo. The Tel Aviv anthropologists argue that the fossil remains from these four individuals have been jumbled together, thus giving the impression they represent a distinct species (sediba) with the mosaic characteristics expected for a transitional form. In other words, A. sediba may be a fictional hominid.

Ironically, shortly after A. sediba was discovered in 2010 another species, Homo gautengensis, was also unearthed in South Africa.4 This creature, too, dates to about 2 million years in age, and may well be the oldest member of the Homo genus. The scientists who discovered H. gautengensis claim its coexistence with A. sediba makes it unlikely that A. sediba could be the transitional form linking the australopithecines to Homo.

In communications with the general public, the central ideas associated with human evolution are often portrayed as certain and well supported by the fossil record. Yet, further analysis of A. sediba suggests otherwise. In reality, paleoanthropologists have no idea how many hominids existed or how these creatures relate to each other in an evolutionary sense. Nor do they know which hominids are truly part of the presumed evolutionary pathway that led to modern humans. With all this uncertainty, some measure of skepticism about human evolution is justified.

THE LEGAL SYSTEM OF AMERICA is becoming as ragged as a barrel of kraut. One drug offender gets a 6 months sentence while another get life without parole for the same degree of offence. A wife fire her gun over the head of her abusive husband to stop his assault in their home, and get a 20 year sentence, but the stand your ground law found killer of Treyvon Martin innocent.

Soft targets of the police are the nickel and dime dealers who get their product from the rich. They arrest and prosecute these nickel and dime street dealers that places a large tax burden on the tax payers. These arrest and imprisonment has no impact on the drug trade.

The hard targets who are the rich importers of drugs using boats and airplanes which would make a difference if stopped are avoided because of the repercussions from the high profile lawyers that they can afford. The police chief doesn’t want to lose his job. As a results, the legal system is imposing long unjust punishment on the nickel and dime people while filling the prisons and causing many more to be built. The legal system no longer display common sense.

The crazy thing is that if drugs are allowed to run freely (I promote not drugs; only a practical example) without prosecution American society would improve greatly. The legal system is causing a huge criminal problem and not reducing the problem. After all, a determination was made to make certain drugs illegal because of the negative anticipated effect on society (most are exaggerated). So, policing should not produce a worsted effect on society.

We must not allow for the youth to loss faith in our legal system because where there is no justice there is no peace.

If aliens from another world were to visit Earth, their arrival would generate headlines and major buzz. In fact, if such a momentous event ever occurred, it would be hard to imagine anyone talking about anything else.

Perhaps it’s not all that surprising, then, that researchers from Scripps Institute in La Jolla, CA, garnered headlines in May of 2014 when they announced the creation of the first-ever organism to utilize “alien” DNA.1 This type of advance not only captures the public’s imagination but also raises a number of urgent concerns, including two related to the origin of life:

If humans can create artificial life in the lab, does that mean God is not necessary to explain the genesis of life?
Does this type of advance make evolutionary explanations for the origin of life more reasonable?
In light of these challenging questions, it is ironic that the accomplishments of the Scripps Institute scientists point to the necessary role of a Creator for bringing into existence the first life on Earth. This advance required significant effort by highly trained and highly skilled researchers. More importantly, it required ingenuity on the part of the investigators, who based their research strategy on decades of accrued knowledge and understanding of biochemistry.2

The bottom line: groundbreaking work in synthetic biology consistently demonstrates that without the direct intervention of intelligent agents, life cannot arise from “inanimate” matter.

TEA PARTY OF AMERICA is actually placing a socioeconomic burden on the middle class out of ignorance. They proclaim freedom from big government; stop socialized healthcare; stop regulation of the environment which is for the protection of the people, and weaken the labor unions Who provide collective bargaining. All of above is an agenda of the large corporations, and doesn’t help the working class one iota. If anything, their movement is hurting the working class.

Funny thing, when big businesses ask for help from the government it is not called big government when they get big help, but the helping and protecting of the people is proclaimed to be big government. Who said that free healthcare is socialism? Working families who pay the high cost of healthcare just to preserve Americanism is being fooled. Are Canada and the United Kingdom socialist countries? They have universal healthcare which is free!

The so-called grassroots party, the Tea Party, is actually a construct financed by large corporations to promote their agenda for more profits and less money paid to the hourly workers. The grass is fake; it’s AstroTurf fabricated by hired guns working for the corporate interest, and not the working class. The Tea Party is a total deception. Their entire agenda is to entrench future profits of corporations, and move money up the pyramid into the hands of the mega-rich.

As physicians use scanning devices to view the hidden structures and activities of the brain, astronomers can now use distant supernovae and high-resolution cosmic background radiation maps to scan the structures and properties of “branes.” This new capability allows them to examine the most remarkably fine-tuned feature of the universe: space energy density, or the self-stretching property of space.1

Branes are space surfaces having any number of dimensions. The most familiar brane is the 3-brane (three-dimensional surface) on which the galaxies, stars, and solar system reside. (This 3-brane is the surface of the four-dimensional, space-plus-time universe.) Since the 1998 discovery that the cosmic expansion transitioned, roughly 7 billion years ago, from slowing down to speeding up,2 theoreticians have attempted to explain the turnaround and acceleration by some means other than the currently accepted space energy density feature, or cosmological constant.
Some researchers have speculated that gravity operates on a higher brane than does the light from stars and galaxies. Among the brane models closest to matching established data for the universe are those in which the familiar 3-brane is embedded in a 5-brane, a five-dimensional surface—length, width, height, and time, plus one extra space dimension.3 According to this scenario, bodies having mass (galaxies, stars, planets, protons, and electrons) reside within the length, width, and height dimensions while gravity operates in these three plus two. With gravity thus “spread out” over five dimensions, its force would be sufficiently weakened by the expansion process to account for the turnaround and for the accelerating expansion rate without invoking a cosmological constant.

A recent Astrophysical Journal article, however, argues against this possibility. Astronomers from Portugal and England used new astronomical instruments to test the validity of the 5-brane model.4 Combining several improved measurements of the geometry of the universe, the acceleration rate of the universe’s expansion, and the date at which the deceleration turned to acceleration, these astronomers demonstrated that the mass density of the universe is at least 75% greater than that which the 5-brane model allows.5 In their words, 5-brane models are “strongly disfavored by existing cosmological data sets.”They go on to say that “currently available cosmological observations are already powerful enough to impose tight constraints on a wide range of possible models. . . . The era of precision cosmology has indeed started.”6

This arrival of “precision cosmology” means that ongoing research holds great hope for refining human understanding of the origin and development of the cosmos. Both Christians and skeptics will have more data with which to test biblical claims that God “stretches out the heavens like a canopy, and spreads them out like a tent to live in” (Isaiah 40:22).7 Scientific confirmation becomes all the more significant when one recognizes that for 3,400 years Bible authors stood alone in describing this characteristic of the universe.

Man investigates the world and himself alone with other life forms. Man learns and makes things more convenience and comfortable. He also increases his capability to survive. Recently in light of the secular humanist movement men of science has become known as creators rather than discoverers.

Isaiah 28:16; “Therefore thus saith the Lord God, Behold, I lay in Zion for a foundation a stone, a tried stone, a precious corner stone, a sure foundation: he that believeth shall not make haste.”

Peter 2:6; “Wherefore also it is contained in the scripture, Behold, I lay in Zion a chief corner stone, elect, precious: and he that believeth on him shall not be confounded.” Zion means in the essence of things.

The two above scriptures lets us know that God has “set” a truth in the essence of things (Zion) in creation. This act by God provided science to exist and develop. Science is a manifestation of God’s Absoluteness.

God created science by creating principles. God put His Spirit Of Truth in the world for man to learn about His Character Who is represented by His Son, Jesus, in the fullness by God. God put His Spirit of Truth in the world. The Spirit of Truth speaks what He hears only and tells of things to come. Lets look at science in this manner: God has laid a stone in the essence of things in this world; lets call it the Spirit of Truth; a supernatural form (Uspace). Uspace is One Potentiality. There is countless manifestations of the ideal Uspace.

Within the supernatural Uspace is submerged our dynamic world (Vspace: potentiality of all the nexus in this world) in which man seeks to be able to predict behavior and patterns of this world; thereby, proving that man has learned the appropriate principle. The principle is part of the complete set of qua variances, things that vary the same over and over; things observed over and over; even a one time observation imply an appropriate principle; a manifestation of a principle (Science).

This is science in a nutshell. We can equate this form: UspaceVspace=(QV); this is our complete set of knowledge, giving its derivations. Firstly, the equation is a statement of existence. (QV)consist of codified knowledge and not yet codified knowledge, but the entire set exist and is in operation at all times. Science is a subset of knowledge.

This is all based on the stone that God laid in Zion, in the essence of things in the world. From this stone we experience God’s Spirit of Truth Who speaks only what He hears and tells us of things to come.

John 16:13
Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come.

Psalm 31:5 Into thine hand I commit my spirit: thou hast redeemed me, O Lord God of truth.

Q&A #1: Can We Remove a Star or Galaxy and Still Have a Fine-Tuned Universe?

Some skeptics say that it is a waste to create such a massive and complex universe only to place in it a little speck called Earth. But as knowledge has increased we’ve learned about fine-tuning and the importance of time and the structure of not only our solar system but also our galaxy and beyond. This huge structure makes our existence possible. So how finely tuned is it? Would removing a galaxy billions of light years away be akin to removing a small and seemingly insignificant gear cog from a watch? How about just one star in that galaxy? Where’s the tipping point? Or is there another consideration, i.e. time. When answering this question must we not only define what we take out of the universe but when?

Liam, you’re correct to conclude that when is an important consideration. Adding or subtracting a star or even a whole galaxy to or from the universe today––if that galaxy or star were far enough away––would do nothing to disturb the survivability of life on Earth. However, the mass, or to be technically correct, the mass density, of the universe needed to be exquisitely fine-tuned when the universe was very young for any possibility of life later.
The mass density fine-tuning shows up in two ways. First, between two and four minutes after the cosmic creation event the universe underwent an era of cosmic fusion. If the mass of the universe were even slightly greater than it is, too much helium would have been fused from hydrogen during those early minutes and future stars would fuse all ordinary matter too quickly into elements heavier than iron. If the mass of the universe were slightly less, future stars would never make elements heavier than helium. Either way, carbon, nitrogen, and oxygen would be lacking and life would be impossible.
