The Intelligent Design of the Bible

Intelligent Design is a concept that considers life on earth the result of some intelligent cause, rather than from some undirected process, such as natural selection. It is the name of a movement consisting of a body of scientists, philosophers, and other scholars who seek evidence of design in nature. Those who oppose Intelligent Design consider it creationism, and most of these opponents promote evolution instead. This battle of ideas is often called the Creation-evolution Controversy. But is it creation verses evolution, or the Bible verses reason, or religion verses reason?

There are many who claim that the Bible is not reasonable because the Creation is not scientifically logical, and that evolution is not included in Genesis I. The key to making the Bible reasonable is interpreting Genesis I from the logical standpoint of its intelligent design, instead of the Creationist interpretation. This is a report on the emperical detection of intelligent design of the Bible that reveals the Bible’s scientifically logical foundation and reveals reason to be a partner to faith instead of an opponent.

Since the creationist view of Intelligent Design and the evolutionist view are both theories and not yet proven, there is room for another viewpoint—The Intelligent Design of the Bible. This report is based on the scientific method, which is often referred to as a five-step process—observation, hypothesis, prediction, experiment, and evaluation. Following is a condensed review of the examination of the Bible’s Genesis I for the presence of an intelligent design that (a) fulfills a reasonable answer to the purpose of the creation, (b) forms the foundation of the Bible, and (c) is consistent with science, mathematics, and evolution.

The following observations of interpretation by Creationists for Genesis I do not represent an Intelligent Design of the Bible, because they are not consistent with reason, nor do they fulfill a purpose consistent with the theme of the Bible.

1. The Creationist’s interpretation of evening, morning, and day to be only periods of time does not bear the mark of intelligent design, since it does not answer the “us” or “our” reference to the intelligent designer.

2. The Creationist’s interpretation of evening to be only the end of a period of time does not bear the mark of intelligent design, since it does not support the theme and climax of Genesis I—the creation of man, nor does it connect to the Story of Man—Adam and Eve.

3. The Creationist’s interpretation of morning to be only the start of a period of time does not bear the mark of intelligent design, since it does not fulfill the theme of Genesis I—the creation of man.

4. The Creationist’s interpretation of day to be only a period of time does not bear the mark of intelligent design, since it does not fulfill the theme of Genesis I—the creation of man.

5. The Creationist’s interpretation of evening, morning, and day to be only periods of time does not bear the mark of intelligent design, since it is unreasonable to consider that the male and female image of mankind was created from the same image of an intelligent designer without the same attributes of male and female.

6. The repetition of evening, morning, and day six times in Genesis I do not bear the mark of intelligent design with the Creationist’s interpretation of six phases of time only. Since these time-only repetitions are superfluous, and serve no purpose to the Bible as its foundation, they are unnecessary and therefore deemed unreasonable.

7. The Creationist’s interpretation of Genesis I as the creation of mortal life is unreasonable and does not bear the mark of intelligent design, because it is written in the following chapter, Genesis II, that mortal life did not yet exist.

8. The Creationist’s interpretation of Genesis I without evolution does not bear the mark of intelligent design, since it is reasonable to consider that man evolved from something by design, rather than creation from nothing.

9. The Creationist’s interpretation of a day, comprised of only evening and morning time periods, does not bear the mark of intelligent design, because night is missing from a reasonable description of a complete 24 hour day.

10. The Creationist’s interpretation of the existence of a solar evening and morning on the first day in Genesis I does not bear the mark of intelligent design, because it is unreasonable to consider change of darkness to light, or light to darkness from a sun that is not there yet, since the sun (lights in the sky) is not placed into the sky until the fourth day of the creation.

Summary: These ten observations reveal reasonability problems when evening, morning, and day are interpreted to be only periods of time, instead of three attributes of the introductory face of the intelligent designer.

The following hypothecations answer each of the previous observations and are numbered accordingly. They bear the mark of intelligent design, because they are reasonable and consistent with the structure of logic and numbers in the remainder of the Bible.

1. The interpretation of evening, morning, and day as multiple attributes of the intelligent designer bears the mark of intelligent design when it is understood that “us” and “our” refer to a 3-way persona of the evening-morning-day intelligent designer, who designed the 3-way body-soul-spirit image of man, and the 6 natural natures of man whose image was created on the sixth day.

2. The interpretation of evening as the first attribute of the intelligent designer, who is eve, the mother of all life, bears the mark of intelligent design, since it is reasonable to consider that the mother of all life should start the creation of life, and since it is reasonable to consider that both Eve and EVEning lead to spiritual darkness, just as Eve led Adam to darkness of sin.

3. The interpretation of morning as the second attribute of the intelligent designer to be the savior of man’s spiritual life in the order of morning, the Bright Morning Star, bears the mark of intelligent design, because this concept serves the main purpose of the intelligently designed Bible—salvation through the Bright Morning Star.

4. The interpretation of day as an eternal day attribute of the intelligent designer fulfills the purpose of human life with Light and life in that eternal day. This bears the mark of intelligent design.

5. The interpretation of evening as the daughter and mother of all life on earth, and morning as the male son of the intelligent designer is reasonable, because these spiritual entities provide the female likeness and the male image that were required for the creation of mankind on the sixth day of the creation. This bears the mark of intelligent design, because it serves the main theme of Genesis I—the creation of man—both male and female

6. Six repetitions of evening, morning, and day in Genesis I bear the mark of intelligent design when these repetitions are considered to be six steps of logic that evolve into six natures of man that repeat throughout the Bible and structure holy scripture, such as the entire Gospel of John and the entire Book of Romans.

7. The interpretation of Genesis I as the spiritual creation of man, rather than the mortal creation of man, is reasonable and bears the mark of intelligent design, because only later in Genesis II is it written that mortal man was created from dust of the ground.

8. The interpretation of “after their kind” in Genesis I bears the mark of intelligent design when it is understood that evolution and “after their kind” are synonymous, “multiply” and sexual reproduction are synonymous, and evolution is spawned by the first attribute of the intelligent designer—the mother of all life.

9. The interpretation of a day comprised of evening and morning without night bear the mark of intelligent design if evening, morning are considered to be the introductory face of the intelligent designer, because it is reasonable to consider the intelligent designer of life, who created order, to not have the character of darkness ( chaos) from nighttime.

10. The existence of evening and morning on the first day of the creation bears the mark of intelligent design when evening, morning, and day are considered to be three pre-existing spiritual attributes of the intelligent designer, because the existence of the intelligent designer on that first day does not conflict with a non-existent sun that was placed in the sky later on the fourth day of the creation.

These ten hypothecations overcome all of the reasonability problems of intelligent design only when evening, morning, and day are interpreted to be three attributes of the intelligent designer.

PREDICTIONS:

1. Intelligent Designer. It is predicated that evening, morning, and day in Genesis I is the introductory manifestation of the intelligent designer of the Bible, since any volume of authoritative written instruction must have an unambiguous introduction of its author. This introduction is three progressive attributes of the intelligent designer that include evening alias Eve the mother of all life, morning alias the Bright Morning Star the Son, and day who is Light with the Eternal Father of Time. These three also represent, three time characteristics of a solar day, the 3-way progressive characteristics of salvation for mankind, and three ages of time. This assignment of identity provides a single avenue to answer all of the reasonability problems for Genesis I posed in the ten observations above, and as such, is representative of intelligent design.

2. Intelligent Design Master Plan. It is predicated that Genesis I and the 7 th day in the beginning of Genesis II form a foundational master plan for intelligent design. This master plan can be viewed with an intelligent window into the Bible that introduces the Genesis I pattern of logic and numbers that serve as an intelligent logical foundation for the entire Bible that;

a) fulfills the purpose of the Creation—salvation in the name of the intelligent designer’s name itself, where morning saves from evening’s darkness by leading to Light and a new day—the New Day.

b) forms the foundation for Bible allegorical stories built around the numbers of the Creation showing a 3-way transition in time to demonstrate the path to salvation.

c)  is consistent with 666 to 777 number calculations in the fields of mathematics and science, and is consistent with the after their kind for evolution.

It is predicated that the intelligent window has width, height, and depth, where width and height is a 3 by 7 matrix of structured logic, and the depth is a 3 by 3 matrix for time. Because the understanding of this intelligent window is necessary in order to understand the master plan of the Bible, it is representative of intelligent design

3. Intelligent Design Window of Logic. It is predicated that a window of logic has a width formed by evening-morning-day across, and a height formed by six repetitions of evening, morning, and day down. The structure of this logic is introduced in the Beginning six sentences of the Bible, repeated in the Genesis I Creation, and then repeated throughout the Old and New Testament of the Bible. It is further predicated that the addition of a 7 th step to this window, like the 7 th day of the Creation, provides completion to both logic and the intelligent design of mankind. It is further predicated that this window of logic is the foundation for numbers in both the Bible and science. For all of these reasons this window of logic is representative of intelligent design.

4. Intelligent Design Window of Time. It is predicated that a window of time has a width formed by evening-morning-day, and a depth also formed by evening-morning-day. It is predicated that this window width was formed 3-ways when the intelligent designer married the spirit of Light and called the combination day in order to fit the temporal 3-way spiritual image of mankind—body-soul-spirit. It is further predicated that the depth of the window represents three realms—physical for evening, spiritual for morning, and time for day. For all these reasons this window of time is representative of intelligent design.

5. Intelligent Design Methodology. It is predicated that the method of interpreting Bible numbers is called “divine equivocation”. This is when biblical numbers are equated to spiritual concepts, material things, allegorical stories, related to time, and ordered from the window of intelligent design. These biblical numbers underlie and prove the validity of the Bible’s scientific foundation and therefore are representative of the intelligent design of the Bible.

EXPERIMENTS AND TEST:

Experimental tests of reasonability and consistency were conducted on Bible scripture with attention to numbers, patterns, and ordered lists. Detail of these tests are contained in the books, The Creation of Man(CM), and The Genesis I Window (GIW). Summary results have been compiled and are reported by five catagories below.

Evaluation of the Creation’s Creations numbers written in the books The Creation of Man and The Genesis I Window reveals empirical validation of the Bible’s intelligent design mathematical foundation that is consistent with the mathematical foundation of science. The evidence from 14 tests cases reported above confirms a consistency of purpose for the 3-way, 666 and 777 numbers from the Creation, and confirms how these numbers relate mankind’s creation and spiritual growth to the intelligent designer.

Evaluation of the results from 77 intelligent design windows further reveals 77 confirmations of five Predictions outlined above for intelligent design of the Bible. The 77 intelligent design tests in the Bible were selected to illustrate the consistency of a mathematically sound, intelligently designed master plan. Of particular importance is that these windows of intelligent design exist in both Old and New Testaments. This Intelligent Design of the Bible from the Intelligent Design God introduced as evening-morning-day provides an alternative interpretation for both creationists and evolutionists, when after their kind in Genesis I is defined as evolution. This can provide resolution to the Creation-evolution controversy if man-made doctrines are laid aside so that reason prevails.

This Intelligent Design of the Bible from the Intelligent Design God introduced as evening-morning-day provides a new logical way of interpreting Bible scripture using the intelligent design foundational methodology reported on above. Now, instead of the Bible and reason as opponents, the Bible and reason are partners. Now, instead of meaningless numbers in the Bible, we now have a foundational law of Bible mathematics, just as the natural world has Newton ‘s foundational mathematics, because the intelligent designer is the same for both the natural and spiritual realms. Now, instead of science opposing the Bible, the Bible supports science.

This Intelligent Design of the Bible from the Intelligent Design God introduced as evening-morning-day provides the intelligent designer of the Bible for the Intelligent Design movement. However this may require a paradigm shift from the Creationist’s traditional Trinity. Although still a 3-way view with Evening, Morning, and Day, this Holy Trifecta is only the introduction of this Intelligent Design God. (IDG)

The Key to Faith

The key to our having faith is in hearing the Word of God. I want to emphasize this: the key to having faith is not in obeying the Word of God – the key to having faith is in hearing the Word of God. Now I believe in obeying the Word, and we must obey God if we want to have His blessing on our lives. But it is not obedience that produces faith. Rather, it is faith that produces obedience. And faith only comes by the Word of God.

This is not my idea. God made this very plain in Romans 10:17 when He said, “So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the Word of God.” This scripture passage says that if I hear the Word of God, “faith comes.” In other words, faith shows up. So all I have to do is hear the Word of God. So there is something about hearing the Word of God that produces faith.

Now I know the Bible says that I must be a doer of the Word as well. James 1:22 says, “But be doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving yourselves.” But it is hearing the Word that is the key to doing it! Because the more I hear the Word of God, the more faith I will have. And the more faith I have, the more I will want to obey God and live out the Word.

The reason that a lot of people are not doers of the Word is because they don’t really have faith. The more faith you have, the more you will obey. The more you obey, the more the presence of God will manifest in your life. And the more often you live in the presence of God, the more you will prosper and succeed.

Every one of us can prosper, and every one of us can be successful! And the way we begin is by hearing the Word of God. So start to make the Word of God part of your life. Listen to His Word whenever you can. Read the Bible daily. Memorize Scripture passages, meditate on them, and write verses on note cards to tape on your mirror. If you hear His Word consistently, faith will naturally come. God promised that it would. And as your faith increases, you will find that you are walking in obedience. As you walk in obedience, you’re going to have the presence of God on your life. And if the presence of God is with you, you’re going to succeed!

There are no words to describe the blessing of having God’s presence in your life. Right now I can feel that the favor of God is on my life, and it is a wonderful thing. It is so wonderful that I don’t want to do one single thing to mess it up! The favor of God makes you feel that nothing is impossible. The favor of God makes you feel that anything you attempt to do for God will succeed. Because when you sense that God is with you, you know your efforts on His behalf will not fail.

What could possibly be worth losing that blessing, that favor, that manifested presence of God? I don’t want to walk in disobedience, because I know that if I disobey God, His presence will leave my life. And I don’t want to lose His presence or His favor!

So it really wasn’t a hard thing that day at the airport to leave a note on the car I had bumped. It really wasn’t hard to decide that we would miss our plane. It was easy to do the right thing – when I remembered that God has called me to be faithful in small matters, as well as great, as I live out my destiny according to His will.

I want to walk in the destiny God has planned for me. And I know that if I am to be set over much, I must be found faithful in little things – even a crack in a piece of plastic on an old car.

Eventually I received a call from the lady whose vehicle had been damaged. I apologized for the accident and gave her our insurance information so that she could get her bumper repaired. But before we got off the phone, she said, “I just have to ask you a question. I have shown your note to everyone in my office, and no one can believe that you actually left a note. It would have been so easy to just drive away. We don’t know if you’re a saint, a space alien or what – but none of us can figure out why you would leave a note.”

The woman was an unbeliever. Yet she recognized that there was something different about my behavior. So I was able to explain to her the reason that I had left that note. I was able to share the gospel with her and tell her how Jesus Christ had changed my life – that He could change her life also. “You said that everyone in your office wants to know why I left that note,” I said to her. “Be sure that you tell them. Be sure to tell them that the reason I left that note is because Jesus Christ has changed my life – and He wants to do that for all of them, too.”

There is nothing on this earth that can compare to the joy of a moment like that, when the presence of God rests upon you as you do something important for Him. But it all begins by being faithful in the smallest things – by being a faithful steward. If I had not been faithful to do the right thing about the accident, I would never have had the opportunity to be God’s messenger to the people in that office.

Faithfulness – good stewardship – causes us to be successful in everything we do. It causes us to have the favor of God and His presence in our lives. So be faithful in little things. Be a good employee, a good steward “as to the Lord” (Colossians 3:23). Spend time in God’s Word and watch your faith increase. As faith comes, obedience will naturally follow. And when you honor God and walk in obedience to Him, He will honor you with His presence. Then His favor and blessing will rest on your life, and you will prosper in all you do.

Hebrews 11:1; “Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.” In addition, faith will by God begin evidencing itself to you and producing the substance which is real.

Defending the Faith

In the next-to-last book of the Bible, the apostle Jude exhorts us to “earnestly contend for the faith which was once delivered unto the saints” (Jude 3). His warning refers primarily to professing Christians who would dilute the faith instead of defending it.

I ran across the following exhortation from that great “prince of preachers,” Charles Haddon Spurgeon, and I would like to share it with you. I don’t know where it first appeared over a hundred years ago, but it is so relevant to the modern situation that it could have been written yesterday. Here it is:

We must defend the Faith, for what would have become of us if our fathers had not maintained it?…Must we not play the man as they did? If we do not, are we not censuring our Fathers? It is very pretty, is it not, to read of Luther and his brave deeds. Of course, everybody admires Luther! Yes, yes, but you do not want anyone else to do the same today….We admire a man who is firm in the Faith, say four hundred years ago;…but such a man today is a nuisance, and must be put down. Call him a narrow-minded bigot, or give him a worse name if you can think of one. Yet imagine that in those ages past Luther, Zwingli, Calvin, and their compeers had said, “The world is out of order; but if we try to set it right we shall only make a great row, and get ourselves into disgrace. Let us go to our chambers, put on our night-caps and sleep over the bad times, and perhaps when we wake up, things would have grown better.” Such conduct upon their part would have entailed upon us a heritage of error. These men loved the Faith and the name of Jesus too well to see them trampled on. Note that we owe them, and let us pay to our sons the debt we owe to our fathers.

To the same effect is that stirring statement from Martin Luther, which I have kept in the flyleaf of my Bible for about forty years.

If I profess with the loudest voice and clearest expression every portion of the truth of God except precisely that little point which the world and the devil are at that moment attacking, I am not confessing Christ, however boldly I may be professing Christ. Where the battle rages, there the loyalty of the soldier is proved, and to be steady on all the battlefield besides, is mere flight and disgrace, if he flinches at that point.

The world and the devil are focusing their attack today on the great truth of biblical creation more than on any other doctrine. If we refuse to defend this component of God’s “everlasting gospel” (Revelation 14:6-7), it matters little what we do about the rest. Unbelievers attack all the Bible, of course, especially the miracles and prophecies, but they always direct their most passionate attacks against the truth of recent creation and its corollary doctrine, the global cataclysm of the Flood. If they can destroy these two doctrines, the rest will fall eventually. That is why the apostle Peter stresses these two great facts of history as the real antidote to the naturalistic worldview, the notion that “all things continue as they were from the beginning of the creation” (see 2 Peter 3:3-6). He calls it “willful ignorance” to reject or ignore the two great biblical truths of special supernatural creation and the global cataclysm of the great Flood.

The sad aspect of this conflict is that so many “evangelicals” are trying to force the evolutionary ages of geology into the Genesis account of creation. Instead of defending our biblical Christian faith, they are trying to accommodate it to the unbelieving worldview of evolutionary naturalism. They will affirm their belief in the resurrection of Christ and His imminent return, and these are indeed vital doctrines, but they are not defending the true Christian faith when they dilute the historical authenticity of the foundational chapters of the Bible.

Some will even refute Darwinism and do an excellent job of it. But then they still try to accommodate the evolutionary ages of the naturalists, which in turn requires rejecting the worldwide cataclysm of the Flood. They seem indifferent to the fact that this means accepting a billion years of a suffering, dying biosphere before Adam’s fall brought sin and death into the world.

It is even sadder when they feel that this compromising approach will convince the scientific establishment to accept Christ and the gospel. They may use various terms to soften the concept—such terms as “intelligent design,” “process creation,” “theistic evolution,” and the like—but it will not make a dent in the worldview of the naturalists. They will continue smugly in their unbelief, regardless of the accommodations “some Christians” make to their system.

For example, an official policy statement of the National Association of Biology Teachers on teaching evolution said:

Explanations employing non-naturalistic or supernatural events, whether or not explicit reference is made to a supernatural being, are outside the realm of science and not part of a valid science curriculum.1

One of evolution’s most articulate and influential spokesmen, the late Dr. Stephen Jay Gould of Harvard, rejected one of the best-written books of the “intelligent design” school, in scathing words such as the following:

Johnson’s current incarnation of this false strategy, Darwin on Trial, hardly deserves to be called a book at all….The book, in short, is full of errors, badly argued, based on false criteria and abysmally written….Johnson is not a “scientific creationist” of Duane Gish’s ilk—the “young earth” Biblical literalists who have caused so much political trouble of late, but whom we beat in the Supreme Court in 1987. He accepts the earth’s great age and allows that God may have chosen to work via natural selection and other evolutionary principles….The book is scarcely more than an acrid little puff.2

Now Gould’s review is grossly unfair, and Phil Johnson wrote an excellent reply to it (which Scientific American refused to print), but it did not change Gould’s opinion at all.

The point is that no dilution of the creation/Flood record of God’s inspired Word, no matter how well-motivated and persuasively written, is going to budge the evolutionary establishment in science or education one iota. They hold their position for religious reasons, not scientific, and scientific arguments for “intelligent design” are rejected just as vigorously as arguments for recent creation or a global flood.

The American Scientific Affiliation has been advocating a compromise between evolution and creation for years. Their widely distributed book, Teaching Science in a Climate of Controversy, was a collection of well-planned essays designed to encourage such a middle-of-the-road system for classroom teaching. The result was a series of bitter attacks by the evolutionists. The Science Teacher magazine, for example, published a series of essays by leading scientists repudiating it, entitled “Scientists Decry a Slick New Packaging of Creationism.”3 One of the authors, Dr. Lynn Margulis, called it “treacherous,” a polemic designed “to coax us to believe in the ASA’s particular creation myth.”

The excellent book Of Pandas and People was written to present biology in terms of “intelligent design,” without any reference to God, the Bible, or creation, hoping that it could be adopted as a high school biology textbook. Again, nothing doing! It was merely a sneaky way of getting creationism into the schools, said its opponents, and they won. The Creation Research Society textbook Biology: A Search for Order in Complexity, published in 1970 with a similar goal, had already met the same fate.

I don’t believe any sort of compromise on this issue will ever get a fair hearing, let alone be adopted for public use, so why repeat the same old mistakes? Do we really believe the Bible to be the inspired Word of God? Do we believe that God speaks clearly? Do we really think that current scientific majority opinion is always right?

Another very popular advocate of compromise says that teaching recent creation and worldwide Flood views will keep people from coming to Christ. “Because of the implausibility of such a position,” says Dr. Hugh Ross, “many reject the Bible out of hand without seriously investigating its message or even reading for themselves the relevant passages.”4

Dr. Ross does not document this statement, and he is wrong. Many scientists do accept the biblical record at face value, and there are now thousands of scientists who have become young-earth creationists, not to mention multitudes of non-scientists.

What the compromise approach does, however, is not to bring the lost to Christ, but causes many who are already Christians to doubt their Faith as they go down the slippery path of compromise.

We do want urgently to win people to Christ (and many have come, through the biblical message of the great gospel of creation and redemption). But it is even more important to be true to God’s clear revelation.

In six days the LORD made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that in them is, and rested the seventh day. (Exodus 20:11)

By the word of the LORD were the heavens made;…For he spake, and it was done; he commanded, and it stood fast. (Psalm 33:6, 9)

But from the beginning of the creation God made them male and female. (Mark 10:6)

…by man came death. (1 Corinthians 15:21)

Whereby the world that then was, being overflowed with water, perished. (2 Peter 3:6)

How long halt ye between two opinions? if the LORD be God, follow him. (1 Kings 18:21)

Guns Are For Those Who Need Protection

The bad thing is that the police comes after the bad thing happens. Police can not be at your front door when the criminal is breaking in your back door. When criminals stop doing bad things to good people than I shall relinquish my weapons. Now, crime is at an all time high.

People who push for the elimination of guns usually has no idea about the needs for guns. They have usually been raised in a monitored neighborhood which has hired guns to protect them in addition to the normal police protection. No one in Beverly Hills has to worry about protecting them self; just haphazardly drive into Beverly Hills for one block and you will get the idea. Drive into a lower economic area with shotguns sticking up in view, and you have an excellent chance of not being challenged at all. Shootings in these neighborhoods occur nightly. This is over 75% of the residents of any major city in the USA.

The heads of family must be able to defend their families against the strong men with guns who are bent on perpetrating harm upon the family. Be not detoured from your duty as head; the few mentally disturbed persons who does random shootings are exceptions; the daily perpetrators upon families is the norm in the USA. Gun control advocates has no solution to stopping the bad guys from getting guns, and they have no stats on the effect of gun ownership stopping bad things happening to good families. Criminals do not want to take the risk of being shot; they will only take the risk if they know that you have a safe full of money which is almost never the case in a lower economic area. In my opinion, all heads of family should have a gun for protection of the family, and if necessary can gunfight like in the wild, wild west in order to protect their families. The military trains soldiers to do so in order to protect our country; well, my family is my first concern.

Gun control advocates are definitely jumping the gun. Advocates are asking the majority of citizens who live in a high risk area to accept a false security in order to satisfy their ideal sense of a civilized society. Ironically, most advocates has had hired guns protecting them all of their lives.

Matter Which is Storaged Energy Displays Intelligence

Two researchers have demonstrated that DNA harbors information in both digital and analog formats. These two types of information appear to be coupled intrinsically through DNA nucleotide sequences to form an irreducibly complex system. This new insight reveals the elegant sophistication of genomes and advances the case for intelligent design by highlighting the remarkable analogy between the structure and operation of biochemical information systems and the information systems produced by human designers (FR,TBN).

Now, lets take a look at the concepts behind all information systems. In Platonic realism, universals do not exist in the way that ordinary physical objects exist, even though Plato metaphorically referred to such objects to explain his concepts. More modern versions of the theory seek to avoid applying potentially misleading descriptions to universals. Instead, such versions maintain that it is meaningless (or a category mistake) to apply the categories of space and time to universals.

Regardless of their description, Platonic realism holds that universals do exist in a broad, abstract sense, although not at any spatial or temporal distance from people’s bodies. Thus, people cannot see or otherwise come into sensory contact with universals, but in order to conceive of universals, one must be able to conceive of these abstract forms.

Theories of universals

Theories of universals, including Platonic realism, are challenged to satisfy certain constraints on theories of universals.

Platonic realism strongly satisfies one of those constraints, in that it is a theory of what general terms refer to. Forms are ideal in supplying meaning to referents for general terms. That is, to understand terms such as applehood and redness, Platonic realism says that they refer to forms. Indeed, Platonism gets much of its plausibility because mentioning redness, for example, seems[citation needed] to be referring to something that is apart from space and time, but which has lots of specific instances.

Some contemporary linguistic philosophers construe “Platonism” to mean the proposition that universals exist independently of particulars (a universal is anything that can be predicated of a particular). Similarly, a form of modern Platonism is found in the predominant philosophy of mathematics, especially about the foundations of mathematics. The Platonic interpretation of this philosophy includes the thesis that mathematics is not created but discovered.

The above discourse was to say that form consisting of matter is displaying intelligence. The behavior of one or two particles are referring to a universal which is nearer  to reality or just plain reality itself such as God. Romans 1:20; “For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse:” Energy is storage in matter in various ways which under certain conditions releases some energy or accrues some mass (strange particles) inwhich all has been before determined by first cause Intelligencia who I call God. The real dynamics of mass-energy ascends unto the mind of God Who made all for His Son, Jesus Who has His mind. As stated in my previous article: Jesus(Uspace)=Jesus(Vspace).

Human genomes are a very complex system which determines our construct and being. It would be nonsense to think that random activity over eons of time could produce intelligence from nothing. It makes all the sense in the world to think that intelligence produced existing forms. Mental forms, ideas, also must come from a profound first Intelligencia. This brings us to Genesis; paraphrasing, “In the beginning God created heaven and earth and His Son was with Him, and it was for His Son…by His Son.”

The God Existent Equation: Uspace times Vspace = Q, the Laws of God (UspVsp=Q). Uspace imposes on Vspace and Vspace imposes on Uspace constantly.

The God Observer Equation(man interacting with the universe): UspVsp[S(1)]qv(1) + UspVsp[S(2)]qv(2) = Q[S(3)][qv(1) + qv(2)], with qv(3)=qv(1) + qv(2), than equal Q[S(3)qv(3)].

God Equation General

Qua Variance (QV) is the observance of a state (S) which reveals itself for a significant duration of time and can recycle innately displaying intelligence. Principles are a  subset of all intelligence which can be displayed mentally and physically. The great Greek Thinker, Cicero, expounded on the metaphysical meaning of a particle as having intelligence.  Of course, any object of any size reveals intelligence from microscopic to cosmic (qv). We perceive and our mind provides the nexus of anything continuously. “”As we think we are and have our being.” We think what we perceive from QV(S(1)) with the involuntary action of the mind revealing the nexus while nature is dynamically changing; nature never stops. Qua Variance is all intelligent including principles which imposes on a state (S) with qv special case being accumulative in our memory as our learning process continues. The initial observation is purely the five senses (qv(0)) without previous knowledge.

One is constantly exposed to all possible intelligence of qua variance (QV) whether they have been codified or not. The special cases (qv) of course are the codified intelligence which reflects the principles, equations, formulas, facts, or data. We see one state (S(n)) after another in the world and in our mind from reasoning and logic.  We at time see the same state [ S(1) = S(2)] for reassurance and re-evaluation. Normally, we see a state S(2) and compare it to other before observed state (S).

God designed our brain (mind being the potentialities of the brain) and the physical universe. We are in a dynamic cocoon with the universe imposing on us and us imposing on the universe without total relief.

John 1:1; “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.”

John 1:2; “The same was in the beginning with God.”

All dynamics take place in the world; our mind reacts to the nexus. The mind is very slowly moving to the nexus or rapidly moving to the nexus  as does our previously designed physical universe [Vspace=the potentiality of all nexus]. Our world is submerged in the supernatural world of God [Uspace=the governing supernatural Potentiality]. The Uspace is for limited and temporary humans; otherwise, there would be only the attributes of God; omnipotent, omnipresent, and omniscience. Man is to be in the state of Uspace. There is only one Uspace for man. Our Savior, the Son of God, is our guide to Uspace because Jesus(Vspace)=Jesus(Uspace), a state of being.

God has given humans the ability to learn and create, but there is nothing new under the heavens that God did not first create. Science is the study of what God has designed. God is an absolute; therefore, scientist studies the absoluteness of God. God’s design is such that when our human design is exposed to the environment we begin to learn and understand God’s messages to us, His Word.

The economy of our mind causes us to seek convergence of all knowledge and not divergence. We seek unity. Sex causes more convergence than divergence in our societies in such a way until it can be called a welding effect even though the rate of nexus increases.  God rewards efforts, but He also demands efforts. We must seek nourishment and water to satisfy our thirst. When we sleep we only are geared down with millions of involuntary activity occurring. All human activity is ultimately toward one goal of unity as reflected in the God Equation.

God has designed us to seek the what, why, and how’s of all things. Humans can learn to recognize the Son of God more and more as they accrue knowledge, but one must accept Him and deny themself. This is where “Self” becomes a blocker of most spiritual good; thereby, nullifying the receiving of spiritual fruits from God’s Holy Spirit. Yes, man can progress into all knowledge but there is a limit where all ends. Our purpose is to live in God’s Kingdom; a return to where Adam and Eve first lived.

Science is a servant of religion which brings us unto a better view of our true human potential (Uspace). The Son of God divine condition of Jesus(Vspace)=Jesus(Uspace) is our purpose and goal in life.

The Higgs Apocalypse

In Monday’s post, we saw how God could have used the Higgs mechanism to help power the creation event—but the Higgs might also provide the mechanism by which God will someday sweep away this creation and replace it with the new heavens and new earth. Higgs physics allows for a possible scenario that sounds a lot like the coming events described in Scripture.

Physicists are busy studying the particle they discovered in 2012, to see if it is indeed the Higgs boson. In the standard model of particle physics, the Higgs is a single particle, but in some alternate theories the role of the Higgs is played by a more complicated set of particles called the Higgs sector. Ongoing studies are researching if the universe has a simple Higgs or a Higgs sector.

In a previous article, we learned that the Higgs potential is special because its lowest energy state is not at zero but is at some finite value of the Higgs field. We also saw that in the beginning, the universe could have been entirely empty—until a process called spontaneous symmetry breaking caused the Higgs field1 to develop a non-zero value everywhere in space, filling the universe with energy and helping to power the big bang. This may describe how God went about creating everything from nothing.

Physicists are still working out the details of how it all happened, and one of the critical details is the shape of the Higgs potential. For example, if the potential is very flat at the top, then the process could take a long time (a “slow roll”) and result in what is known as “inflation,”2 where the three spatial dimensions we experience as height, width, and depth expanded exponentially from infinitesimally small to immeasurably large.

The Higgs-pocalypse?

An intriguing possibility is that the Higgs potential has more than one minimum (valley). If this is true, it is possible that we live in what is known as a “false vacuum.” The true vacuum is the lowest energy valley of the Higgs potential; any other valleys represent false vacuums, and, generally speaking, the physics in each vacuum will be different.

Looking at Scripture, it seems the book of Revelation implies that the physics in the new heaven and new earth will be different from the physics in our current universe. Not only does Revelation 21 tell us that the first earth will pass away, but it also describes a new Jerusalem that is inconsistent with the physics of this universe.3 So, moving the Higgs field from its current vacuum state to a new vacuum state might be a way God could cause the first earth to pass away and usher in a new heaven and new earth.

How can we live in a false vacuum if there is a lower energy true vacuum? This can happen if there is an energy barrier between the vacua. Overcoming this energy barrier would be similar to lighting flammable material on fire. Introducing a heat source allows the material to transition to the lower energy state, releasing energy in the process.

If the universe is in a false vacuum, then it is possible that the first heaven and earth could be swept away at any time by the Higgs field changing from its current vacuum expectation value (VEV) to the VEV corresponding to a lower energy vacuum. If some event were to cause the Higgs field to change anywhere in the universe, the change would propagate to the rest of the universe at the speed of light, just like a spreading flame, sweeping away the old creation and releasing energy as it replaces it with the new creation. This sounds a lot like what we read in 2 Peter 3:7–13 (NASB):

But by His word the present heavens and earth are being reserved for fire, kept for the day of judgment and destruction of ungodly men….But the day of the Lord will come like a thief, in which the heavens will pass away with a roar and the elements will be destroyed with intense heat, and the earth and its works will be burned up….the heavens will be destroyed by burning, and the elements will melt with intense heat! But according to His promise we are looking for new heavens and a new earth, in which righteousness dwells.

In other words, everything cannot continue on as it has since the beginning of creation. Peter’s description of the elements being consumed by fire is consistent with what would happen if the Higgs vacuum were to change. In fact, some people were so concerned that the Higgs research at CERN’s Large Hadron Collider (LHC) would doom the universe by kicking us into a new vacuum state that they filed a lawsuit to halt the project. Fortunately, the LHC cannot do anything that has not already been done by high-energy cosmic rays, so it does not pose a threat. However, quantum mechanics permits tunneling through an energy barrier, so God, being the Creator of all, could initiate the apocalypse at the time of His choosing without the need for so much as a match.

With the date of this apocalypse unknown (and unknowable), it would be wise to keep Peter’s warning in mind.

You therefore, beloved, knowing this beforehand, be on your guard so that you are not carried away by the error of unprincipled men and fall from your own steadfastness, but grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. To Him be the glory, both now and to the day of eternity. Amen. (2 Peter 3:17–18, NASB emphasis original)

Privacy Rights; Our Civil Rights; Our Constitutional Rights

The Preamble to the U.S. Constitution gives all persons the right to seek a fulfilling life; this is our inalienable rights which means no proposal by the government or group can supersede our rights. Advancements in technology and the unfortunate event of 911 gendered the “Patriot Act”. The act innocently with the welfare of the people in mind undermined our privacy rights in the name of Americanism. Our privacy rights is now arbitrary based on the suspicion of any official of the government. A rookie cop who is working his first day on the job can do a search and seizure without a call for because the Patriot Act has provided a standing warrant for search and seizure at the discretion of an official who is suspicious even of a visiting relative.

Phone taps are constant, and has gone beyond the need for a court ordered call warrant where real evidence has to be provided to a judge justifying the issuance of a warrant to tap phones and acquire financial information. The action only need suspicion of an illegal act.

There is no safe guard against an enormous amount of personal data about private citizens being siphoned off and used by special interests. The powers that be can actively discredit any challenger for their power. Now, dissentants doesn’t stand a chance due to the ease of collecting information about the dissentants.

Special interests who target private citizens for public scrutiny is very devastating to the safety and welfare of the targeted person. If America remains on the same course, than our democratic process shall be castrated.

From my experiences I have profound opinions; I was exposed to many hard knocks.  I surmise that if private citizens collaborate with these rogue organizations with the hope of gaining upper mobility from such advantages, than our government shall move toward fascism with the large corporations gaining unprecedented powers among the people.  Our democratic government shall slide sideways toward communism because the government and corporate powers shall own the minds of the citizens. Of course, this would be into the future, but not too far! I guess between 30 to 50 years for our democracy of freedoms and liberties to be totally castrated; holler out from the inside out. At that time, persons shall not have the freedom to actually seek a fulfilling life; adversity from the public shall overwhelm with adversities any personal desires, motivated by special interests who target private citizens.

The bible implies that the world is a fraud in progress; the down side is inevitable. We do live in a fallen world, and our hope must be to have a personal relationship with Christ Jesus. Our faith shall be our savior. Our founding fathers realized that each citizen must have inalienable rights as determined by God and the person only.

New Genetic-Clock Research Challenges Millions of Years

Does a 6,000-year-old earth match the findings of modern science? Secular scientists have answered forcefully in the negative for generations. However, their arguments rest on the assumption of constant natural processes and constant rates, and new discoveries from ICR’s geneticists present a strong challenge to these claims.

Genetic “Clocks”

Ticking within every species is a “clock” of sorts that measures the length of time that a species has existed on the earth. Since DNA is passed on imperfectly from parent to offspring, each generation grows more genetically distant from prior generations. Consequently, with each successive generation reproductively isolated groups within species grow more and more genetically distant from each other.

This is true for DNA found not only in the nucleus of the cell but also in the cellular energy factories termed mitochondria. Mitochondrial DNA is present in both males and females, but unlike nuclear DNA, it is inherited only from mothers. Thus, mitochondrial DNA differences among modern individuals within a created “kind” trace back to the maternal ancestor of the kind.

For kinds that survived the Flood on board the Ark, modern differences are mutated versions of the mitochondrial DNA sequence that was present in the female representative on the Ark (one representative for the unclean kinds; several representatives for the clean kinds). For kinds that survived off the Ark, modern differences may trace back to the individual females that God created during days three through six of the creation week. Since God likely created many individuals of each kind, some modern mitochondrial DNA differences for off-Ark kinds may be due to God creating DNA differences among individuals and not to mutation over time. Nevertheless, for both on-Ark and off-Ark kinds, most mitochondrial DNA differences among members of the same kind likely reflect the length of time that the kind has existed on Earth, to a first approximation, and thus represent the “ticks” of the mitochondrial DNA clock.

These biological facts create a new venue in which to compare the young-earth creation timescale to the secular timescale head to head. The true age of any given kind will be reflected in the amount of mitochondrial DNA diversity among its modern descendants. If kinds have existed on this planet for millions of years, then they should be quite genetically diverse. In contrast, if their origins trace back only 6,000 years, then they should be more genetically homogeneous.

These qualitative statements can be restated with mathematical rigor. Predicting mitochondrial DNA diversity with precision is a straightforward calculation. Secular scientists have spent many years developing the equations for estimating DNA differences over time. The mitochondrial DNA differences between isolated groups of individuals are a product of twice the DNA mutation rate and their time of separation.1,2 We can show this in mathematical notation as follows:

d = DNA differences between two individuals
r = the measured mutation rate in the species or lineage
t = time of origin derived from each origins model

As long as the mitochondrial mutation rate has been accurately measured in the laboratory, equation (1) can be used to predict genetic diversity.

Secular scientists have measured the mitochondrial DNA mutation rate for four species—humans, fruit flies, roundworms, and water fleas. The Bible puts the origin of each of these about 6,000 years ago, and we rounded it up to 10,000 years.3 However, the published evolutionary literature puts the origin of modern humans about 180,000 years ago; fruit flies, about 20 million years ago; roundworms, about 18 million years ago; and water fleas, about 7.6 million years ago.4

Plugging these numbers into equation (1) reveals a sharp contrast between the creation and evolutionary predictions (Figures 1 and 2). For example, the measured mitochondrial DNA mutation rate for humans is, on average, ~0.00048 mutations per year.4,5 Multiplying 0.00048 by 2 and by 10,000 years yields a prediction of about 10 mutations after 10,000 years of existence. Conversely, multiplying 0.00048 by 2 and by 180,000 years yields a prediction of about 174 mutations after 180,000 years of existence.4,6

Comparing these predictions to the range of actual human mitochondrial DNA diversity shows a striking result (Figure 1).4 On average, human mitochondrial DNA sequences differ at 10 positions. The biblical model predicts a range of diversity that accurately captures this value. In contrast, the evolutionary timescale (and, by extension, the old-earth creation timescale) predicts levels of genetic diversity that are 12–29 times off  the real DNA differences that we see today (124–290 mitochondrial DNA differences versus 10).

Similar calculations for fruit flies, roundworms, and water fleas depict the same result—evolutionary predictions that are orders of magnitude off from the real DNA differences we see today and creation predictions that either match actual diversity or are very close to it (Figures 2A–C).

The evolutionary results cannot in any way be explained by invoking a slower mutation rate in the past. First, this would be inconsistent with the assumption of constant rates and constant processes invoked in astronomy and geology. Second, for species to be as genetically similar as they are today yet as old as the evolutionists claim, they would need to mutate only once every 21,000–36,000 years and consistently so for millions of years (Table 1). This incredibly slow rate is completely counter to the actual mutation rates observed in genetics; in fact, rates this slow seem biologically impossible. These results appear to present a dramatic challenge to the millions of years espoused by evolution and old-earth creation, and they seem to powerfully confirm the biblical account.

Answering Objections

However, a case this simple and powerful will be met with some measure of opposition. Can the evolutionists find a hole in these arguments? Let’s look at their possible objections.

Objection 1: The results of this study are contradicted by the many evolutionary molecular clocks published previously.

Comparing the clock in this study to the evolutionary molecular “clock” is essentially an apples-to-oranges comparison. While both clocks are based on the same biological principles, the evolutionists have used a shortcut to determine the mutation rate in their version of the clock. Rather than measure the actual rate of genetic change in the laboratory, evolutionists have determined the “ticking” of the clock from the dates they have assigned to the layers in the fossil record. This would be analogous to a young-earth creationist determining the mutation rate by measuring the genetic differences between two species, assuming a date of origin of 6,000 years, calculating the mutation rate from the genetic differences divided by 6,000 years, and then claiming that modern genetic differences confirm a 6,000-year origin for these species. Hence, evolutionary molecular “clocks” are actually a form of circular reasoning, not independent scientific data points, and they cannot logically contradict the results noted in Figures 1 and 2.

Objection 2: The results of this study are contradicted by empirically measured molecular clocks for nuclear DNA.

The nuclear DNA clocks that evolutionists use assume that all nuclear DNA differences are the product of mutation, and this interpretation is in error. Unlike mitochondrial DNA, nuclear DNA comes in two copies and is inherited from both parents, which means that DNA differences in offspring are the result of DNA mutation and of pre-existing DNA variation in the parents. For example, under the creation model, some of this pre-existing variation in humans traces back ultimately to the two parents, Adam and Eve, whom God created with pre-existing DNA differences. When this fact is accounted for, nuclear-genetic clocks point to recent creation, not millions of years.7

Objection 3: The results of this study are based on flawed methods—too few modern individuals were represented.

Inclusion of more modern individuals when tallying actual genetic diversity fails to help the evolutionary model for two reasons. First, the rate of mitochondrial DNA mutation might be different in the lineages that led up to these additional individuals. Hence, if the evolutionists wish to better represent the worldwide diversity in mitochondrial DNA sequences, then they must also better represent the worldwide diversity in mitochondrial DNA mutation rates. Any increase in actual genetic diversity afforded by more individual sequences might be counteracted by the discovery of faster mutation rates in these new lineages. Second, the magnitude between actual diversity and predicted diversity is far too great a gap to be bridged by even a hundred more DNA sequences from additional individuals or species. Sampling error does not reconcile evolutionary predictions with reality.

Objection 4: The results of this study are based on flawed methods—too few historic/fossil individuals were represented.

Fossil DNA sequences were deliberately omitted from this study because they are too fraught with scientific uncertainty. Our own in-house analysis revealed that most fossil DNA sequences are highly degraded and unreliable. Furthermore, it is currently impossible to verify the accuracy of these sequences, even if they do not appear degraded, since we lack an independent means to verify their accuracy. (The evolutionary interpretation of the fossil record is not an independent test.) Finally, even if fossil sequences were reliable, the magnitude between actual diversity and predicted diversity is far too great a gap to be bridged by the inclusion of fossil DNA sequences. Again, sampling error simply does not reconcile evolutionary predictions with reality.

Objection 5: The results of this study falsely represent the evolutionary expectations. Mutational saturation and homoplasy (independently acquired identical mutations) would lower the absolute value of the expected DNA differences under the evolutionary model.

Mutational saturation could theoretically rescue the evolutionary model but fails to do so for lack of scientific evidence in its favor. If the individuals in this study had mutated to saturation such that every DNA position had been mutated, then the DNA identity between them should have been no different than a random alignment of DNA sequences. Since every position in a DNA sequence has four possibilities due to the four bases—A, T, G, C—in the DNA code, a random alignment matches 25% of the time by chance and mismatches 75% of the time. None of the comparisons in this study even came close to 25% identity. The lowest match was 86%—far in excess of 25%.

Likewise, independently acquired identical mutations could also theoretically rescue the evolutionary model, but this explanation strains credulity. Under the evolutionary model, these creatures have undergone hundreds of thousands to millions of random mutations to a DNA sequence that is less than 20,000 DNA bases long, yet they have maintained sequence identities of 86% or greater. To postulate that these high identities resulted from separate species arriving at the same mutation repeatedly, by chance, over millions of years is to invoke a statistical miracle—a practice evolutionists reject in other fields. Clearly, homoplasy is not a tenable scientific explanation for these results.

Objection 6: The results of this study failed to account for all evolutionary mechanisms. Natural selection would have eliminated millions of deleterious mutations over the past several million years in each of these species.

This evolutionary rescuing device could potentially solve the numerical discrepancy problem, but it is entirely ad hoc and, therefore, unscientific. Scientific explanations must make testable predictions, and if natural selection explains why the evolutionary predictions are so far off from reality, then it must also predict levels of genetic diversity in species for which diversity is currently unknown. Until evolutionists actually make these predictions, this line of reasoning does not pass muster.

Objection 7: The results of this study are simply a statistical artifact. Four species do not represent biological diversity on Earth.

This objection is perhaps the strongest that the evolutionists could raise, and it appears compelling at first pass. Four species is a far cry from the millions of species that currently exist on Earth. However, these four belong to three separate phyla (humans—Chordata; fruit flies and water fleas—Arthropoda; roundworms—Nematoda) that allegedly diverged deeply in evolutionary history. Therefore, the results from these species span a broad swath of life and of supposed evolutionary time. Any evolutionary explanation that seeks to dismiss these results has very broad implications for the history of this planet, and simple explanations will not come easily, especially in light of the fact that the mutation rates for each species were obtained independently. Hence, statistical error is not a compelling explanation, and I encourage any reader to perform mutation-rate studies on organisms for which this rate has yet to be measured. (I predict similar results to those depicted in this article.)

None of the above objections have yet to appear in peer-reviewed scientific literature—either in the creationist or secular journals. In fact, no peer-reviewed objections have been published at all to date. The objections above are ones that I anticipate or that have been expressed in popular forums such as evolutionary blogs—a common source of origins information and ideas that are unencumbered by the accountability of scientific professionals.

Will evolutionists be able to reconcile these genetic data with their millions-of-years claims in geology and astronomy? The results in this article were derived using the same assumptions pervading these latter fields—for example, the constancy of the rate of change—yet these results flatly contradict the secular conclusions in geology and astronomy. Can the evolutionary community resolve this great paradox without undermining the logical foundations of their arguments for deep time? (NJ,RTB)
