Former Chief of Police in Florida speaks about receiving information on the Targeted Individual program. He describes it as against federal law, international law, and basic human rights while also mentioning several participants dislike what is occurring and used a device to control their own minds so they could offer him additional information without being discovered. He mentioned the program is currently coordinated through the Department of Homeland Security’s fusion centers.
The most interesting claim on this video is that gangstalking, presumably, originated from the Vietnam war. Does anyone have any documents that gives evidence of that?

I have had plenty of conversations with my brother in the house and have some of being said at work the next day by other contractors like from HVAC employees and I’ve even had my boss Scott on two occasions tell me exactly what I ate the day before in conversation .
