In my opinion this program is ultimately controlled by the intelligence agencies but I assume most of the boots on the ground in public to be working for private security firms.

I believe their job description says something about live action role playing and are hired by private security firms which I also assume handles your file and the paperwork.

I made this assumption because I believe after the watergate scandal they(FEDS) would know better than to keep a paper trail that would convict them of their evil work. So I figure private security does not have to respond to a FOIA request like the FBI does. Private security firms and positions grew dramatically about 20 years ago I believe this program is why. Edward Snowden made it to the top and it wasn’t until then that he saw the reality of the situation. Up until that day he believed he was keeping his country safe from terrorists.

He tried to blow the whistle but was mostly blocked from being able to. Not enough info got out to enrage the public.

Nobody ever uses commom sense and plugs a TI into a mass shooting and realizes this totally fits.

This program is the only unknown variable that causes all the mass shootings but it doesnt come out.

Yes the intelligence agencies are causing all the mass shootings..remember the irony🙄

I also believe several years ago full time Gang stalkers made 50k a year and up. I saw an ad for a supervisor position that started at over 100k a year and that was probably 8 years ago. As far as benefit package they get pretty much the same as a federal employee. They even get Martin Luther Kings birthday off… and they killed him..oh the irony of life today is unbelievable.…

Contrary to what people sometimes say here they arent tweaked out druggies.

Although they will use druggies as fillers to complete your torture I dont believe they will ever be on the payroll.

The info I think the FBI does have is the terrorist watchlist which I believe all targets are on. You could possibly use that to sue if can prove watchlist is actually a Gangstalking list.

If labeled a terrorist I theorize you are stripped of your rights although they don’t tell you that because it is all smoke and mirrors and won’t hold up for them in court.
