Prison Overpopulation Caused By What Is Illegal And Outrageous Sentencing

Long term sentencing is not working, folks! Prisons has an over population, costing the taxpayers an enormous amount of money without solving the problem of the drug crimes. The cost is taking money from the needed cash for our infrastructure in America; bridges and highways. Rest assure, most all of the criminal acts are caused by the illegality of  the drug and not the use of the drug as was the case of alcohol when it was illegal liken unto Al Capone!

Many drugs should be decriminalized such as marijuana. The farcical attack on prescription pain pills is only hurting the innocent in order to make some administrators look good to the public, and distract from the real problem of heroin. Alcoholic caused deaths are much higher than those of pain pills. Too many of the top 10% rich people want alcohol at their meetings and cocktail affairs to challenge the use of alcohol. Hypocrisy! Marijuana is much less harmful than alcohol; cocaine has much less adverse side effects than alcohol. We are given lies on top of lies by the government. I see the need for lying about UFO’s and alien bodies, but marijuana!? Pain pills??!! It’s maddening just to think about it. Lies are so big until lies about the fly make it larger than the elephant.

Drugs are made illegal because of their destructive nature to our society, but if scrutinized more closely at present the policing of drugs have become more destructive to our society than what the free use of the drug could ever do. The government has exaggerated the negative effects of most drugs, making the fly to appear larger than the elephant, until when we hear the word marijuana a large blinding blanket immediately drops, and we only see “marijuana is bad!” when in essence alcohol is worst than marijuana. Recently Tramadol which is not as effective as aspirin has been determined to be in the same class as cocaine.  The government has gotten away with misrepresentations for so long until we are now told things that is ludicrous. Of course, police and the justice system has to destroy families about something no stronger than an aspirin!

Instituting drug laws are based mainly on one operative phrase; “it is killing our kids.” Alcohol has always killed our kids; more so than Estacy or any other drug; although, we are complacent with the control and social tolerant of alcohol. If drunk in public it is not tolerated; if drunk on the job it is not tolerated; if excessively drunk at the family home it is not tolerated. All drugs should be controlled in the same manner in order to stop the destructive policing of so-called illegal drugs. It is not even fair to the police officers.

No one should serve over 10 years for any drug offence if it is an offence.  Drug offence sentences should never exceed the sentence for murder. When it does, our value system begin to go-to-shit as it has already. Our justice system has become a piece of shit due to illegal drug laws; defendants getting life without parole for having marijuana residue! Rich persons getting away with murder alone with many other illogical, outrageous sentencing. Our justice system is as ragged as a barrel of sour kraut.

I am not pro drugs; I am pro truth, justice and fairness. We already have an enormous drug problem; it is here and has been here for a long time and it is not going away! I am for common sense and transparency and revealing of the truth, not exaggerations approaching misrepresentation which makes the fly appear to be larger than the elephant.

Good people, there is more drugs in America than what it was around the 1900 when Congress moved to restrict many drugs such as Sears & Roebuck selling by mail order a pound of cocaine for a dollar. There is more drugs in America than 40 years ago when Reagan and Clinton signed into law long sentencing for drug offences. There is more drugs in America than what it was last year! Folks, tell me if the policing of illegal drugs is not as destructive as the free use of the so-called illegal drug? How about reviewing the drug laws; especially for marijuana and pain pills and the effects of long sentences for nonviolent drug offences which causes the overpopulation in America’s prisons. This is very costly to the taxpayers; good highways and safe bridges is far more beneficial to the taxpayers.

There is no secret effective plan to rid America of drugs except the establishing of a police state run by big brother who rescinds our freedoms and liberties. Otherwise, drugs are here to stay because police are only hitting soft targets, the nickel and dime operations, and not the hard targets, the rich who lives among the governors and mayors, because if a raid doesn’t come up with the drugs than mostlikely the Police Chief is going to be replaced. This mean that the international warehouse for drugs shall always be in operation. Go figure!!!

The Proton-Neutron Mass Difference Illustrates Fine-Tuning

Our daily lives depend on neutrons, protons, and electrons. These building blocks of atoms determine how those atoms behave, how long they last, and so many other things. Although protons and neutrons both exceed the mass of electrons by almost a factor of 2,000, the relatively tiny difference in mass between protons and neutrons plays a critical role in our existence. Here’s how.

In units that physicists prefer to use (MeV), neutrons, protons, and electrons have masses of 939.566, 938.27, and 0.511, respectively. This gives a mass difference (Δm) between protons and neutrons of 1.293 MeV, or 2.53 times the mass of an electron. Assuming Δm could change, any changes would radically alter the structure of the universe.1

A Δm smaller than the electron mass (around a third of the actual value of Δm) means a neutron is a lower-energy configuration than a proton plus an electron. Thus, protons and electrons would combine to produce neutrons and neutrinos until there were no protons left in the universe! (Keep in mind that the number of particles with a positive charge—mostly protons—and those with a negative charge—mostly electrons—in the universe today match to better than one part in 1037 and likely are exactly the same). Without protons, no atoms could exist—that condition is obviously bad for life.

Even a hypothetical Δm greater than the electron mass, but smaller than its own actual value, diminishes the conditions necessary for life. In this scenario, processes in the early universe (when temperatures were much higher) will convert protons into neutrons more efficiently. For Δm, the neutron-to-proton ratio just before the epoch ofbig bang nucleosynthesis (BBNS) was 1:7. This ratio resulted in a universe with 75 percent hydrogen and 25 percent helium after BBNS. A Δm between 0.5 and 1.0 MeV results in a larger neutron-to-proton ratio before BBNS and, consequently, a greater fraction of the hydrogen converts into helium. For a neutron-to-proton ratio between 1:1 and 2:1, virtually no hydrogen remains. Again, such a scenario is obviously bad for life.

Similarly, a Δm larger than its actual value also affects the universe’s capacity to support life. Virtually all elements heavier than helium formed in the hearts of stars. However, because neutrons outside of a nucleus decay in a few minutes, the formation process requires two hydrogen combining to create a deuterium nucleus. Given the temperatures inside stars, this reaction typically takes a billion years to happen for any two hydrogen nuclei and is the reaction that limits how quickly stars fuse hydrogen into helium. A larger value for Δm would slow this reaction even further, causing negligible amounts of elements heavier than helium (like carbon and oxygen) to exist in the universe. No oxygen means no water, and without water or carbon, life cannot exist.

While this fine-tuning of the proton-neutron mass difference has been known for a while, recent research shows how to calculate this quantity directly from the underlying theories, which is a remarkably difficult technical achievement. A simplistic model indicates that the proton should be more massive than the neutron (another detrimental scenario because protons would decay into neutrons). Neutrons and protons have components of similar mass. However, the electric charge on a proton should add an additional mass component not relevant to the neutron. Yet detailed calculations performed utilizing quantum chromodynamics (the theory describing quarks) and quantum electrodynamics (the theory describing charged particles) accurately reproduce the mass of protons, neutrons, and many other subatomic particles.2

These calculations reaffirm the fine-tuning described above. More importantly, they provide a tool to improve our understanding of many other important situations such as neutron stars and supernovae. I expect to see more evidence verifying the fine-tuning of our universe for life as scientists apply these new calculation tools in the future.

INSPIRED WORD OF GOD

God has always gently imposed on us mentally and physically as man developed until present. Near the beginning, God moved on man inspiring such things as where to find food, but as man’s knowledge grew God had many more dimensions in their minds to move on and inspire thoughts and reasoning. Abraham sensed that there is only one God from which all creation were founded. We worship the God of Abraham.

The bible contains a collection of  verses that expresses the inspired Word of God. Atheist espouse that the bible was written by men and that it is the thoughts of men only, but one only has to observe a protracted series of events whereas one series has not God in the equation and the other has God in the equation. The resultants is always going to be different with the God inspired series being the better even unto being the correct answer. I say unto a correct answer because this is determined by how well we listen to God. The writing of our U.S. Constitution is a prime example. At an impasse blocking the completion of our constitution the group decided to pray…be still and meditate on the Lord  and the Word of God. After which, the Constitution jellied.

The finding of the Dead Sea Scrolls were historical in the sense that the original scroll from the beginning of compiling passages of the Christian faith were amazingly exact to existing passages from the bible; it was like God spoke the same words to each person who were inspired.

The bible has been socialized, scrutinized, and humanized. It took over 300 years to put the bible together from a collection of scrolls and parcels. The bible applies to everyone; it introduces you to Christ Jesus, our Lord and Savior, and it encourages everyone to remain in fellowship with Jesus, the Son of God; remain in his camp and move with Him to another camp site. For Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life.

The bible is for the masses; it furnishes the steel to hold together the sea of people and is for a life. Secular humanism is for a party. Philosophers proclaims treatises that free us from thinking in a certain manner and bound us in a certain manner, but they have no answer to whole life which includes coming into being (birth) and going out of being (death). Where did we come from and where are we going after death? How do we live a joyful life? I have noticed that the best of philosophers leaves us on our own when it comes to joy and happiness.

I have searched the world, and there is no other book to compare to the bible. Plus, with trials by fire I am thoroughly convinced that the bible is the truth, the way, and the life; a lamp unto my feet and a light unto my path.

SIMPLISTIC BEAUTY BY GOD

The Son of God has a quality that is not often mention; it’s His Beauty. Jesus is beautiful. If He is lifted up , than He shall attract all humans to Him. The attraction is love, and love must be beautiful. God’s Word, once one recognize that Jesus is the Life, become simply beautiful unto tears of joy. God laid a stone in the essence of things at creation. It’s God’s perfect Righteousness. Laying of the stone by God created order, and that order is the mind of Christ. The stone is beautiful because we can rely on it as our foundation in life, and the stone can solve all of our problems making it simply beautiful as it gives resolve to our life.

There is nothing new under the sun. God created all and nothing existing was not created by God. There has never been a time that God wasn’t imposing on man, and man imposing on God. He is our self awareness; our life giver.

In God’s creation we move and have our being. We exist in a 3 dimensional sphere (Vspace); our governing potential (Uspace) spherically engulf us in the first heaven from the second heaven Who is God’s Spirit of Truth. Humans observers the way God made things to work (Q). The beauty is that the works of God Handcraft can be compacted into a small metaphysical equation based on the stone (Order) that God laid in the essence of things; UspVsp = Q. Everything exist now, and is posing for all of us. We are learning the details that exist now. We learn from the way God made the visible things to work which reflects the invisible, eternal things.

For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse:

Life and the physical universe doesn’t stop; it is in continual flux. The beauty is that there is order in all of the activities, and it is simply beautiful. Science is learning about the thoughts of God; technology is confirming and applying the knowledge, and it is beautiful; especially when it testifies of the Son of God, Jesus.
God honors His Word without an exception; it is always just a matter of time. In the end, God and His Son wins every time. Us Believers and Lovers of Christ Jesus shall win even after death, but the Spirit is here now; heaven is at hand.

We Are Living in a Safe Time Window

Negotiating traffic on Southern California freeways is tricky. Not long ago, I witnessed a collision of several cars in my rearview mirror—if I had gotten on that freeway anywhere from a few seconds earlier to an hour later, I either could have been involved in the collision or delayed for my appointment. Just like I “happened to be” in a safe time window on the freeway, so astronomers have discovered that humanity lives in a safe time window for global high-technology civilization. We are residing at the optimal supernova moment.

A supernova is a stellar explosion that, for a few months, can outshine an entire galaxy (see figure). Supernovae are crucial for life—they generate many heavy elements, some essential just for life to exist and others essential for sustaining our technological civilization—but it is possible to have too much of a good thing.

Supernovae frequency influences the amount of radiation damage Earth and its life-forms sustain. Complex organisms suffer greater radiation damage from such eruptions—hence, one reason life history manifests gradual progress from simple and microscopic to complex and macroscopic to high-metabolism and large-bodied and, last of all, to human beings. Fortunately, over the past 4 billion years, the Milky Way Galaxy’s (MWG) rate of supernova explosions has subsided gradually. As it is, the present rate of supernova eruptions in the solar system’s vicinity is just low enough for humans to thrive and sustain civilization.

Proximity of supernova explosions also impacts life. For example, 2 million years ago the solar system passed within 130 light-years of the Scorpius-Centaurus association of giant stars.1 Deep ocean crust samples reveal an excess of iron-60 (the signature of a supernova explosion) that also dates to 2 million years ago, as does the most recent marine extinction event.2 In the last 300,000 years at least 23 supernovae have exploded within 980 light-years of Earth.3 Four of these erupted between 22,000–44,000 years ago at distances ranging from 360 to 820 light-years (see table 1).4

Humanity, however, has experienced an amazing stroke of “good fortune.” Throughout the historical era no supernovae have erupted closer than 1,500 light-years (see table 2).5 At such a distance the cosmic rays emanating from these explosions pose no threat to Earth’s ozone shield or its stable climate (both critical requirements for intensive agriculture) or to human health.

Ancient astronomers recorded much dimmer astronomical phenomena, such as novae and comets, from 3000 BC to AD 1000. Therefore, with considerable confidence historians conclude that no nearby supernovae occurred during this time span.

If they occurred today, supernovae as near as the ones recorded in table 2 could conceivably damage satellite electronics. However, astronomers have demonstrated that throughout the past 344 years no supernovae have erupted within 10,000 light-years of Earth (good news for cell phone users). This lack of supernovae is all the more remarkable given that for MWG analogs the supernova rate is at least three per century.6

Psalm 147 tells us that God “determines the number of the stars and calls them each by name.” Evidently, He has also designed the MWG so that the just-right stars at the just-right times reside in the just-right locations within the vicinity of our solar system. Thanks to God’s meticulous control of the supernova rate within our galactic vicinity, we have enjoyed all the resources needed to propel human civilization. We also have the presently safe galactic environment in which we can enjoy civilization and use it to take God’s redemptive offer to every nation, tribe, language, and people group (Revelation 7:9).

Christ’s Love From Heaven; Identity of Mind and Matter

The Word of God screams to us that there is a metaphysics connection between our minds and matter. The scriptures state that the universe was created through and for His Son Who was in His blossom when the world was founded. Christ Jesus came into the world in the image of God meaning that His Spirit came from God and was God in the flesh. God created the identity of the Christ mind and matter in the universe. Jesus was witnessed performing acts on matter with His mind such as commanding a storm to stop, and killing a tree that he had condemned.
John 1:12

But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name:

For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
It is evidenced that God created the universe to cultivate human minds to be like Christ Jesus, His Son. God created man to possess His Holy Spirit, and return unto God again. Man is not perfect but corrupt in all of his ways; therefore, God send His Son Who was perfectly Righteous to be a stand in for sinful man. For we all have sinned and fallen short of the Glory of God. Jesus is our Lord and Savior. Man can not work himself into heaven nor can he not sin on his own accord. As a matter of fact, man is still struggling to determine what is right and what is wrong; this remains in flux.
There is an identity common to mind and matter. It’s the process of constant change. In reality the mind never stops and no matter is eternal-inert, not even a diamond.  Expressing the concept by a metaphysical expression, we have A + B = F; meaning that A and B shall always impose on each other; thereby creating F while F is imposing on another, so on and so on…where it stops only God knows. Thank God that we shall receive eternal rest with God through Christ Jesus. But at this time, we are assured that things will work supernaturally for us if our process of life is running in the Christ Spirit of the Word of God.

POWER IN THE LIVING WORD; SCRIPTURES SPEAKS IN THE NAME OF JESUS

There is a spiritual lesson in everything that we experience. What is needed is the foundation or a cornerstone to guide and be a reference. The Word of God gives us that foundation in dept. Seeking knowledge of the scriptures leads one to hearing the Word begin to speak to your needs. “Faith comes by hearing and hearing by the Word of God;” Romans 10:17. As one increase their knowledge of the Word of God with increasing faith the Living Word of God begin to minister to your soul, the spirit and mind. No longer is one bound to the rationale of the world, but is tuned into God through Jesus, Son of God Who is our Comforter; living inside of each one.

The Spirit of Truth proceeding from God in the world is always illustrating God’s Truth. Man can learn these precepts for his selfish purpose or can learn the spiritual lesson which is desired of God; if one look up and ask our Heavenly Father in the name of Jesus to give an answer to a problem or desire, than one shall hear a perfect answer from God.

The scriptures say that power comes by fasting, praying, and meditating on the Word of God. This power can give the ability for one to will self a joyful life or receive supernatural knowledge.

God’s Spirit of Truth has always been in the world since the beginning of creation. I represent the laws that govern creation with UspaceVspace = Q; meaning that God had determined the nature of creation by His perfect Righteousness. If the universe and all within it was created again with God using the physics of Uspace than it would repeat in an identical manner. We have Uspace that represent the governing potential; Vspace is the nexus of all things in the natural world; Q being the full set of laws, physical and spiritual, in the natural world. God is always imposing on man, and man is always imposing on God since the beginning of God creating man.

Believers that love Jesus Christ has the Spirit of Christ within them from the grace of God. God’s Spirit of Truth in the world verifies that Jesus is the Son of God. Man has always experienced the Spirit of Truth in the world without knowing who the whole life is until Jesus, our Savior, came into the world, and was resurrected from the dead. The Spirit of Jesus gives life to the Word of God, and speaks to those that love and have faith in Him.
