The Wisdom of Biochemical Systems

New Year’s Day will soon be upon us. That means it’s time to come up with a few resolutions. Any commitment to lose weight won’t last long. Maybe, I’ll read through the book of Proverbs in 2015. More wisdom would be good.

The advice Solomon imparts stemmed from his experience and time spent in careful reflection. Divine insight also undergirds Proverbs. In fact, Solomon thought the wisdom reflected in Proverbs is the same wisdom the LORD exercised when He created the heavens and the earth (Proverbs 8:22–30).

Based on Proverbs 8 (and other passages), I would expect God’s wisdom to be manifested in the created order. The Creator’s fingerprints—so evident in nature—should not only reflect the work of intelligent agency, but also display undeniable wisdom. Without question, biochemical systems bear the hallmarks of both.1

When I began studying biochemistry as a graduate student, one of the things that most impressed me was the cleverness of the cell’s chemical systems. I could cite countless examples of biochemical sagacity, but for now I will focus on two recent studies (see here and here). Each relates to the amino acid composition of proteins.2

Cost Effective Amino Acid Sequences

Biochemists have long had interest in the relationship between amino acid sequence and protein structure and function. Proteins exhibit a great diversity of amino acid compositions and sequences. Biochemists believe this assortment is necessary to support the wide range of operations requisite for life.

And yet making proteins costs the cell energy and chemical resources. Some of the expense stems from the process of assembling protein chains. Cellular machinery links together amino acids to produce proteins. Each linkage requires energy. So does the production of the amino acids themselves. The cell synthesizes each of the twenty different amino acids used to assemble proteins via its own series of chemical reactions, which biochemists call a metabolic pathway. Some amino acids are easy to make, requiring minimal energy and chemical resources. Others are more expensive.

Ideally, cells need to minimize the cost of making proteins. There are thousands of proteins found in the cell at any one moment in time. If too many of these proteins are comprised of expensive amino acids, the cell won’t be able to harvest enough energy to generate the proteins needed to carry out all of its activities. This is bad news for the cell’s survival. Think of a business that sells its products for a loss. Eventually, the business will have to shut down if it can’t make a profit on what it produces. However, least-costly proteins lack the chemical diversity needed to carry out life’s necessary operations. To continue with the business analogy, think of a merchant who manufactures useless products that no one wants to buy.

Researchers from Argentina recently discovered how cells work around this conundrum. Based on modeling studies, the scientists showed that proteins found in nature are comprised of least-costly amino acids that simultaneously allow for maximal sequence diversity (and hence, function).3  In other words, proteins are optimized to balance competing interests of functionality and metabolic costs.

Optimization reflects the work of intelligent agency, evincing the Creator’s handiwork. Yet, as a biochemist, I am even more impressed with the elegant molecular logic that underlies the amino acid compositions of proteins. In principle, many different amino acid sequences can be used to achieve the same protein function. Yet the ones the cell employs are the most cost effective.

Making Proteins to Make Amino Acids to Make More Proteins

The availability of amino acids poses another biochemical conundrum, particularly for single-celled organisms such as bacteria. Proteins mediate each of the chemical reactions comprising the biosynthetic pathways used to produce amino acids. To put it another way, proteins make the amino acids that the cell’s machinery, in turn, uses to make proteins.

So what happens when cells face a shortage of a particular amino acid? Usually, the cells will ramp up production of the specific proteins needed to replenish the amino acid in short supply. But if that amino acid is required to make the proteins that make it, things come to a standstill.

By way of analogy, it is the same problem a manufacturing facility would face if it used an assembly line to manufacture widgets and the machines on the assembly line required widgets for their operation. If there were a worldwide shortage of widgets (and demand for the widgets kept increasing), there would be no way to ramp up production of widgets by adding more assembly lines because widgets would be needed to build the machines that make widgets. The only way around this stalemate would be to design manufacturing hardware that didn’t require widgets to make widgets—and this is exactly what cells do.

Investigators from UC Berkeley have discovered that the proteins that take part in the biosynthetic route that manufacture a specific amino acid make limited use of that amino acid in their compositional make up.4 In this way, when a particular amino acid is in short supply, the cell’s machinery can still make the proteins that synthesize the amino acid in demand. Again, as a biochemist, I can’t help but to marvel at the elegance and wisdom of this design.

In my experience, most biochemists (whether believers or skeptics) are taken with the elegant molecular wisdom that defines the architecture and operation of biochemical systems. The cleverness of the cell’s chemical systems convinced me that a Creator must be responsible for life. To think otherwise would be folly.

God’s Kingdom Is Within Each Of Us

Upon the creation of our existence there has been one and only Potentiality (Uspace: God’s Righteousness) in which all human minds are searching to find; it’s the desired condition of the mind, and it has power. Prior to creation the Son of God was in the blossom of God. All creation was created for the Son of God, and teaches, conditions, and guide unto this Potentiality Who is in each of our minds.

Therefore thus saith the Lord God, Behold, I lay in Zion for a foundation a stone, a tried stone, a precious corner stone, a sure foundation: he that believeth shall not make haste.
Neither shall they say, Lo here! or, lo there! for, behold, the kingdom of God is within you.
John 14:26; “But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.”

John 14:16; “And I will ask the Father, and he will give you another advocate to help you and be with you forever—”

The Spirit of Truth Who is in the world proceeding from God. Man has always been exposed to this Potentiality (UspaceVspace).  Man has always imposed on God, and God has always imposed on Man and the universe. Words of truth from the Spirit of Truth has no condemnation, only declarations of support from the heavens and the firmaments.

John 16:13; “Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come.”

1 John 4:6; “We are of God: he that knoweth God heareth us; he that is not of God heareth not us. Hereby know we the spirit of truth, and the spirit of error.”
The human’s subconscious mind works independently and freely in order to create the best life for the subject (UspVsp=QV; Usp being the Righteousness of God (Jesus) with Vsp being the nexus of all things and QV being how God made things to work). The human brain and it’s potentials in the mind is designed to need the Word of God; it’s like our hardware is designed to use the Word of God as it’s software.

Romans 1:20; “ For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse:”

When one accepts Jesus as the center of their life, and grows in the Lord Jesus than the Kingdom within our mind can grow in the faith unto having the power of mind over matter (Usp=Vsp; The Christ Mind); God’s Holy Spirit working completely and constantly.

All Reasoning With The Lord With Sufficient Knowledge Point To The Kingdom Of God

Come now, and let us reason together, saith the Lord: though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool.
The key to above scripture is to reason with the Living Word of God, Lord Jesus Who is the Son Of God. God came to Earth wrapped in flesh and dwell among us. Of course, one must have enough knowledge to recognize Jesus and comply to the Will of God that he may be saved. In the case of reasoning it’s to receive the path to the Kingdom of God and God’s Righteousness to stay in the Kingdom. All scriptures points toward the Son of God, Jesus. The Son of God stated that”heaven is at hand” and “I have overcome the world” and “follow me.” Since the world was designed for God’s Son; Jesus proclaimed his Kingship in the Kingdom of God.
I will surely assemble, O Jacob, all of thee; I will surely gather the remnant of Israel; I will put them together as the sheep of Bozrah, as the flock in the midst of their fold: they shall make great noise by reason of the multitude of men.

And one of the scribes came, and having heard them reasoning together, and perceiving that he had answered them well, asked him, Which is the first commandment of all?

And it came to pass, that, while they communed together and reasoned, Jesus himself drew near, and went with them.
Reasoning has an end when one fully accept Jesus. Following, God shall give all life to the person; there shall be no need for reasoning. Once one receive God’s Holy Spirit as possessed by Jesus they have no need for the law.
But now we are delivered from the law, that being dead wherein we were held; that we should serve in newness of spirit, and not in the oldness of the letter.

For we know that the law is spiritual: but I am carnal, sold under sin.

For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death.

That the righteousness of the law might be fulfilled in us, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.

This only would I learn of you, Received ye the Spirit by the works of the law, or by the hearing of faith?

He therefore that ministereth to you the Spirit, and worketh miracles among you, doeth he it by the works of the law, or by the hearing of faith?

But if ye be led of the Spirit, ye are not under the law.
The Spirit of God is universal to man; it is the one and only Spirit; the Spirit Who created all things and nothing created that God didn’t create; all in the name of His Son, Jesus. Jesus has control of the universe and all that is within. Since God created the world for Jesus than He has mind over matter. The Spirit of Truth in the world proceeding from God fulfills all the law and have command of the law as Jesus is the One proceeding from God.

Evolution: Seeing Isn’t Believing

I don’t believe in Santa Claus—but if he and his reindeer landed on my roof one Christmas Eve, I just might change my mind. As the old adage goes, “Seeing is believing.”

Evolutionary biologists often make use of this maxim to argue that biological evolution is a fact. They point out that we can see evolution happening right before our eyes and this should be all the proof of biological evolution that anyone needs. One recent example of evolution in action was reported in Science.1 Collaborators representing a number of American institutions observed green (or Carolina) anole lizards, located on islands off Florida’s coast, evolving over the span of 15 years (about 20 generations) in response to an invasion of brown (or Cuban) anoles.

Both lizards occupy the same ecological niche, but in the early 1990s, researchers observed green anoles perching higher up in trees when confronted with growing brown anole numbers. To determine if the invasion was the direct cause for this change in habitat, the researchers studied six islands occupied by green anoles only. They measured the lizards’ perch height and then released brown anoles on three islands, with the remaining three serving as control sites.

The researchers observed that as brown anole numbers increased, the green anoles’ average perch height increased. On the other hand, no change in perch height was observed on the control sites. The researchers discovered that on all three test sites the toe pads of the green anoles became larger as perch height increased. The bigger toe pads made it possible for the green anoles to perch higher up in the trees. This adaptation was due to genetic changes in the green anoles, not to developmental plasticity. According to Yoel Stuart, lead author of the study, “We did predict that we’d see a change, but the degree and quickness with which they evolved was surprising.”2

In many respects, this is a remarkable piece of scientific work. It helps alleviate a frustration evolutionary biologists often experience. It is difficult for these scientists to directly test the theoretical framework of biological evolution because direction observation (let alone monitoring) of evolutionary changes is rare. In the absence of direct observation, evolutionary ideas are debated based on theoretical analysis and inferences drawn from various comparative studies—but the ideas can never be experimentally confirmed or rejected.

The rapid evolution of the green anoles represents a rare opportunity to test a hypothesis advanced in the 1950s by famous evolutionary biologist E. O. Wilson. He suggested that when two closely related species co-occur and compete for resources, evolutionary divergence will result. The green anole study confirms Wilson’s hypothesis.

I often find that such studies raise concerns for Christians. After all, if seeing is believing, then how can we deny the reality of biological evolution when we can observe evolution happening before our eyes? And if evolution is a fact, does it eliminate the need for a Creator to explain the origin and history of life?

Not necessarily. We must distinguish between evolutionary change (driven by genetic variation filtered, iteratively, by selection) and the evolutionary paradigm, which argues that this mechanism is sufficient to explain life’s origin, history, and diversity. Just because evolutionary change is observed, or even inferred, doesn’t mean that the evolutionary paradigm has been established. To see how my argument plays out, think of evolutionary changes as falling into one of five categories.

  1. Microevolution refers to changes happening within a species. A textbook example would be peppered moths changing wing color in response to rising pollution levels in the UK.
  2. Speciation describes the scenario in which one species can give rise to a closely related sister species. A classic example is the evolution of the finches on the Galapagos Islands from an ancestral finch species that arrived to this archipelago from South America. Upon arrival, the ancestral finch evolved into a variety of species that vary primarily in body size and beak size and shape.
These two types of evolutionary changes have been observed repeatedly and, in my opinion, are noncontroversial. The change in the green anoles falls between the categories of microevolution and speciation.
  3. Microbial evolution refers to transformations in viruses, bacteria, archaea, and single-celled eukaryotes—such as the acquisition of antibiotic resistance in bacteria, the ability of viruses to hop from one host to another (e.g., SARS and HIV), and the emergence of drug-resistant strains of the malaria parasites. Microbial evolution would also include horizontal gene transfer between microbes that accounts for the evolution of pathogenic bacteria from nonpathogenic strains (e.g., E. coli O157:H7). Again, I don’t find microbial evolution particularly controversial.
  4. Macroevolution includes putative changes that require that evolutionary processes have genuine creative potential. Examples would include humans evolving from a primate ancestor, whales evolving from a terrestrial wolf-like mammal, and birds evolving from theropods. Whether or not macroevolution has occurred defines the creation-evolution controversy. I am skeptical that macroevolution is a real process that has shaped life’s history. (To read representative articles that explain my skepticism, go here, here, and here.)
  5. Chemical evolution refers to the processes that presumably generated the initial life-forms. According to this model, chemical selection transformed a complex chemical mixture of simple compounds into protocellular entities that evolved to yield the first true cells. (I would refer readers to Origins of Life, a book I coauthored with Hugh Ross, for a detailed rationale for my skepticism about chemical evolution.)

For the evolutionary paradigm to be true, macroevolution and chemical evolution must be unequivocally established. And they simply haven’t been. Thus, seeing shouldn’t necessarily lead to believing. We have to be careful about interpreting what we experience.

God Is In The Essence Of All Things

The question of whether God exist is like standing in the water and questioning whether water exist. All things are imposed on by God, and man imposes on God and all things constantly and always. The Potentiality felt by man is Uspace, God’s stone laid in the essence of things (Zion) which is perfect Righteousness. The stone that God laid in Zion has infinite inertia, a space-time reference frame.

The world is in constant flux and forever changing; therefore, at any instant there exist a potential of what is next (Vspace).  An observer receives a precept only if what’s observed changes. From this precept a human can predict the change when the observation repeats. This applies to any and all events in the world. The universe has the characteristic of qua variance, the change is a constant, which leads to “the way God made things to work.” Example of qua variance is if you strike a match it flames every time. If  you turn the ignition key of your vehicle the starter turns each time.

For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him:
Therefore thus saith the Lord God, Behold, I lay in Zion for a foundation a stone, a tried stone, a precious corner stone, a sure foundation: he that believeth shall not make haste.
Isaiah stated that the stone laid by God is a corner stone which is local and a sure foundation which is an expansion. What makes this true is that the stone is righteousness and perfect at any and all points in existence.
For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse:
Since all the scriptures above are true and righteous we have God imposing on the world as a governing Potentiality and guide. As a result, we get visible forms in dynamic systems which is the way God make things to work. This can be metaphysically represented by the equation:
UspaceVspace = QV (qua variance in the world); the Metaphysics Existence Equation. This states that the set of knowledge discretely derived by human is finite. Of course, all nexus is also finite because the universe is finite.
God came to Earth wrapped in flesh as the Son of God Who is Jesus Christ. The Uspace Potentiality is the Son of God, Jesus Who has God’s Holy Spirit.
John 16:13

Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come.

Bible search results

Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, becauseitseeth him not, neither knoweth him: but ye know him;forhedwelleth with you, and shall be in you.

But when the Comforter is come, whom I will send unto you from the Father, even the Spirit of truth, which proceedeth from the Father, he shall testify of me:

Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come.

In whom ye also trusted, after that ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation: in whom also after that ye believed, ye were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise,

(For the fruit of the Spirit is in all goodness and righteousness and truth😉

But we are bound to give thanks alway to God for you, brethren beloved of the Lord, because God hath from the beginning chosen you to salvation through sanctification of the Spirit and belief of the truth:

Seeing ye have purified your souls in obeying the truth through the Spirit unto unfeigned love of the brethren, see that ye love one another with a pure heart fervently:

We are of God: he that knoweth God heareth us; he that is not of God heareth not us. Hereby know we the spirit of truth, and not the spirit of error.
God’s Spirit of Truth was before creation. Creation is under the law (Uspace) and man seeks to know all nexus (Vspace) in order to predict events in the universe. Jesus overcame the world (Vspace)  and fulfilled Uspace as our model in life. The Spirit of Truth that preceeds from God in the world is above the law (Uspace) and is the Spirit of Uspace.
One might wonder why the convention of Uspace and Vspace. It’s to show the practical nature of the scriptures (our horizontal life) and the spiritual nature of our life as a unity. We must recognize that humans took millions of years before humans developed to the stage of hearing and receiving the Word of God. God’s Righteousness (Uspace) was always imposing on man. The world was working as God commanded it to work (QV). Man made observations (Vspace) and began to predict the nexus of many events in the world.
One might say that your formulations does not require a Savior. On the contrary, man knows not perfection. Analyzing things with elements which are imperfect and inadequate will never lead to a perfect resolve. The same applies to our spirits. As a results, God came wrapped in flesh and dwell among us, and identified His Righteousness. Jesus Christ (Uspace) established the office for God’s Holy Spirit on Earth for the first time to be a standard and guide as our Lord and Savior. The Son of God, Jesus, is the only one who overcame the world; Jesus(Uspace) = Jesus(Vspace), Who is the Spirit of Truth.

“I Am a God”: Pharaoh’s Hardened Heart

For the Scripture says to Pharaoh, “For this very purpose I [God] raised you up, to demonstrate My power in you, and that My name might be proclaimed throughout the whole earth.”
Romans 9:17 (NASB)

The trailer for Ridley Scott’s upcoming epic Exodus: Gods and Kings offers a revealing glimpse of Pharaoh’s character, showing the angry king shouting defiantly, “I am the god! I am the god!” The ancient Egyptian pharaohs were indeed considered gods. They were absolute monarchs of what was probably the most powerful nation on Earth. They exercised the right of life or death over everyone in their realm and were accustomed to having their every decree obeyed promptly and without question. Fawning courtiers rarely, if ever, challenged them.

It is hardly surprising, then, that the Pharaoh of Exodus would refuse to obey the command to set free thousands of Israelite slaves. In Exodus 7, God reveals Pharaoh’s character to Moses.

You shall speak all that I command you, and your brother Aaron shall speak to Pharaoh that he let the sons of Israel go out of his land. But I will harden Pharaoh’s heart that I may multiply My signs and My wonders in the land of Egypt. When Pharaoh does not listen to you, then I will lay My hand on Egypt and bring out My hosts, My people the sons of Israel, from the land of Egypt by great judgments. And the Egyptians shall know that I am the Lord, when I stretch out My hand on Egypt and bring out the sons of Israel from their midst (Exodus 7:2-5, NASB).

The Hebrew word translated “harden” in this passage is qâshâh, implying anger and stubbornness. But how did God make Pharaoh angry and stubborn in the ensuing drama of the ten plagues?

We recognize that this is not a question that needs to be answered for those who believe in absolute predestination and that books have been (and will continue to be) dedicated to the relationship between God’s sovereignty and human free will. We do not seek to engage that debate. Instead, we respectfully ask the reader to allow us to consider human free will—or free agency, as some theologians prefer—and propose an explanation in that context for how God may have influenced Pharaoh’s behavior so as to bring about His will. We suggest that God may have acted hypernaturally to harden Pharaoh’s heart.

Hypernatural Influence

To review, hypernaturalism is the extraordinary use of natural law by the orthodox Judeo-Christian God to effect His will. In a hypernatural miracle, God’s authority over nature and foreknowledge of natural events allows Him to exercise extraordinary control for a particular purpose, without violating the laws of nature as would occur in a supernatural miracle.

How might God have used hypernatural action to influence Pharaoh’s behavior? For Christians, the indwelling Holy Spirit guides us with the small voice we often refer to as “conscience.” But how does this happen with nonbelievers? How does God influence pagans to do His will?

It can be argued that God the Creator knows each of us intimately and He knows how each person will react to experiences and circumstances. Our study of Exodus 7–14 leads us to believe God used a technique we today call “applied psychology.” God did not need to get directly into the head of the pagan Pharaoh; He merely gave His servant Moses the words to influence Pharaoh as He sent the plagues.

Each plague was a miracle so powerful that Pharaoh should have realized he must submit to God; but afterward, Pharaoh’s heart was hardened and he refused to let the Israelites go. God did this “that I may multiply My signs and My wonders in the land of Egypt . . . [so that] the Egyptians shall know that I am the LORD” (Exodus 7:3, 5, NASB).

It is instructive that three different Hebrew words in Exodus 7–14 are translated into the English word “harden”:1

Pharaoh’s weakness was his position and authority as an absolute monarch, believed to be a god. God exploited this to harden his heart. The focus is on the heart because, to an Egyptian, the heart represented a person’s essence, or real being, and it would be judged.

God’s technique in Exodus 7:3 (above)—to make Pharaoh angry and stubborn—is apparent in the first confrontation in which Moses warned that if Pharaoh refused to free the Israelites, “The God of the Hebrews…[will] fall upon us with pestilence” (Exodus 5:3, NASB). But Pharaoh refused to acknowledge the power of an unknown God. In anger, he placed extra burdens on the slaves.

Then God brought on the plagues. They began small and worked up to a climax: first affecting Pharaoh indirectly, then directly. There might have been a psychological reason for this. It is often said that if a person can be induced to say yes to a series of minor questions, it’s easier to get him or her to say yes to a big question. God might have been reversing such a technique by getting Pharaoh to start saying no, and thus encouraging him to continue saying no—even as God brought increasing pestilence.

Each plague confronted Pharaoh with a power much greater than himself and his religion. This was a new experience; Pharaoh didn’t know how to handle it. The first plague (turning the Nile River into something that looked like blood) ought to have seemed God-like in origin to Pharaoh. An ancient Egyptian text known as the Book of the Heavenly Cow records a myth in which the Egyptian chief god, Ra, did something similar.2 After the third plague (gnats), Pharaoh’s magicians recognized the power of God at work (Exodus 8:19, NASB), thus breaking the myth of Pharaoh’s divinity. Yet he was proud [kâbad] and resolute [châzaq] and refused to let the Israelites go. And although Pharaoh acted as God wanted, his decisions were made through his own free will.

With the plagues building to a climax, Moses taunted Pharaoh as he continued to demand that Pharaoh recognize God’s greater power and acknowledge his subservience. Pharaoh remained proud [kâbad]; and Moses’ taunting made him intensely resolute [châzaq, in the Piel form]. Pharaoh’s pride and anger made him stubborn and recalcitrant and unwilling to yield to God. We believe this was exactly the reaction God intended. Although the plagues decimated Egypt’s food supply, through his own free will Pharaoh still refused to free his slaves. And Pharaoh’s stubborn delay allowed a full demonstration of God’s power.

After the death of his firstborn son and all firstborns in Egypt, Pharaoh finally relented. But, rather than leaving quietly, the Israelites departed “boldly” (Exodus 14:8, NASB). The Hebrew literally reads “in a high hand”; in the modern vernacular they were “spiking the football.” This antagonized Pharaoh and made him again intensely resolute [châzaq, in the Piel form]. He sent his army to chase down the Israelites, who only escaped through the parting of the Red Sea.

This is a brief summary of our review of the psychological interplay detailed in Exodus 7–14, but we believe the full text shows that, although Pharaoh acted in precisely the way God wanted, his decisions were made through his actual free will. We suggest that this series of dramatic events in redemptive history might reflect another example of God’s hypernatural activity.

If The United States Goes Atheistic Than What?

Listen heaven, and I will speak. Earth hear the words from my mouth.
Jesus answered, “Scripture says, ‘A person cannot live on bread alone but on every word that God speaks.’”
God is the same yesterday, today, and forever. God is speaking to the world and the person constantly in the spirit. Athist have made large strides in America by pushing God out of public schools, other establishments, and government knowing that if  God is stigmatized than religion is on it’s way out. God shall not allow this to happen. God shall come as a thief in the night, and do mighty works in a short time. It is in God’s Word Who speaks constantly to our conscience in the Spirit.
The main danger of turning away from God and losing faith is that individuals shall lose their standing in the arena of public opinion, and furthermore in the courts of America. In other words, the designated public representatives would have absolute power over the individual. This would lead to a developing Totalitarian State (Police State).
Already students are being taught that the people is amoral; they can not be held to any moral standards. In other words, the people is god. This New Age teachings goes even unto small groups such as 5 persons are adrift in a boat at sea hoping to be rescued. After starvation set in who should be killed for food. This is a carry over from the premise that the people is amoral.
It’s the individual that shall lose out if and when the nation goes atheistic. An injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere. Be not fooled; the atheist who supposedly doesn’t believe that God exist are the main ones exercising force against God because they know that they must deceive the people and erase their faith in God before the atheistic party can take absolute authority over the people. All dictatorships has followed this same pattern of eliminating religions or creating their own secular beliefs such as some form of mysticism that fits their agenda as did the Nazis.
THE NATIONS THAT HAVE PUSHED GOD OUT HAS NOT PROSPERED.

[ Psalm 19 ] [ For the choir director; a psalm by David. ] The heavens declare the glory of God, and the sky displays what his hands have made.

This is what the Lord says: Only if the heavens could be measured or the foundations of the earth could be searched, would I ever reject all of Israel’s descendants because of everything that they have done, declares the Lord.
God is love. God is a Spirit. Man imposes on God and God imposes on man always. There is no escaping God.

SINS OF THE GRANDFATHERS

Guest Writer,  Dr. Caroline Leaf.

Throughout the year I have telling you about the amazing neuroplasticity of the brain, the literal ability to rewire the brain and create new and better networks. See VIDEO BLOG (1.26mins).

This aligns so perfectly with the Romans 12:2 -the renewing of the mind. I also introduced you to the newish science of EPIGENETICS which studies the extra-cellular factors that influence genetic expression. More specifically how we with our “I-Factor” have the ability to influence our own genetic expression. I will be teaching on this and the I-Factor “THE PERFECT YOU“at our annual SWITCH ON YOUR BRAIN Conference – August 21st and 22nd – DALLAS TX

This month, as we approach Christmas, I want to make you aware of how your thoughts not only affect you, but also your family and children and even as far down as your great great grandchildren! Science is showing us that the life experiences, thoughts and decisions of grandparents and even great-grandparents change their eggs and sperm so indelibly that this is passed onto their children up to 4 generations…this sounds a lot like the scripture “the iniquities of the father reach to the third and fourth generations” (Numbers 14:18)! As I love to point out: science is finally catching up with the bible.

This scriptural principal is scientifically termed: transgenerational epigenetic inheritance and basically means something outside the cell (diet, exercise, thoughts, nurturing) changes the “on/off” switches on the genes of the DNA in sperm and eggs.

Scientists has known for a while about these switches -clusters if atoms called methyl groups – but the fact that they can pass through the generations and that these tags can be reset is a new idea. Research labs around the world are are finding that experiences -lab rats being exposed to substances; people overeating; the decisions we make – leave a very tenacious imprint, an actual change in the switches.

These transgenerational effects can be healthy or toxic; for example what happened to your mother during her youth can affect your memory positively or negatively.

But….Here’s the GREAT news: no matter what happened, your gift, which is your ability to think in your unique way, can be used to change any epigenome you have created or that passed through to you through the generations. It’s up to you, your “I-factor”.

So the words you speak this Christmas, which come from the thoughts you think will affect you and those around you. Choose carefully or you are going to be doing a lot of rewiring!

Science Support The Son Of God; Our Savior

Scientist searches for absolutes. God is an absolute; therefore, scientist are searching for God. Principles must be true all the time given conditions that the principles are based. The universe,  as random as it may appear to visual observation, operate by perfect invisible laws which are eternal; even one strange particle is expressing an invisible principle.

For in him all things were created: things in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or powers or rulers or authorities; all things have been created through him and for him.
For since the creation of the world God’s invisible qualities—his eternal power and divine nature—have been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made, so that people are without excuse.
Before the big bang happened there existed one Potentiality (Uspace) that determined creation as it is today alone with man and his brain and potentialities of the brain, the mind. One might think that matter is an absolute and final definition of mass or that the Greeks concept of ether is obsolete. As things are now, mass can be thought of being concentrated energy that is following Uspace dictates and that field is signaling all physical actions similar to the Greeks concept of everything exist in ether.
Man has been learning about the behavior of things in this physical world.  Man seeks to predict the nexus of all things. Vspace is the potential of all Nexus. There is no use if a man stands and observes an object; man observing the change of object and the change of change (acceleration) is gaining useful information and can codify the phenomenon (QV: the way God made things to work).  A metaphysical equation can symbolically represent such endeavors: UspaceVspace = QV. I call this the existence equation of the God Equations in the diagram. This equation states that everything already exist to be discovered in a discrete manner. The God Equation #2 is the observer equation and is in the diagram above.  It symbolically represents man’s search for knowledge which includes scientific endeavors.
Scripture says that first man, Adam, was in God’s Kingdom. This means that Adam had the Uspace Potential, but when he was kicked out of the Kingdom he has to learn how to return to the Kingdom of God. Adam and Eve became exposed to the natural world and observed Vspace, the nexuses of all things because nothing is static; not even a diamond. Man’s concepts are actually precepts of the absolute concept. I call this Concept Eternal God Who imposed Uspace upon energy and formed the universe and all life forms. All of man’s precepts lack perfection. One can not arrive at perfection using all imperfect elements. As a result, God sent His Son to redeem man. Sin is separation from God, and perfection can not happen. Jesus paid our sin debt and guides each of us into God’s Kingdom again. Jesus (Uspace) is that Potential. Second man called into the Kingdom (Uspace) is that Potential also.
Knowledge can aid us to recognize other higher precepts. The true worth of  knowledge is to recognized Jesus(Uspace), God’s Righteousness and Perfection,  and be saved. Jesus is the only one that leads to the Father. All scripture converges unto Jesus(Uspace). There are many ways to Jesus; this is our testimony, but there is only way into the Kingdom of God, and that is Jesus(Uspace) that one Potentiality of  all creation.

Metaphysical Equation; Identity between Matter and Spirit

The bible is a book about whole life from beginning unto the prophetic end. Each scripture is either truly recorded in the physical realm or makes a spiritual statement from the supernatural. I have not heard or read about anyone coming up with a statement that supersedes the scriptures. Either their statement or discourse is limited to the immediate on the cosmic scale, and becomes inadequate as the magnitudes increases while further considerations are needed.

The Word of God is directive to us of how to appeal to the supernatural with a goal of allowing God’s Kingdom to come. In God’s Word is an identity between the Spirit and matter as expressed in the God Equation on the diagram below.

So this is what the Sovereign Lord says: “See, I lay a stone in Zion, a tested stone, a precious cornerstone for a sure foundation; the one who relies on it will never be stricken with panic.
For since the creation of the world God’s invisible qualities—his eternal power and divine nature—have been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made, so that people are without excuse.

Psalm 19 ; “The heavens declare the glory of God; and the firmament sheweth his handywork. Day unto day uttereth speech, and night unto night sheweth knowledge. There is no speech nor language, where their voice is not heard. …”

(PLEASE REFER TO PREVIOUS ARTICLES FOR MORE DEFINITIONS OF THE GOD EQUATION.)
The stone that God laid in the essence of things (Zion) is his Righteousness. Also, the scripture state that the stone is a cornerstone and sure foundation. How can a stone be a local cornerstone and also a foundation? The scripture means exactly what it said because God’s Righteousness is in any minute point and is in the full extent of creation; the law of God’s Righteousness is eternal without an end.
The God Equation in the above diagram is identical in the Spirit as in the matter of things. Life is a process that never stops and the physical world never stops. Diamonds are even changing as viewed over a billion years. Nothing is static but God’s Law of Righteousness. If the God Equation is out of balance, than there is violence in the creation. If the God Equation in the Spirit and the physical realms is in balance, than there is harmony and peace in the mind and the world.
The operation of the identity between the Spirit and the world is that God has given us the power to bind things on Earth and it shall be bound in heaven, and if loosed on Earth than it shall be loosed in heaven. The God Equation has governing elements that are added together [qv(1) + qv(2) = qv(3) ]. This process is binding. Reversing the God Equation process gives the loosening. The God Equation suggests a Unity as it continues to bind concepts and knowledge in the world. From the sensing of unity in the world it (Uspace) leads to a Monotheistic God.
I will give you the keys of the kingdom of heaven; whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven.”
One might say that with your metaphysical formulation there is no need for a our Savior, Jesus, the Son of God. On the contrary, part of God’s Righteousness is Perfection. Man is not perfect in anything. God demands perfection, and out of grace sent the Son of God to be our substitute to fulfill His perfect requirement ( Jesus, Uspace = Vspace) as in the diagram above.
Whom God hath set forth to be a propitiation through faith in his blood, to declare his righteousness for the remission of sins that are past, through the forbearance of God;
Nevertheless we, according to his promise, look for new heavens and a new earth, wherein dwelleth righteousness.
